Starbucks in York

El personal aquí es muy amable y servicial, y muy servicial también. Gran café también! Sí, muy buen café. Bonitas tostadas. Bien tostado 😀😀

Estaba teniendo una semana terrible en el trabajo cuando entré a tomar un café y me sirvieron mis Matt & Osama que eran tan, tan encantadores, cuando se enteraron de lo mal de una semana que estaba teniendo se esforzaron por animarme, que fue muy amable de su parte. Realmente lo aprecio!

Deeply unimpressed by the tea - for £3.45 I was given a cup of hot water with a teabag in it. Despite much squeezing with the little wooden sticks that kept breaking, when I finally added the milk it was still like dishwater. To be fair they gave me another, but it needed two tebags, a LOT of squeezing and was still fairy weak. Definitely choose a different cafe if you want a cuppa, there are plenty in the station. Burger King's tea is probably better, but they had a big queue!

£4 for Americano Coffee , more expensive than London and a busy coffee shop at York Train station thats pretty dull and tired looking . Service was good but at £4 for a cup of coffee its a no return for me.

This is the friendliest Starbucks I have EVER been in. The 3 staff members were so friendly, smiley, polite and helpful. The chai latte was exceptional too. Massive shout out to the staff. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable. Keep smiling - you brought us joy. Thank you. Lottie was incredible - and Matt and (Natalie I think was her name?) All 3 were superb. I cam in Nov 16th at about 2pm. Thank you. 🙏 😊

A man named Cam (I think) working at York train station - Starbucks. Worked Monday morning (13/11/23). So polite and so cheery. Definitely a credit to his work place and they are very lucky to have him. Always service with a smile for every customer and is a very kind and sweet man. Well done !

Great service from Ossama and Nicole! Ordered an Iced Mocha and drink was made quick enough for me to catch my train!

I went to the York Station Starbucks today with my 8 year old and the staff were great, friendly, changed the lid on her drink for her to make it easier, and made our drink quickly. Once outside my daughter spilt the whole drink so we went in to buy another and the lovely staff wouldn’t let us pay and made her another free of charge. They were so kind and helpful.

After walking around York, me and my friend fancied some coffees….so decided to pop in the nearest Starbucks at the York railway station which is less than 10 minutes walk from city centre/York Minister! It’s located on the main concourse of the station…as soon as we walked in we felt so good, good lighting, total clean atmosphere; the queue was well managed, the young man (Henry) was taking orders calmly…and another girl (later on I knew her name Louise, Starbucks manager, from her badge) so passionately was making one after another coffee! Both of them possessed pleasant personalities! They made my day after making me the finest frappuccino!! Thanks team Starbucks, you deserve the best!! Will be returning soon!!

There was a small queue when I arrived at Starbucks but staff were dealing with customers promptly and professionally. I was served by a young lady with blond hair (sorry I did not remember her name) and she was really friendly and dealt with my order very quickly which I was grateful for as I had a train to catch. Compared to other coffee retailers on the station the staff dealt with customers much better!

Quick coffee before trains or meetings. Friendly efficient service and they put the sleeves on the cups.

The staff were super friendly and intuitive to dietary needs. A great spot to stop off to warm your belly with a hot drink before getting on the train!

Visited on a Saturday morning. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Sadly the prices are just pathetic. £3.30 for a mediocre pastry??? Really??? I paid €1 Euro for one a week before in France. People are being mugged off in the UK. Cost of living?? Cost of greed more like.

I love coming here daily for a great selection of coffees,the shop isclean and tidy,staff are amazing,they are so pleasant and chatty,all know me by name now and my dogs lol, service is quick and efficient,all staff so lovely but one in particular is matt.hes so polite and makes conversation whilst he is making my drink.thumbs up to this little fave coffee shop of mine.its always welcoming when you walk in and staff smile and say how's you and your dogs,keep up the good work to all there

Dropped into Starbucks as my twin brother Stephen and I were visiting The Brewery Tap in the York Railway Station. A smallish outlet but clean with nice decor and furnishings,a glass fronted serving bar showcases the goodies on offer,it's a good Starbucks outlet. We ordered a flat white coffee each,these were served steaming hot,we just kicked back and planned out the day ahead while sipping our coffees. A big fan of the coffee served in Starbucks,it's consistent in all their outlets and their flat white coffee is a particular favourite of mine. We really enjoyed our coffee's in here before we moved on and as on all previous visits we had a great time. This Starbucks is easy to locate in York Railway Station.

After a lovely day Christmas shopping with my mother and sister. After joking on I then went ‘I want a penguin biscuit’ to which the patronising member of staff then commented on the way I spoke to my mother and needed manners to get places and how he had just become a parent- great congratulations one thing you need to learn is keep your opinions of other people’s parenting and lives to yourself!

Located in York Railway Station is this really good Starbucks outlet, ok, it's coffee cafe chain but one I am particularly fond of, love dropping into Starbucks, this one was good ,staff were really nice, my brother and I ordered a cappuccino coffee each, these were served steaming hot, we just kicked back and planned out the day ahead while sipping our coffee's. From the first sip till the last sup you can tell they use quality ingredients in their coffee and take great pride in the coffee they serve, just a totally refreshing brew, a great start to our day out in York. This Starbucks is easy to locate in York Railway Station, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the station.

