Starbucks in City of London, Westminster

Its great I really enjoyed it and the kids enjoyed the babychino! Loved the Latte and my wife also loved the choco frappe.

Ich weiß nicht recht ob dies der richtige Starbucks ist aber wenn es so sein sollte mein größten Respekt das so ein Laden so lange überleben kann. Für mich gibt es sogar 0 von 5 Sternen leider kann man dies hier nur nicht angeben. Ich finde es scheußlich wie dreckig der Laden ist man merkt einfach wie wenig liebe in diese Hütte geschreckt wird. Am besten hat mir die Mülltonne gefallen weil es diesen Starbucks am besten beschreibt. Die Toiletten waren schmutzig und haben schlimm gerochen (nichtmal darum wird sich gekümmert). Dann das Personal…. Schlimm ist das beste Wort das diese Unfreundlichen Menschen beschreiben kann. Normalerweise kenne ich die Menschen In London als Liebenswert und es gefällt mir hier super aber in diesem Starbucks ging es gar nicht. Nun kommen wir zum Getränk. Ich habe mir extra was bestellt was viel Potenzial fürs Auge hatte aber leider auch nur fürs Auge. Das Getränk schmeckte nach gar nichts. Es sollte nach kaffe mit Karamell schmecken und noch einer Macadamia oder so ähnlich leider hat das aber gar nichts mit irgendeinem dieser Zutaten zu tun gehabt. Man hat nur Wasser geschmeckt und die Lieblosen Hände die es zubereitet haben. Ich habe viel mehr erwartet und muss leider gestehen es war das schlechteste was ich je Trank. Diesmal hab ich Starbucks eine Chance gegeben aber das auch kein 2. mal weil sowas es einfach nicht verdient hat so groß zu sein…

Pioggia battente, voglia di dolce, si va da Starbucks! Mio dolcetto preferito da mangiare è un dolce londinese con cioccolato e caramello, si chiama o banoffee pasticcini oppure shortbread. (quello della foto).

Shoutout to the staff today, who whilst taking my 7yo son on a big day out in London seeing all the sights and having lots of fun. His favourite part of the day was the staff at this Starbucks calling him Spider-Man because he was wearing his new web shooters. They called him it and wrote it on all our drinks then asked for ‘Spiderman’ he was beaming! Thanks guys for making his day. It really is the little things that count 😊

So the toilets are out of use as they are broken and locked to the public yet when the member of staff opened the door to put sacks of garbage in there I could see there were many more sacks of garbage piled high in there. Not only unhygienic but depriving customers of toilet facilities as you’re to lazy to keep them clean is not a good look

absolute rubbish, terrible service felt like i was just in the way & they wouldn’t let me use the loo saying that they were just closing, however remained open a good half hour afterwards £ 22 better spent anywhere else in future.

Sans plus, un Starbucks standard et cher. Sans grand intérêt. Si on a vraiment soif. Toilettes pitoyables. Passer votre chemin.

Better seating and service than most Starbucks. Music is set too loud, causing customers to talk loud, etc. Avg = 80 decibels. Few English people in the crowd, high tourist area.

This Starbucks has very similar problem as many others in London - just one toilet. That's really for a quick pee break for each customer, one after another, often standing in a line outside. Since the place consists from 1 room only, it can be pretty noisy with all the customers inside. I liked an option to charge my phone at the desk at the window, since there are charging stations. The staff is super nice, by the way.

Went into Starbucks because we wanted a drink before getting the train home, I so wish we hadn’t bothered, waited 15 minutes for 3 frappes & 1 water. I so wish I had seen the seating area before getting our drinks it looked like it had never been cleaned, empty cups, sandwich packets & boxes all over the tables, napkins crumbs & cups on the floor. I’m not a lover of Starbucks so only ever have water but I felt sorry for the rest of my party, the wrong drink was made & when I told them it was wrong she said no it isn’t when I disagreed I was told well did you want me to make a different drink then. The toilets were out of order, I thought somewhere selling food had to have toilets, the staff here need training on cleaning, getting orders correct & customer service.

Visited at 8.10pm. Chose a sandwich and a Mac and cheese box, both to be heated up. Server said couldn’t heat anything up as they shut in 20 minutes. Don’t know why that was relevant. So put the Mac and cheese back, got a refund and waited for our drinks. 1 x tea and 2 mochas. Black Tea was handed over filled to the brim in a takeaway cup. Asked for milk and something to tip some of the tea out into to make room for the milk. Waited a bit, finally got the milk but nothing to empty the excess liquid into. Got myself another cup and did it myself. Staff not interested in customer service at all. Only interested in closing the door. Won’t be returning. Left half of all the drinks as not very nice.

Tutto perfetto, a parte la coda alla cassa. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, grande scelta... se devo trovare un difetto, beh, la pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata!

We have used this branch of Starbucks for over ten years. Staff are always friendly and professional. It’s often packed so you have to ‘hope’ for a table. The location is great just off Piccadilly,and a short walk to Berkeley Square.

While in London every day we enjoyed Stabuck's lovely cappuccino. You may add cinnamon, vanilla or chocolate powder to enhance the taste. Served hot in a take away cup.

Una delle innumerevoli filiali della celebre catena americana di caffetterie presenti in Londra. L'assortimento offerto è quello solito: dolci, muffins, tramezzini, panini, bevande e il famoso frappuccino. Comodo per una pausa, per ricaricare il cellulare o per passare del tempo. Servizio basico. Prezzi non esattamente economici.

Visit this location whenever I am in London. Consistently good service always fresh products in a great Mayfair location Lots of seating, spotless and friendly staff.

i was served by a terrible manager by the name of Simon who was very rude and short. and not all the drinks on the menu is available for order. i am never returning to this place

This Starbucks is crazy crowded in the mornings - beware. But all in all, everything you wanted from Starbucks - you can get here. There are some seating places, but generally, it is very crowded in early in the morning
