My favourite brand of coffee. When consistency is key they get it just right

Really great Starbucks. The best frappe I’ve had in an England Starbucks so far. The staff were friendly and the cafe was spotless. Lovely view of Plymouth. Only downside is it being right next to the cinema.

I asked for a matcha tea latte with strawberry cold foam. I was given a matcha tea latte with strawberry purée. When asked where my cold foam was, they replied abruptly that it had sunk in. I was not willing to argue, so I left it. I then was drinking my drink and found a blueberry in it... I'm not quite sure how. Not best pleased.

Always fast service but for some reason they always shut up seating areas hours before closing? Limits where I can sit and because I have Autism, I prefer being able to sit in a quieter section. Today no outdoor seating or mall seating or low chair seating from 16.30 but says they close at 1800?

Was very disappointed to find they now only use cardboard cups and staring sticks that's all fine for take away but not when u want to sit in comfort and enjoy a coffee

Not really my cup of tea, only used it because it was closer and we were tired.. but It was a good experience and the staff were polite and helpful.

I recon I could farm & harvest the beans, build the coffee machine from scratch, take it apart, put it back together and make a cup of coffee quicker than this store could make a black americano 🤣 store had like four people in it 🤣 coffee okay but recon I'll use a to go machine in the future 🤣

Signature means your watery overpriced coffee right ? Cause it's watery everywhere . Plus very slow service and never ending queues

Let me start by saying that the time taken to receive my coffee was long. BUT, I've never known a coffee shop smash out so many orders in quick succession like this one. It's a seriously busy shop and in the grand scheme of things, I think this store is smashing it out of the park and the staff should be very proud of themselves. A drink was literally served every 5-10 seconds. If Costa were this busy, they would have folded long ago. Well done ladies

not arrived and I've been waiting 3 hours now says it has delivered when it has not arrived.

brought wrong order, I formed delivery driver. he snatched it back off me and just drove off without saying a word. I now have no delivery at all and told u need to go through just eat to get my refund which will take a couple days. disgusting m. not starbucks fault at all but terrible service from delivery driver

Was lovely apart from the melted cheese had all run off and was down in the bottom of the bag as it had been packed standing on one end. The rest was lovely!

I love the food from here. Sandwiches and pasties all delicious. I was a bit disappointed the sausage roll wasn’t very warm (hence not five stars) but that is all xxx

Standard Starbucks, does what it says on the tin. When it's busy it is mega busy here and so hard to tell if your order is ready.

Our drinks were fab. For the price though, I would expect clean windows, tables, table service and toilet roll in a clean toilet area with soap.

Diver was rude, order took over an 2 hour when the wait was 30 minutes. Wish i didn’t bother

People that can barely speak the language taking you’re order. Expect it to be to wrong when you get you’re coffee. Dare you ask if the coffe you have gotten is correct as you then proceed to be told you’re wrong even though you watch them out the completely wrong milk into it. Just poor

Always our go-to when we’re at Drake Circus. The staff are friendly and fun, though the drinks do take a while to make, they’re really well made and delicious. Would recommend!

Far too busy, placed order on the app and waited 45 minutes, only 1 of my 2 drinks appeared. Waited another 10 minutes for the next one to be made (a double espresso) Utterly useless, won’t be using this branch again.

Lots of impatient customers waiting for their takeaway coffee. I appreciate it was busy, but waiting 20 minutes for a cup of coffee was a bit much. Won't go again.

Had a tea and coffee. There were already about 20 people in queue for coffee 😱 .15 mins later we got coffee ,I'd finished my tea. Won't be revisiting.

Don't nip in here if you just want to grab a coffee but do go if you want a leisurely coffee with friends. Take some tissues too as the bathroom had no paper and has seen better days.

I just wish the service was a bit faster. They either need more staff or just a hit of a hurry up! There were so many people waiting and it gets really busy, which effects the atmosphere.

staff are always professional and friendly, it's clear they work very hard. the line can get quite long but tends to move quite quickly.

It was about 11ish on a Saturday morning. Service was all over the place. We wanted to have our drinks inside, it took about 20 minutes from start of order. It seemed that take away orders take preference. Would definitely not go to Starbucks again.

Coffee with attitude! Ordered matcha frappe for my wife and asked for "Extra sweet". The server insisted that it is really sweet already even after a couple of attempts to explain that my wife likes it really, really sweet. She explained how they make it with a super sweet syrup. Not sure why she thought my wife hadn't tried it before and never normally a problem to get extra sweet for her but she wasn't gonna do it. So it wasn't sweet enough and we gave it back to add more syrup. Another member of staff could see I wasn't too happy and when I explained why she said "Well it's not the biggest problem in the world" Well, it's not the biggest problem in the world ,but I'd just paid £8.10 for 2 small drinks, so a little bit of customer service would be appreciated. To be fair, they sorted it out quick enough and the coffee was good. But £8.10 !!!!! Might go back in 12 months time :)

There rushed off there feet only 3 staff and no one to clean the tables as there all behind the counter serving. Pleasant enough staff but there really busy all the time so there's not much interaction.

