We popped in for hot drinks as we were staying at the premier Inn next door. The service was poor, the drive through definitely gets preferential service which is not good for customers walking in to get served. We ordered a festive coffee & a hot chocolate. Drinks were nice enough but the service just put us off the whole place. It didn't look like the tables had been wiped over all day as sticky and dirty. We decided to take our drinks back to the hotel as they were served in takeaway cups anyway. Don't think we will go back

It's been 3 weeks paying £14 for coffee and cake and having to use paper cups with food in a bag. I generally like cups and plates. The excuse given is that the dishwasher has broken down. To be honest I don't believe the staff. This is not the standard I accept.

Haslar MarinaFrom the moment we walked in for our lunch with friends we were made to feel very welcome. Our host (Naomi? sorry but I am terrible at remembering names) was exceedingly friendly and cheerful but not at all pushy and happy to engage and give her recommendations. The food was fresh, well presented and very tasty. Overall, good value (there are less expensive places to eat), good food, a good atmosphere and somewhere we would not hesitate to visit again or recommend to others.

155 Stoke Rd1,2,3 Cimbom is the Champion every year ❤️💛 Fact 5. The stars are coming, we have put everything in place to cover the football ignorant people, we will do it again..! Hahaha
