How about someone gets the tables cleared. Right tables full of empties with 3 people behind the counter and it’s not particularly busy.

Transaction id: #1874249490 I don’t understand why the same drink here is £1 more than other local Starbucks I understand motorway tax but this is on an A road. I also ordered a ‘fruit toast’. When he brought out he said they had no butter. It was too dry so asked for a refund after a few bites but there was “no one on shift able to give a refund “ - so it just went in the bin. I won’t be back to this branch even though I pass it often. Finishing on a positive- the drink was good.

Used to go there very often at the first opening, loved it then, just been recently again, it was dirty, staff don’t care and more busy chatting away between themselves, this place need a complete new management. The place don’t feel warm and welcoming as it used to.

Last time I visited this Starbucks was December 2021 on the way to a wedding, this time was coming back from a visit to a National Trust property. We both went for cold drinks the cold brew I had was very good and my wife enjoyed her strawberry based frappe. Service was good and polite gentleman serving. I wonder if Starbucks will move from this spot into the new outlet mall when it's built

Would be better if it had more gluten free options of cakes, hot chocolate very milky but nice and hot. Baristas were fine, not bad but not great just average. Very noisy inside.

This you to be a regular stop for me each time I drove up to practice with the marching band I have taught in Coseley, always been the mod point for my journey and always filled me with comfort on the route, after over 2 years got to go back in on the way back from a wonderful wedding for a member of the band, we both had chai as we didn't fancy the Christmas drinks as wanted a lighter drink, good service good drinks hope it's not another 2 years before I get to go in again

I stopped off at the Starbucks on the A46 on my way to a meeting in Cheltenham. Have to say that Angie and Lauren, the two barista’s were fantastic. Really chatty and doing a great job. Even putting up with my rubbish stories. Thank you ladies.

Expensive and rubbish. Drink looked nothing like the display photo and when we questioned this we were told that that’s how it was supposed to be. Will be avoiding Starbucks from now on, other better options available.

Great staff, really friendly, helpful and efficient. Coffee was excellent and the pain aux raisin lovely and warm.

They had no coffee cups washed up, so I had to be given a paper cup even though I’m sitting in to drink my coffee, this is environmentally very poor. Also, no oat milk, it is a large busy Starbucks, it cannot be a surprise to them that they need to regularly order oat milk. Finally, it is a new and modern Starbucks which is let down by being very grubby, the seats, tables and floors do not look like they’ve been cleaned in quite some time.

The place was stuffy ,not fresh ,service was good ,coffee was ok but the toilets were smelly and dirty.

Came with friends for hot drinks and cakes. Nice friendly service and plenty staff too so service was excellent! Nice seating area inside.

Very good visit recently had a refurb that has worked wonders for the place cleanest Starbucks o have ever visited and the staff are clearly very well trained as every quotation they had an answer for and always had a smile on there face highly recommended!!

I was visiting friends locally and we decided to go out for a coffee. On entering the light airy building, we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who took our coffee and hot chocolate order. The building had a number of people in it at the time and the lady member was cleaning and tidying the tables. When our drinks arrived they were hot and delicious! I was chatting to one member of staff who advised they are having a “refit” in January 2019. I used the loo before leaning and they were clean and tidy.

It's a little complicated getting into the Starbucks carpark if you're driving (and given its location, you may well be). You need to drive across the forecourt of the petrol station - don't try going round to the left or you may end up in the HGV filling lanes and have to reverse out! Once you get there, it's a small carpark. On occasion I've had to circle via the M5 roundabout a couple of times until a space is available. However it's worth it. The place is clean and well lit. The toilets are very good (if a bit on the small side) and the coffee is as good as Starbucks' standard. We tend to visit on a Sunday morning and the regular staff there often recognise us which is quite nice. It's not bad as a pit-stop if you want something cheaper than the motorway services just north on the M5 at Strensham. Not too far a diversion off the motorway either and if you have a Starbucks card or app, they not only accept it but you can redeem your free drinks as well!

Called in here for a short break, coffees were nice . Staff were friendly. Toilets were clean. Only criticism would be , most tables were taken by people with laptops ( tables for 3 taken by 1 )

I stop here on a regular basis as I travel up from Bristol to the Black Country to teach a youth marching band. My drink is good but the service is some times lacking..

I am a regular visitor to Starbucks not because of a great experience but it is convenient. There is not a lot to comment on in terms of the food and drinks but it is worthy of comment that Starbucks theme is a lack of cleanliness in most stores and Tewkesbury is no exception. Some of the staff are pleasant but most of them appear to be unhappy with customers, requests etc. This would indicate poor selection and a lack of staff training.

This place was clean, tidy, good location and highly efficient staff.

