Starbucks in Shropshire

Great people, always welcoming, food good and drinks good too. Some ppl on here have written unpleasant things about one staff member, leonie as far as we are concerned they are talking rubbish, All the young ladies there are bright and happy they greet with a smile and exchange a few words with you, especially Leonie. The place is run well it clean and staff work hard to get it right. 10/10

As a regular customer of Starbucks, I popped into this store on my way into Shrewsbury for work. Coffee was good, store was clean, all staff friendly apart from one called Leonie. She was very rude and condescending.

Came for coffee today, first time at this store, I used to work for Starbucks for over 10 years, and I was shocked at this staff member, this is apparently the assistant manager!! Leonie, did not follow any of the correct steps to make mine and my partners drinks. We sat down and started to drink our drinks and all we could hear is Leonie speaking to her other colleagues in a disgusting way and was being very rude to them and a customer that needed a little more time to order due to a disability. Absolutely shocking behaviour. When I was managing stores, I would of sorted this problem out straight away, their is no way that leonie would of been employed very long at all, nevermind got to the rank of assistant manager. I will be following up with head office. Shocking

Pop in to this Starbucks on the way to the office a couple of times a week, nice fresh coffee and all the staff are lovely apart from one called Leonie, she has a very bad attitude problem and I have seen her speaking to customers and other staff members like trash. If it wasn't for her, it would of been 5 stars.

Friendly enough staff, but coffee was all froff, and we trod in bits of cake left on the floor as it was not kept as clean as it should be. For the cost of the drinks we purchased we do expect more.

Staff members on shift were very friendly and welcoming - I was very impressed with how busy they kept themselves when there were no-one queuing, they cleaned the toilets and kept the rest of the coffee shop very clean and tidy. I went up a few times as I was here for a few hours and was always greeted with a smile even when they had to stop their cleaning etc to serve. Very impressed with their service.

Ignirant staff, not welcoming and to busy flirting with each other to bothered clearing tables. Sat 30 mins 3 staff no drive through customers and 50 percent of tables need clearing. Dion is to byst chatting via headset to the girls in shift! Coffee ok but panini soggy and tastles

I visited Battlefield Starbucks today (15/05/20) after a long seven weeks and I was blown away by not only how amazing my coffee was, but by how committed and hard working the staff were!!! Despite the endless queues I was greeted by the smiles of two members of the team. The drive thru was so busy, but yet my drinks were made to an exceptional standard by the lady on the bar - I think her name was Sarah - it was clear that she was working to a very high standard; making drinks effectively and efficiently; everything looked and tasted AMAZING!!!! Similarly, they were delivered with with exceptional service by Wallis - a friendly greeting at the window made all the difference! The two ladies worked so well together and both still managed to keep beaming smiles on their faces. They both deserve a medal! Well Done Ladies, and thank you for such a lovely experience!

I always receive nice service from this branch no matter when I go. I love the coffee and the food even though it can be a little pricey. Whenever your feeling peckish it is a great place to stop. Also I have come to love the vegan nut bar.

Called in to pick up a coffee and some lunch Service was good and food options where even better Picked up a salad, not my usual thing, and was very impressed by flavour/taste Always quick service at this branch

Just noticed this listing for Starbucks. It has been there many years and I am not sure why this branch hasn't made it to TA. Always easy to park there, great location on the outskirts of town. Coffee and food as you usually get at Starbucks. Always seems a good friendly group of staff there. Usually clean and tidy on our visits.

I visited early afternoon and it was almost empty. Almost more staff than customers! Everywhere was clean and tidy. They are doing a range of vegan lunches. I just had coffee and a cinnamon bun, both good, coffee could have been hotter. I do like the the calorie content is ad advertised on everything.

Visited the other Friday on the way to a meeting and i was greated by the most friendly and happy member of staff (i think his name was Luke) He was soo (genuinely) lovely and interested in me for the few minutes he served me The coffee was the best Ive had in a long while, for the drive thru