In the middle of a pandemic and your toilets are disgusting. Absolutely filthy. Get a grip and train your staff to clean them regularly and santisy the door handles, they were caked in grime. 😢

We were told by the server they only had one type of hot chocolate from the ones on the menu. then they seemed over worked and stressed when a queue of 4 people built up. Bit strange a service given the footfall this branch must get.

Fui aquí no solo porque era el Starbucks más cercano, sino que necesitábamos una dosis de cafeína. Con servicio rápido y barato y WiFi gratis.El lugar no estaba excepcionalmente ocupado, aunque era sábado y si la gente había estado en el día sesh café es lo último que quieren.Las bebidas se hicieron correctamente y rápidamente, justo lo que necesitábamos para el viaje a casa en el frío. Un toddy caliente podría haber sido mejor, pero esto dio en el clavo en un día frío.Volvería a usar

I visited here for a Filter Coffee, and it was good. Cheap, quick service and free WiFi. Worth a visit if you are catching a train from York.

Al parecer, esta sucursal es una franquicia y, si bien los productos son los mismos, los precios no lo son. Pagué más de 1 por los mismos dos artículos que compro regularmente en la estación de Leeds. Desafortunadamente, aunque el personal es muy útil, no volveré ya que no soy un fanático de ser estafado.

Llegué a Starbucks hoy mientras hacía mis compras navideñas, ¡qué sorpresa! el café en sí mismo era un estado vació las tazas y la basura en cada mesa. El personal era muy grosero y no ayuda completa. Cuando pedí el inodoro o para usar un inodoro alternativo, ¡me dijeron que estaba fuera de uso! ! ! Al igual que lo que una cafetería no tiene un inodoro de acuerdo con la sección 20 de la ley de disposiciones de misceláneas del gobierno local de 1976, que establece las normas más actualizadas sobre el suministro de inodoros en los restaurantes, se requieren retiros con más de 10 asientos para proporcionar los inodoros a los clientes. Durante el horario comercial, su tienda no cumple con estos requisitos, lo que significa que usted está comerciando ilegalmente. Estaré llevando esto a los estándares de marca.

Almorzamos aquí en una corta visita a York ya que tenía un cupón de 5 para gastar. Agradablemente sorprendido, ya que no me gusta el café y nunca antes había estado en uno de estos lugares. Buena selección de sándwiches y refrescos disponibles, todo a precios razonables.

Starbucks have moved from the Shambles(?) since we last visited York and this branch looks like an old Bank, but is spacious, clean, comfy seats and the staff were friendly and attentive. Coffee good as always.

He estado aquí muchas veces y no he encontrado consistencia en la limpieza y la velocidad del servicio. A veces está impecablemente limpio y a veces hay tazas y restos en las mesas, pero seguramente esto es inevitable en una concurrida cafetería de una estación. A veces hay una cola grande y otras veces es silenciosa. En mi visita reciente fue pacífico y el servicio es excelente. Una cosa que es consistente en mi experiencia es la calidad del café, hasta los estándares usuales de Starbucks. Definitivamente seguiría viniendo aquí.

Esperando un tren y elección muy limitado. . . . . . Y me He siempre pensé Café Starbucks inferiores a otros, tales como el café, así que elegimos el Nero chocolate caliente. Dado el costo, pensé que sería genial, pero realmente fue decepcionante y carecía de sabor chocolate. Senté en la única mesa vacía antes de las 3 de la tarde y cuando me fui a las 3. 45:00 las tazas del cliente anterior todavía no había sido aclarado.

Not many places to sit and it was busy every time we went in. Usual standard of drinks, fair prices.

All fine, eggnog special latte was great, and the muffin too. Nice place in the York train station. Staff is very kind. We spent here an hour waiting for the train

Stopped here only because it was the closest Starbucks. Location was not exceptionally busy although it is i a train station. I believe we happened upon it at a good time. Drinks were made properly and quickly. No complaints. Clean store

We both enjoy a Starbucks coffee and will often visit in every city. As we're in York quite frequently we always pop into this branch in the York train station. Unfortunately it's one of the worst we've been in which really lets Starbucks and York down! The tables outside are never cleared and are always full of coffee cup rings, crumbs, banana peels, food packaging and cups etc. Inside is dingy and lacks the standard Starbucks display cabinet of pastries and cakes. The fridge for cold drinks and sandwiches is always in need of replenishment too. The staff are lack lustre and don't seem to understand the Starbucks pay/points app. It's almost as though they feel they don't need to try because they're Starbucks and they expect the customers but there's a much cleaner, inviting coffee shop in Yorks station and it's always full!

We popped into Starbucks whilst waiting for our connecting train. The service was terrible (shouty staff and a long wait for drinks) and the Danish pastry was very dry. When I took it back the man tutted and rolled his eyes. The cafe had no atmosphere and was not particularly clean. We will not return and I doubt we will go back to any Starbucks in the future.

Been in this store a couple of times when I am in York train station. The service in this store is good. The staff are friendly in this store. I most say that you may be about 10p - 30p more than your local store since its on the train station. Plus it's good way to relax while you wait for your train. This store makes you feel relaxed and not stressed while waiting to see which platform your train is at or weather it's on time or delayed.

This replaced a nice, bustling Upper Crust café. The furniture looks familiar. This Starbucks is an uninspiring venue, with uninspiring service to match, For me, the coffee falls far short of a Café Nero and even a Costa which is located within view in a much more attractive old signal box. The muffin was rather over moist and heavy. Came here as I'd got a £5 discount voucher....but would rather have been elsewhere...and won't make the same mistake.
