Nearly got knocked out by a member of staff rushing around and not looking where she was going.

I had a lovely time at the harvester ,the service was lovely ,vikki was a lovely lady deserves a raise !!!

Aga our server was absolutely wonderful and led a very lovely start to our weekend. The breakfast was really nice and overall a great experience

Great breakfast and at a fair cost. My husband had the Classic Breakfast, which was very plentiful and tasted excellent. I had the Eggs Bendict, which are a bit of a quality test as they are easy to get wrong. Mine were perfect. I also have to complement the quality of the bacon. The service from Aga was very good too. Friendly and attentive. Will certainly come for breakfast again if we're in Brentwood in the future. Eleanor

I haven’t been to harvester for over 10 years and came here this afternoon for lunch and had a great experience. The staff were amazing especially Vikki who was so friendly and helpful. Service was 10/10 would definitely come back again.

Harvester is an amazing place to eat for lunch or dinner. The staff are really friendly and accommodating as possible, if you want to make some changes to your food they will do it without a fuss. The food is spectacular, it was always coming out hot. The atmosphere is amazing there, very warm and friendly. It was a bit of a wait to get the food. But the staff are so understanding and found us the right table for us even though they were nearly fully booked. Thank you Harvester!!

My friend and I visited for a breakfast catch-up, and we had a wonderful experience. Our waitress, Aga, was incredibly accommodating, especially with my friend’s baby. She made sure we had plenty of space for the pram and kept our drinks topped up. Aga was also quick with taking our orders and bringing out the food, which meant minimal waiting. We had the chicken and bacon waffles, and they were absolutely delicious! The portion size was just right, and we left feeling satisfied. If you’re looking for a lovely spot in Brentwood for breakfast, I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you, Aga, for the lovely experience 💖

I came here to meet my friend for breakfast with my baby and we had an amazing experience. Our server, Aga, was so accommodating and friendly. She made sure I had space for my pram and even came to chat with my baby. She always made sure we had enough drinks and was very quick to bring them and our food. The space is so cosy and open. The chicken, bacon and waffles we had were delicious 😋 plenty of chicken and extra crispy bacon. I highly recommend coming for a good priced breakfast! 👍

We had a great night. Food was great, the new sage and onion chips were so so good. Service was quick and attentive, and Vikki was a right laugh, she made our night!

Terrible!! Second time we have been here and both times the mash comes out microwaved, gravy had a film on it and chicken was pink, spoke to the waitress and she started shouting at us- outrageous service and food - to think it took an hour to serve us raw food. We also saw the “chef” picking up chips with his hands and putting it into tubs and putting onto our plate , and the salad cart was either 90% empty or had the choice of rock hard stale bread- disgusting!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Went there for my Daughters 30th Birthday. Food was great and very hot. Staff were great in particular Jamie, who saw that everything was served on time. Absolute credit to your Restaurant.

Staff were great but food wasn't up to the normal standard, lack of items on the salad bar, no bread rolls and very little choice in dressings as all had either run out or were very low. Main meals came quickly but one of our meals, a burger was dry and lacked any taste at all. Bit disappointed in our visit.

We picked a night of an event so was super busy which they was under staffed. To be clear the best thing about this harvester is the original staff who care about people but with changes from above its impact has shown.

Dinner for 8 all the food was delicious our server (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) was outstanding, a fabulous evening

Lovly service even though was very busy we didnt mind the wait as its understandable .food lovly. Manager jayne very polite and caring.

We were the dreaded walk in at the end of the night customers but the staff were very accommodating.food was average and so was the prices .would still benefit from a makeover but I would return as a cheap and cheerful option

What a terrible restaurant. Arrived at 5pm for a meal. 1hr 40mins later we asked where the food was, was told "sorry for the wait, we're busy and it's going to be a while"... Note it wasn't very busy at all, less than half the tables had people on at the time. So we paid them for some drinks and left. The manager should have took the high ground and let us go, at the end of the day we didn't go out to have a drink and be charged for that, we came out with the family for dinner. Heading to Mcds now so we can get the kids fed before bed. 2 hrs wasted for nothing. I would not recommend it, and harvester needs to be more careful what people they put in charge of their restaurants, this person clearly doesn't know how to run a restaurant.

Fabulous service from Aga today and the food was wonderful

Food was nice but we found mould on the bread rolls. Floors where terribly sticky and so was the tables. Seats uncomfortable.

It is what it is - reasonably priced food promptly served, good and wholesome! Nothing extra special but simple food well cooked.

Walked in to this establishment and was instantly greeted by a bubbly Jane who told us all about the new menu as she showed us to our seat. Where I took her recommendation to have the chicken tikka flat bread it was amazing. We were also served by Tracy who was attentive and twisted our arm in a good way to try one of the new desserts. We both left very satisfied with the service and the food. Would highly recommend!

Food was average. Salad bar was disappointing looked old and nasty however waitress Vikki saved the day with her wonderful service, great personality and professionalism. Vikki stayed over an extra hour going above and beyond to make sure we was okay. Big shout out to you!!!!!!

Not our usual Harvester, however although restaurant was very busy our waitress Tracy D was very attentive throughout the meal and took time to talk to our young grandson who's birthday it was. Really pleased with service food and whole experience. Will definitely return.

Lovely service, our server Matilda was wonderful, helpful, so friendly and efficient. Needs baby changing facilities in the Men’s toilets as we had to change the baby in the car park and the temperature upstairs was boiling, we were all sweating. But apart from that a great and pleasant experience.

Was out for family members birthday last night, although very busy, we had a great time, vikki our waitress was on hand with everything we needed (very patient with us when ordering as lots of us!) Food was great, had time between courses to chat etc & no rush off the table that you can get elsewhere. Highly recommend for family meals/get togethers

I called the harvester this morning and spoke to Jane on the telephone about a query I had. Jane was extremely helpful, and very nice on the phone. Jane had great people skills and was clearly knowledgeable. Absolutely great customer service.

My wife and I came into the Golden Fleece today and we have to say that we have had great service, and food. The ladies that are working today Jane, Andrea, Ellie in the kitchen and Jan on the salad cart are all really lovely and helpful. We would highly recommend coming here.

We had a lovely breakfast with my mother today. The service was outstanding from Aga. I would have given 5* for atmosphere but the carpet has seen better days. Will come again.
