Starbucks in City of London, Westminster

Popped into Starbucks Princes Street London. Not that busy, 3 staff, they had a big order before mine. No mention that there could be a wait. They fulfilled the large order (slowly) then did two people who were after me in queue. Finally started my Americano, which is easiest and quickest to normally do. Asked me if I wanted hot milk, but went on to start another order. I said just give me cold milk I got my coffee 16 minutes after placing order and no apology !!!!!!!! Can’t believe in current climate that service could be that bad !

Este es el único Starbucks en el que he estado donde el WiFi no funciona. Lo tienen pero buena suerte tratando de conectarse porque simplemente nunca funciona. Este lugar es bastante pequeño y un poco sucio.

Visité hoy para tomar un café y un pastel, ¡para encontrar varias moscas por todos los pasteles! Le dije a la señora que me estaba sirviendo mi café, ¡solo dijo que estaba bien! ¡Y el otro asistente simplemente se rió! ! Les pregunté si iban a hacer algo al respecto y simplemente continuaron sirviendo y me ignoraron. El resto de la cafetería estaba sucia y desordenada. ¡Yo no voy a volver! ! Mal ejecutado! ¡Y un personal terrible que realmente espero mejor de Starbucks! !

Tomé una agradable taza de café relajante con comodidad. El personal es eficiente y servicial. Hay un baño en la planta baja.

Es mejor evitarlo, ya que está lleno y las colas aquí son largas y es muy pequeña. Tuvimos la suerte de conseguir una mesa, pero está oscuro, sin vistas ni perspectivas. Así que un poco miserable pero el café está bastante bien. . . . . . . Mi consejo es encontrar una cafetería indie en Soho. Alguien nos trajo aquí, así que en realidad solo estábamos siendo educados, ya que nos estaban sirviendo una bebida.

This is a busy Starbucks, as it is a well-traffic location. It was very crowded when we were there (a Sunday afternoon). We ordered a cappuccino and a latte. Both were fine, if unusually hot. No complaints...but average for a Starbucks IMO.

Although this branch of Starbucks is very close to Oxford Circus, it is slightly away from the main footfall and hence less crowded. All the usual product range is available and the staff are efficient and welcoming. Good variety of seating and an interesting building....