The staff need some serious retraining at the establishment. Every time I have been the service has been exceptionally slow and the quality is definitely not at the expected Starbucks level.

Corporate, bland very average feel to the place. Was clean and tidy with adequate car parking. Next to a filling Station and main road so not much to look at.

I’ve been coming here around twice a week for a couple of years now and like the location and layout, and the food and coffee is always great.

Great coffee and a bacon roll. The service is always very good. A handy place to stop when traveling down the motorway too.

Stopped here to meet a friend as Starbucks are normally pretty standard and clean at least. Unfortunately the place was dirty, food selection was really limited and service really poor (food order not fully received and the warmed items were left to go cold before they managed to serve!) Embarrassed to have taken a friend here and had to apologise. If desperate to stop use the BP garage next door..

Used to visit this Starbucks 3 times a week for a morning coffee, ordered the same thing every visit but was treated like a stranger every single time. Starbucks coffee isn't great either...but this location is very convenient and at least it's not a Costa.

This was a nice coffee in a handy place. It has plenty of seating and everything you would expect in the average Starbucks! The staff were helpful and polite. I think that there clients normally just pass through! I was happy with the place!!

Went Starbucks with friends,ordered coffee,s,thinking we were paying for small cup only to be charged for a large which it wasn't,cup seized they use are confusing,when asked staff she shrugged her shoulders and said that how it is,doesn't seems right,the place is very small,and unwelcoming staff will never go their again,didn't feel comfortable and glad when we left ,

2 members of staff in and a near empty store yet rather than clear the 4 tables that were full of empty plates and cups or sweep the food swamped floors, they thought it be best to natter behind the screens. Certainly won't be coming back

I use this Starbucks regularly when visiting the area on business. The coffee and food are fine and the service is usually ok. However I can guarantee that the toilet will be somewhere between grubby and filthy no matter what time of day I visit. Toilet tissue often needs replenishing and staff are usually pretty disinterested when this is reorted. I'll continue to use this place at is convenient but it could be so much better.

Mientras me encanta starbucks delgado latte es mi arma de elección para esa llamada de despertador. Came with the family. My one year old son pulled my 4 year old daughters got chocolate off the table, the cup smashed and hot chocolate all over the floor. The staff were so nice, especially the young lady who came over with a mop and a fresh hot chocolate (which she did off her own back without us asking) and gave it to my daughter. She was so friendly, kind and polite. Thank you

STOPPED HERE ON WAY HOME never go again all i wanted was a hot chocolate when i got it warm so asked for another one took it out to car.went to drink it and only had half a cup.This place needs a shake up the staff just wern't interested in serving anyone. Just wanted to natter.

Nipped for coffee hadn't had lunch fancied a warm sandwich. The only one to grab my fancy was cheese and marmite .Whilst the coffee is cracking at Starbucks the food microwave bread melted cheese and a breathe of marmite was not left what you see in picture poor cheese bread chewy microwaved bread is always yuk .£6.25 is too much .There is a M&S next door so will try them for food next time I pass watch this space for a review bye

Had an email to say the pumpkin spiced latte was now out so we drove to have one.We were served by crystal who it was her first day in the till and so I felt she did a good job but other staff were more interested in chatting about what else they were doing this weekendDrinks were done and were not up to the normal standard, almost non coffee as were more weak than normally is. Has Starbucks changed its policy on shots?? Or is it just here.The floor was very dirty and staff could be cleaning as they talk! Starbucks need to look into this store

I was a reagular visitor to this branch...eversince it opening I went 1-2 times a week. Over the past 2 years the visits have sometimes been met with an all-right service or and OK service. There has in the past been some people who worked here that remembered my name....but in recent time I have been in one day after the other and the staff just dont seem to care. Its a bizarre branch, the staff seem to spend more time talking, prating about or staring into space. The tables are sometimes 2 or 3 sets deep in dirty plates and mugs. On my last visit the staff forgot my drink, maybe 10 people went in front of me and at not point did anyone realise I was waiting. I most definitely wont be rushing back here.

Glad to find somewhere for a drink near to Ashchurch station. Although I was disappointed by the watery Chai Latte I ordered, it was more like water with some spices. Good wifi connection.

My boyfriend & I stopped here on our way back home for a quick break & coffee. We had our 8month old with us too. On entering Starbucks we were the only customers, but from looking around practically every table had used empty coffee cups on as if they had been really busy... But what's worse is the two people behind the counter were chatting away to each other & on their phones as if bored with nothing to do which was clearly not the case as the seating area was a state. Tables needed clearing & cleaning & the floor sweeping. It was a very disappointing visit & one I would never expect from such a huge coffee chain. I hope whoever the manager or supervisor is of this site needs to reconsider & take responsibility for their staffs actions as they are clearly just kids working to earn a bit of cash & not in the trade for a career. My boyfriend & I both work in the trade & were appalled at the state of this site & had to bribe them with a tip to tidy up as it was disgraceful they even assumed it was ok to leave the floor & tables as they were - filthy! Although Starbucks is not our favourite coffee we go there as we like how clean they always are with generally friendly staff.

