Starbucks in Gosport

We popped in for hot drinks as we were staying at the premier Inn next door. The service was poor, the drive through definitely gets preferential service which is not good for customers walking in to get served. We ordered a festive coffee & a hot chocolate. Drinks were nice enough but the service just put us off the whole place. It didn't look like the tables had been wiped over all day as sticky and dirty. We decided to take our drinks back to the hotel as they were served in takeaway cups anyway. Don't think we will go back

It's been 3 weeks paying £14 for coffee and cake and having to use paper cups with food in a bag. I generally like cups and plates. The excuse given is that the dishwasher has broken down. To be honest I don't believe the staff. This is not the standard I accept.
