The staff were very friendly and reliable and chatty to me. The hot chocolate was very nice an love the cake pop. I sat in and I was able to have a conversation with my friend. The service was fast and good.

Yesterday, in the queue, there was only one person ahead of us. Despite ordering just one drink, the SEVEN orders behind us were all served before us. To make matters worse, a delivery order came in, and there were at least 3-4 employees behind the counter. Frustrated, I asked if they had forgotten or misplaced our order, as we had been waiting for nearly 15 minutes for one drink, while numerous subsequent drinks and orders were completed. However, the staff avoided eye contact and remained silent, leaving my question unanswered. One employee, who seemed to be in charge, nonchalantly shrugged and inquired about my name. After providing it, she glanced at the slip on the counter and confirmed that our order was on its way. Another staff member chimed in, mentioning the influx of orders they had received and prioritised the larger delivery order and had chosen to do ALL the frappuccino orders together. Curious, I asked if I had been pushed to the back of the queue because I hadn't ordered a frappuccino. The employee in charge, displaying a rather stroppy attitude, saying that I hadn't been moved to the back, but then contradicted herself by saying the orders behind me had been done first through her convenience (rather than a customer focused first-come-first-serve approach). I suppose I should be grateful that more Frappuccino orders didn’t come in to push my wait back even further. Waiting 15 minutes for just one drink, while being the second person in line behind multiple deliveries and witnessing others receive multiple drinks, was simply ridiculous. Even other customers were apologising to us they’d got theirs first. The behavior of the (seemingly) more senior employee, was unprofessional and unacceptable. I believe Starbucks can do better than this! Black Sheep has opened opposite so we’ll be giving them a go today.

Starbucks in the Eden Centre has the soulless feel you would expect from a big chain in a shopping centre. What you do expect though is that the conveyor queue of mid-shop folk will be processed quickly and efficiently. Not so in my experience. Despite several staff behind the counter, the queue moved slowly as it seemed few of them were engaged in serving the waiting custom. After waiting a while my porridge appeared, followed a little while after by the coffee. Whether by virtue of the staggered arrival of my order, or incorrect preparation, the porridge was tepid at best. The coffee was at least warm. Free WiFi and the chance to charge my phone was some small consolation, but did not make up for the rest of the experience.

I recently visited Starbucks in the Eden centre and I got to say what a dreadful experience it was. The staff seemed to not give a flying monkeys about the customers experience in this store. I felt like the staff made no effort to greet me and were just rude throughout the ordering process. The drinks quality was not up to scratch. The drinks were like warm at best and I asked for a cappuccino and what I received was wetter than a latte, appalling to say the least. When I asked to speak to the manager the monster that greeted me was so intimidating to me, rude arrogant and up his own a**, some serious training in the customer service is required. Also the seating area was atrociously dirty, this store obviously can’t handle themselves when busy and need a better manager to motivate the staff..

Have now visited this Starbucks a few times. Plenty of seating, good service and located within High Wycombe’s Eden Shopping mall. This occasion saw the standards dip just a fraction: my soya milk hot chocolate wasn’t as hot as it could’ve been and a few tables hadn’t been cleared away including one we sat down at. Nothing major, but worth noting.

Visited Starbucks in High Wycombe today with a friend. The tray in which our drinks were served had a puddle of water. I looked at the young girl serving waiting for her to change the tray at no avail. I went back in and spoke with the manager, I asked him if the standard of the service inc the tray served was acceptable and he looked at me with a smirk and said ‘ok I change the tray’. I felt intimidated by him being a male Manager, he had no customer service skills. Why would I want to change the tray when the drinks were already on the table...... I use Starbucks regularly and this was my first time at the High Wycombe one and certainly the last. The customer service was appalling and did no justice for the reputation of Starbucks.

Pleasant experience in this Starbucks. Plenty of seating, speedy service when we visited and found in the heart of the Eden Shopping Centre. This is a spacious Starbucks, not one of the ones which makes you feel like you’re sitting on top of somebody else.

Not one of the best places. Some of the staff are unsure on what they are meant to be doing? Over priced! You even get charged 5p for the take away cup?? I know it’s only 5p... But why?? Music is very loud. You ask for a hot drink... you get served a Luke warm drink! On a positive note. Very spacious, so great for people in wheelchairs or parents with pushchairs. Overall... Unlikely to return..

I've never really understood why Starbucks use the somewhat weird system they do for customer orders - it proved confusing and error-prone yet again when we most recently visited. Add to this a long wait for the drinks, hapless and inefficient staff (with a pretty poor attitude) and rather uninspiring coffees and the result is less than uplifting. There are plenty of better alternatives around.

I dropped in for a flat white while on my own using my disability scooter. The atmosphere was welcoming as usual, the staff helpful and friendly while the barista made the coffee to the usual excellent standard, extra hot just as I had asked for. The granola bar I had with my coffee was delicious and very satisfying. Despite being busy as is normal in this post location, the staff bright over my beverage and food for me as I am unable to very things and walk with my stick. Whenever I am in town, a call in for a great Starbucks is always top of my list of priorities and I am never disappointed.

I previously loved this Starbucks, but gradually overtime, their service has become slow and the quality in their drinks has also started to decline. I hate that the staff do not pay much attention to cleaning the tables and chairs.

