Starbucks in Brentwood

Food and drinks are very nice and arrived quickly. My go-to starbucks since it’s the nearest and the nicest one i know of.

Once again, for the 18th month in a row, the toilets are closed to staff and customers. Now you have that information you can make up your own mind in regards to the hygiene in this place

I am a pregnant lady, came in to purchase a decaf coffee and when I went to use the toilets I was told the toilets aren’t in service! Apparently they’ve been broken for months! Instead I purchased my coffee from the Halfway House next door which was reasonably priced with a large range of syrups and the staff were fantastic as well as the toilets, very clean and well decorated! Instead of waiting for a ridiculous amount of time at Starbucks for an over priced coffee save yourself time and money and visit The halfway house instead!! Thank me later!

Toilets are only open when the staff feel like it. Closed most of the time even though staff use them. It’s a shame as this has been going on for months. I have complained to corperate but all they say is they will escalate it to the franchise owner. If you are reading this you really need to sort out your staff attitude here. I’m sure it was a condition on premesis that these should be available.

Thank god this is here, a handy little place to hide out and chill with a coffee for a bit. Plenty of space and a good selection of everything. Including some books for sale (for charity) should you need something for your journey

They are more expensive than any Starbucks in London or anywhere else in the UK. Even though they're the most expensive Starbucks in London - they overcharge you for your drinks every single time you go there. So basically thieves. The place is dirty.

Disgusting service. Always a huge queue and around a 30 min wait. WHY do they only employ 2 staff? Prepare hot food before coffees have even started being made!! Starbucks have no respect for their customers at all, always an appalling service in this store and nothing is done about it.

No hand sanitizer. Dirty tables dirty plate. Slow service. Wearing masks behind counter no one sanitising.

Miserable staff huffing and puffing as took our order my cookies and cream Frappuccino was tasteless and mainly I’ve been to some lovely Starbucks but this one is awful

Go here regularly due to proximity to where we live. However, 70% of the time the queue is out the door. From experience that would mean a 25 to 30 minute wait. Always 2 maybe 3 staff. Never enough. So slow!

Dreadful staff. Both server and coffee maker Miserable . Was overcharged and was very grumpy when we politely explained. No apology. Place wasn’t clean. Tables still dirty. Horrid all round and not usual star bucks experience

Was served by Mary who was rude and nasty. Will not be going back. She thought it was fine to shout and lecture me in front of the other customers.

had two visits for coffee , it was ok just typical starbucks. there is not much else to say, service was ok
