Starbucks in City of London, Westminster

Quería tomar un café antes de que comenzara mi evento, desafortunadamente su inodoro estaba fuera de servicio, pero el café era genial y fueron muy amables conmigo y me proporcionaron una solución donde encontrar un inodoro!

Keep coming that store 4 years I really like same stuff bad on off Chinese lady she really have 0 customers service she not nice at all when I come she don’t like to serve me and talking her language to her colleague and pointing with her finger to me and talking god knows what she never happy and I really like to report to the manager.Make me uncomfortable when I come and start look at me and talking different language to her college.

Staff were lovely, very friendly as soon as you enter the place, particularly a barista who’s name I believe was Jihye. Was very happy to have lots of extra cream on my drink- thank you for the great customer service

I ordered via the mobile application as it's easier, you can collect points for rewards and your drink / food item is normally ready upon arrival. Busy branch. My one shot black decaf americano was ready and perfect. There is limited seating inside. Pleasant service. Let's be honest Starbucks is Starbucks! You know what you will get.

A quick pit stop on the way past St. Paul’s. Lovely coffee as usual and an especially lovely barista called Yuma.

I dropped into this site after arriving at St. Paul’s Station. The location is just a few hundred feet from the station. It’s not a big site and when I arrived the few tables they had were taken. The staff were fine. Nothing special. They took my order and whilst chatting to each other delivered my coffee to go quickly. Overall service fine although I didn’t stay and headed out after ordering. It’s not really a location to sit and savour your coffee as the site is too small but it’s practical and what you’d expect from a Starbucks.

The staff are indifferent to the customers and always try to charge more than other Starbucks, even in the same area!! Shame they closed the wonderful Moorgate one instead of this one.

The food & drink was what you would expect but though it was reasonably busy the staff seemed disinterested and there was no clearing of tables all the time we were there except by customers

休憩したいと思った時のファーストチョイスに上がるスターバックス。日本と変わりのないサービスを提供してれるので非常に利用し やすいです。

fast quick coffee and a fix of hunger should you be rushing about all day long. slight american humour added with names on cups etc.

Starbucks is Starbucks but what makes this one my favourite is the quality of staff there. Super friendly and professional. I'm in there everyday and I see how they treat me and other customers. Consistently well.

I have just given a very positive review of the Jubilee Place Starbucks so felt that I should review the Cheapside one which I visited yesterday. A very different experience. I was working and drinking my tea and there were people at the tables on either side. One of them started vaping (first I noticed was an awful smell). I started to feel a bit sick so went to the Barista to ask their policy on vaping (did not want to raise it as an issue if it was officially allowed since she had been there first). All I got was a shrug and the question, what is that (I said, "Is it policy to allow vaping in Starbucks"). I explained vaping and this time just got a shrug. Total indifference. I looked this up in Google and apparently they took a policy decision in 2014 to ban it from their outlets!

I know its probably full of sweeteners but starbucks almond milk is so much nicer than anyone else's. bit sloe on the service which they need to work on as people round here are often on the way to work

Typical of the chain, this one is well staffed, friendly and soulless. OK to call in for a quick coffee but I wouldn't make a detour

It's a Starbucks so food and drinks exactly as you would expect. Nice location as windows look out at St Paul's Cathedral. Right in the heart of London bustling seems to handle this well.

Visited on a Tuesday lunchtime to buy a coffee and panini. Staff were quick and efficient. This was a takeaway and the panini was well packaged, keeping it hot until I was back in the office.
