Starbucks in North Warwickshire

The staff were so kind. My sister bought a drink for me but I totally forgot to ask for alternative milk as I cannot have dairy. As soon as I started to drink it I quickly realised and started to feel unwell. I gave it to my sister and quickly explained to staff member Cat. She asked if I would be ok i said yes as I only had a couple of mouthfulls. She made me another free if charge even though I offered to pay. About 20 mins after Cat came outside to make sure I was feeling OK. The girl that served me initially was also very attentive. Thank you for your genuine care and kindness.

You could cut the atmosphere with a knife,awful service ,really unhelpful by the lady with mousy brown hair.Always come here alas that's us done will go elsewhere,we all have bad days but I am really easy going and it's a treat for us to come out, Didn't deserve that.Find another job if you are that unhappy 😉

Very rude girl. Took a drink back. She completely blanked me and carried on serving. She could at least have said I'll be with you shortly. I had to grab the boy and get him to ask her for an extra shot of coffee for my drink and to make another latte for my partner. She said to him what did she say was wrong with it? When I was standing right there!! She should have asked me.

Service and attitude appalling. Food served before drinks, drinks had to be chased and chased again! To be given takeaway when ordered in house and given a look! Other customers served before who came in after .... no apology no customer service .... tables not cleared majority full of crocks ! Serious lack of staff and mgt.

Website states 6am open, front door states 6.30am opening. Neither were correct. Staff inside and not wanting to open the doors. Very poor.

The place has a good atmosphere and very friendly. My sisters strawberry frappe was the favourite out of both of ours. Mine however is a miss, ive been having a chai iced latte for 2 years and the one I had today was very disappointing. It come as a dark brown when it’s suppose to be a milky white colour, watching them make it they used black tea and water instead of the syrup i don’t know exactly how they make it now but I only just had one from a different location and they used the syrup

Dropped my car off at the garage opposite hoping for an hour of lovely coffee, muffins and reading my book in a comfy chair. Instead I'm sat on one of their uncomfortable 70's tan leather and wood seats leaning over my tiny table like a hunchback. I'm not sure if it's a post-Covid strategy to make it look and feel as unwelcoming as possible in order to get people out quickly, if not, the designer needs sacking! Coffee and muffin outstanding as always and lovely staff.

You were super helpful thd other day with very specific requirements for our poorly daughter. She drank all her drink and you and the people you work with are always very friendly and helpful. Thank you 10/10 for customer care. 🤗

My first visit to the Tamworth Starbucks, great difficulty in finding, but worth it when we arrived! As usual my fave coffee brand was made to perfection by the lovely welcoming young lady at the drive through. Quick delivery too! Thank you Starbucks you make heavenly coffee🐞

We called in today to try the special NEW Phantom Frappuccino, that's only available for 6 days, 26 Oct - 31 Oct 2019. It is absolutely delicious, credit to the creators working for Starbucks for creating these wonderful concoctions.

Starbucks is a warm welcome place to sit and chill out with a yummy coffee....especially the blonde roast blend. You can warm up on a cold day at the fireplace and feel cosy and relaxed. There are plenty of things to eat also. I’m a vegan so I choose the vegan cakes. If you get there and your hungry my preference is the vegan burrito. It’s warmed up and delish🤗 The staff are all very welcoming and that is equally important if not more important than the whole experience of stopping in for just coffee or whatever else takes your fancy. This is another new Starbucks restaurant that's recently opened. The usual very high standards and great tasting drinks. I will be returning agin very soon, without a doubt.