Visited on a Friday afternoon on the way back from work. Staff more interested in talking to each other than clearing the tables. Ordered my drink which was pushed towards me and overflowing through the cup lid. Black pen which was used to write my name on the cup came off all over my hands (smoothie cups are no good with marker pens) - why do they insist on asking your name to write on cups? I had to clear my own table to sit at, there were only 2 other customers here and 2 staff talking. The drinks station was filthy with spilt milk, sugar and general litter. Premium price for awful service. I won't be back!

We stopped in for a takeaway drink and found the service good, but the overall experience rather average. The hot chocolate was rather weak, with more a warm milk feel than a rich treat. Rather disappointing after a long drive. The cheeriness of the server was what redeemed this visit to a 3 level.

Stopped here as we used to do when it was a little chef but now a Starbucks, as at a point when just turned off m5, before traveling on. Chap with coloured hair very kind and helpful and explained points card to my daughter and husband, and made great coffee, was nice to see that although steady with customers and making each coffee to order, he still had time to smile and be friendly... Well done that man.

I work pretty close to this location and the service is very good. I even take family members there instead of the closer on to our home near Cheltenham. They accept the Starbucks app for payment and I'm able to use my Apple Watch. I receive occasional "gifts" from Starbucks via email and I typically don't act on them. Things like a free coffee, buy one get one, etc. I received one for Christmas and it was for one free bakery item. I walked in and showed them my email and they said they don't participate. Doesn't make much marketing sense. You get people into your store, build the authentic brand experience and loyalty. So for me, I will now be taking my business and my family's business to Cheltenham. According to my quicken report that adds up to £1,257 in 2015. Hope the marginal savings of £3.45 for the carrot cake is worth it for them...

I visited Cheltenham promenade branch but doesn't appear on trip advisor?? Fantastic branch really busy and the coffee tastes of coffee unlike that rubbish from Costa !

This is a typical Starbucks with friendly staff. It is easy access from the M5 and next to a BP station. Collect more stars by presenting your phone or loyalty card for each item separately so coffee and cake done separately is two stars.

This Starbucks is just off the M5, Tewkesbury/Evesham junction so a quick hop off the motorway. A former Little Chef converted into a Starbucks. Typical Starbucks range so you know what to expect. When I first arrived the service was swift but I noticed that the 2 staff on between 8.30 and 9.30 struggled to cope as more customers arrived. They kept smiling and worked through though.

Had the chance to sample most of the drinks and snacks available here over the past few days. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming with a focused attitude on customer satisfaction. All drinks and food were served quickly and piping hot. Although the prices are quite expensive the products are fair value. Very clean restaurant with free wifi plus charging points for mobile and laptop devices. Will visit again. Thanks

Please don't visit thinking this is a standard "Starbucks," as it isn't. It is located on a BP fuel station forecourt, so that perhaps gives you an idea of what is to come. It was probably an ex-Little Chef. There is parking, you have to drive through the fuel station to get to it, easily missed. The main cafe room is open and cold, not in temperature, but it lasks the homeliness of a normal "Starbucks." Unlike most "Starbucks," this one lacks the comfortable sofas. It's a bit canteen-ish. There is no friendly chatter, people just sit there on their laptops, mobile phones, or staring at the wall. So it lacks atmosphere.The young people who were staffing the place could do with smiling a bit and welcoming their customers. I ordered two filter coffees, but was told that something was being done to the machine and she would bring the coffees over. After a good ten minutes and having wolfed down my muffin, without coffee, I had to ask where my coffees were. Clearly they had forgotten, no apology, was just given the drinks. The milk ran out and I had to ask for more - is that right for a customer to do? The staff should be checking these condiments on a routine basis.OK, so it is only a service station cafe and as one of those it is OK. But, it is trading under the "Starbucks" name and this service reflects on the brand. The franchisee could certainly make the place more welcoming and the staff could try to be a little more friendly.Finally, Starbucks is an American company, but this outlet does not accept American Express!!! The answer was "This is a franchise." You know what - I don't care - as far as I am concerned I am in a "Starbucks." I don't care who runs it, it is a "Starbucks!" Customers are not bothered who runs it or why! Room for improvement. I'll pass.

Got a free coffee on there opening night. Had a voucher for a tall drink. Forgot that was Starbucks speak for small. Seats are uncomfortable, it is just another motorway service station really, nothing fancy.