We visited here on a Saturday morning. There was a bit of a queue, but it moved quickly and we didn't have to wait too long for our drinks. The staff were really friendly as well. However being that the seating area downstairs is quite small and cramped, we decided to head upstairs. Not an easy feat carrying a mug, plate and shopping bags though. It's a shame that they don't have more downstairs seating for practical reasons. The seating outside in the shopping area, as shown in the photo on here, definitely wasn't there on our visit and would have made a big difference. Toilets could do with a revamp as well.

Visited several times and regularly when being served the till operator forgets to give you the cakes/biscuits selected resulting in having to explain to others you’ve not had them. On two visits also forgot to advise that we wanted a tea, coffee came no problem

I don't always come here anymore. Why? Because it's always busy and the till area, where the bakery items and sandwiches are, is a bit tight; so when you're in a long queue and annoyingly a person is pushing and is trying to leave the coffeeshop, they have to nudge you since there is not enough space for them to pass by.

Mi amigo y yo estuvimos en este Starbucks para algunos café, té y un regalo hacia el final del día. Es un lugar pequeño con cubierta y al aire libre. Llegamos y esperamos en una larga fila. Sólo había dos chicas trabajando, uno los pedidos y pagos, los otros bebidas y recoger golosinas. Que parece que se necesita al menos una persona más debido a la alta demanda. Tuvimos que esperar en una larga fila para nuestra doble y luego otra vez para bebidas. Como nos sentamos a las mesas al aire libre, en la línea de tiempo y nos dieron incluso podría decir que fue un poco abrumador para los dos chicas detrás del mostrador. En general, nuestra visita estaba bien, las bebidas eran hecho en consecuencia, esperar más tiempo. Quizás deberían aumentar el número de trabajadores? La ubicación era muy apropiado. Que dejaría de comprar de nuevo.

I am here on a vacation from Toronto Canada. Being a Starbucks Gold Card member I must say the is the worst customer service experience ever. The location was in such a mess and looked unsanitary for serving food. I asked for a Pike coffee and twice got the wrong drink. When I asked for what I ordered that manager gave me an attitude. She said she needed refund my money for the late and charge me more for 2 Americana coffees as she did not feel like making a fresh pot of Pike coffee. The worst part was the the coffee we did end up getting was not even hot.

El barman son de verdad que quieran, pero el servicio de atención al cliente va" de la ventana "cuando la línea crece constantemente en frente de ellos; así se vuelven de prisa y luego un poco demasiado asertiva. Los clientes pasar una cantidad de cola desproporcionadamente caro en una taza de café, no deben sentirse como si fueran las molestias en la tienda. El barista en esta ocasión estaba carente de una sonrisa y insistía en la bebidas de la gente para intentar acortar la cola. El lugar estaba lleno, lo cual demuestra un constante base de clientes aquí y es obviamente muy popular aunque esta tienda es demasiado frenético y lleva demasiado tiempo. "Lo siento por la espera" o "Gracias por su paciencia" es a menudo un gambito de apertura inteligente al tratar con clientes esperando Los inodoros no son muy buenas. La planta por encima de la principal extra tienda es genial, ya que hay un montón de asientos adicionales y el espacio. Dropped in at 2pm for a coffee and some time to do some work. Not very busy but I counted 20 tables which had various empty cups, plates and half-eaten meals whilst staff stood around chatting behind the counter. Really not good enough for a Starbucks - plenty of other coffee shops in Wycombe - most of them with tables that you don't have to self-clear before you can sit down!

Might have given two stars had my request for cream not been met with a very negative response - almost "cream is bad for you we don't stock it any more!" Nor do they even use bulk cream in their whipping machines. Starbucks definitely at the bottom of my list of preferred options - Caffe Nero around the corner does cream!

It's a Starbucks, so coffee very consistent standard with all the other Starbucks out there. I had a Lemon & poppy seed muffin, which was good, but probably the same at any Starbucks.Was better service than most, given the high demand at the time of our visit, so top marks there.

Dans cette ville moyenne de High Wycombe, dans son centre commercial se trouve ce café d'une chaîne internationale. C'est pour se détendre, prendre un verre, un café avec des gâteaux ou des sandwich. Les prix sont raisonnables, même si on les compare à ceux de la France. Le personnel est très sympathique. Attention. on n'est pas servi, c'est comme un self. Le sucre il faudra le chercher après.

I was delighted last week to find that it's spiced pumpkin latte time again! Autumn is my favourite time of year and it's great to find hot spicy drinks back on the menu. Delicious! The drinks here are great but the food is rather less good and rather expensive. You will find Starbucks in the centre of the popular Eden Centre shopping mall within easy reach of local shops, a large car park and leisure activities such as Cineworld. This can be a slight drawback as it gets very busy and the queue for services can be long and slow, but the pumpkin latte is worth the wait!

It was a late afternoon when I ordered a panini and hot chocolate, there was no queue or anyone waiting behind me, everything was closed or closing and naturally at the end of the day I was a bit tired like most people. When I was given my panini I left thinking that I had everything its only when I reached the sports protein shop that I realised I was missing something and then realised that I had left my hot chocolate. I ran back to pick it up and the girls working there had the same look on their face as soon as I walked in and didn't seem to be at all changed. Naturally, I thought that it was quite bad that they didn't call out to their only customer saying that I didn't have my hot chocolate.

I admit it, I'm a coffee addict and Starbucks is my supplier of choice for when my own home brew just won't do. Therefore I've been to lots of branches all over the world. The staff here though are second to none. They are friendly, attentive and get my drink right first time, every single time without fail (which some other branches don't).The store is kept clean and it is a great place to lose yourself in a good book for a couple of hours.
