I frequent this Starbucks almost everyday for my morning iced coffee. Drinks perfect almost every time, the odd discrepancy in the syrup occasionally but I just put that down to some staff being heavier handed than others. However when I visited yesterday I was not happy with the way my drink was made & it meant it did not contain the quality of ice or taste as it should. After phoning up Kim was very sympathetic & invited me to come back today to receive some vouchers for my next visit. After never having an issue until now, I am really impressed with your complaints policy, appreciative of how my problem was handled & the service I received from Kim was outstanding also.

Always go to Starbucks over Costa as they allow us to take our dog. Starbucks on the formby bypass do not allow dogs for some reason. We were turned away so we left and went to a welcoming coffee outlet. Very disappointing.

Summary: appalling customer service I have anxiety that is generally under control, however I was made to cry and left without my order by the staff here. Most Starbucks allow dogs - though it is at the managers discretion. I came in with my dog and (very unlike me) I didn’t check if it was okay to stay - because I’ve never had an issue with my tiny, well behaved dog before. I waited in the queue with my sister. There were staff everywhere and it was quiet, but no one appeared to be serving. Eventually my sister was served first and we chose to sit in for a coffee and cake. It took ages, but my sister was eventually served (1 coffee and 1 cake) and went to find a seat. I then stepped up and put in my order (again, 1 coffee and 1 cake) and went to pay with the Starbucks app. As someone with anxiety, I always get the app open early to avoid issues. However the toll didn’t accept it when k scanned it. At this point, the manager came over and told me I couldn’t stay with my dog. The best they could do was serve me takeaway. I didn’t argue, I said okay, and called over to my sister. The toll still wouldn’t take my app payment and I was feeling under pressure as the manager just stood there looking at me and a queue had started to form. I asked if I could just pay by card but either no one heard me or I was ignored. The manager told me I was doing it wrong. So I told him I was stressed and asked him to just sort it out and handed him my phone. After looking at it for several minutes he told me I didn’t have enough signal, and if I “really wanted this order” I would “have to go and stand by the door to get a signal so you can pay”. Being talked to like that pushed me over the edge and I left in tears. I understand that my dog is unwelcome and I didn’t have a problem with that, but I was also made to feel unwelcome. I will never return to this store and I’m doing my best to ensure my experience is shared as far as possible to try to alert others who might be feeling stressed or suffer with anxiety to skip this Starbucks and try somewhere else. They are not accommodating.

The staff at this Starbucks seem to close whatever the hell time they like when they can’t be bothered working any more; will often close the shop entirely or put a sign on the door saying ‘Drive thru service only at this time’, usually no less than 3 hours before they are due to close, and come up with the pathetic excuse that they are ‘understaffed’, even though there are always at least two staff members on at the time and hardly any customers, and they’re doing nothing but sat in the back on their backsides. The staff are young kids with terrible attitudes who are shiftless and expect to be getting paid for doing nothing. They’re miserable, rude and reluctant to paying customers who are paying their wages!

Some smooth visits here but also some not so great with wrong orders, over charged and grumpy staff. Basic Starbucks but good if you're passing by for the drive thru.

Called in for a couple of drinks again. Very difficult and awkward customers handled with such patience and etiquette by Chloe, who must have the patience of a saint !! Will be returning again very soon

Phone service is run by incompetent children with no idea how to take order or payment. The constantly have shortage of items on the menu and considering they specialise in pizza burgers or hotdogs it's seems unreasonable that they consistently can't provide a full menu. Really a shame because they really do nail the food when they are on the ball. Unfortunately too many bad experiences

I made the schoolboy error of coming back here again after previously being given two orders with missing items. But I was hungry so gave it another go. Ordered TWO cheeseburgers and TWO mayo chicken. Got two burgers and ONE mayo chicken. It's simple maths for crying out loud. A toddler can do this. Only noticed after I'd driven off so didn't return but for the love of all that's Holy...up your game so it's at least poor as opposed to abysmal!

Arrived in the Crosby Wingbox with friends after a few beers and was greeted with the most miserable staff you've ever met. After spending over £30 on food our group was asked to wait outside in 60 mph winds when the shop was empty. We politely declined the offer and waited for our food inside the shop. Once the food arrived it was banged onto the counter with no please or thankyou 😕 food was ok but the experience could be so much better with a smile and manners. Won't be going back like most of the people who have taken the time to leave a review. Stay away

I was in here last night and 1 of the bar staff accidentally knocked a full pint all over me I did say accidentally but rather than apologise she smiled and walked away I went to the bar to get another pint as she knocked mine over and all her manager said well she didn’t mean it did she again no apology I won’t be rushing back to this bar as staff are very rude and obnoxious