I went to Drake Circus shopping centre, Plymouth Starbucks today. What a friendly staff, the line went fast. The order was made quickly. It was exactly what I had ordered. Nice and cold. The girls who work there are just so friendly. It’s definitely a lovely atmosphere there xxx will return x

What a shambles. Fifteen minute wait for two coffees. Part with your money, then 'stand at the end'...and wait, and wait... Cold drinks seem to get priority, not done in rotation. Plenty of staff, but no-one seemingly in charge. Only went in here because Costa was closed,I never will again because of dreadful service. Coffee was pleasant enough.

When I first ordered online it came with whipped cream and tasted lovely but when I tried to reorder the same drink right before exams they missed out the whipped cream and several of the other items. I put it down to my order being too complicated so the next time I ordered I made sure to get a common drink that already came with whipped cream. It didn’t, I considered whether they ran out but my boyfriend’s frappe had the whipped cream it was supposed to. I’m so fed up and have heard other people having the same issue. I know it gets busy but I’m never able to get a refund for the missing items and as a student it adds up.

Friendly service but poor mobile signal/WiFi

Prefer coming here to most places in town, the staff are always friendly and prepared to help you if you aren't sure on a particular drink. It was really busy when I came in due to Costa being closed but the queue went down really quickly, the staff weren't stressed and drinks were being made perfect.

However incorrect items were delivered. Definitely disappointed considering how much it all was now I have to wait for a refund

What a bright cheery person Ellie was at 7:45 this morning, she greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and was very welcoming. A great start to anyone’s day. The coffee was good too.

The lady was lovely. I explained we were having a challenging day so we needed to be naughty. The lady chose a drink for us and added a sweet note on the cup wishing us a good day. This was great customer service and put a smile on our faces. The member of staff had only been there for 3 days. She is a keeper.

Lovely staff, so friendly especially Olivia, so nice and kind. If you want to sit and chill I suggest Starbucks, drakes circus . I hate shopping but the staff here were fabulous so respectful and kind. Well here again (14th June 2023) amazing staff, I hate shopping so whilst my youngest shopped I sat in Starbucks, I wasn't hurried out or told to leave ( even though this time I nursed 1 mug of fabulous tea) amazingly patient, friendly, helpful staff. Even if you don't like the price the food or the coffee, well worth coming for just the staff ... I give them 10 stars 🤩 🤩 🤩 🤩 🤩 for their patience and customer service, they do everything with a smile.

Poor customer service, very rude staff members with no care in the world. One member of staff gave my food to go bag away to someone else and didn’t rectify the problem after.

At 37 years old this was somehow my first ever visit to a starbucks! And I really enjoyed the latte I had and just sitting and watching the world go by very relaxing and the staff were also very good.

Good visit. Had a flat white which was really tasty and the staff were really friendly.

Arrived close to closing time, obviously in an awful lot of lower back pain. Ordered (well, my first selection was unavailable) and paid for drinks and found somewhere to sit out of the way of the passing public. After about 30 seconds I was VERY rudely told to move as they were closing (this was the first I had heard about this). There was nowhere else to sit, so I had to support myself as best I could while other people's orders were fulfilled. After a few minutes I collected my order, which was provided without the usual heat sleeve, and left without any cherry good-bye or even eye contact from the staff... Far from impressed.

Not cheap bit it was a good drink needs to be warmer in there as kept jacket on.

Hideously busy...Great for youngsters but alas personally I found it hard to cope with. The coffee is definitely not great 😕 there are far better places in Plymouth serving fantastic coffee. The saving grace for me is the friendliness of the hard working staff 🙌 🙏

Typical Starbucks, staff are always polite and efficient, it gets busy as you'd expect. The only downside is that people waiting for drinks to takeaway always just wait on the sofa area, they're asked not to so people who drink in can actually have a table!

Starbucks is a great place to go for coffee or lunch. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also work well under pressure at busy times.

OMG.. I didn’t realise a coffee shop could be this bad, never again. Started off well, no napkins anywhere even staff couldn’t provide. Very long wait for coffee of which the decaf was not decaf and had to be remade. Coffee crema was like a cheap bubble blowing type you’d get from a 9.99 machine. Coffee tasted of… nothing. Bored now and depressed

I use this Starbucks regularly and have always have friendly service. Never disappointed with the range of drinks & food.

I ordered an oat milk latte and ended up with a milk latte which I’m allergic to. The two stars are for the staff who replaced it and apologised. I ended up with stomach pain.

Queue was awful, staff disorganised, long wait and warm (not hot) drinks.

Ordered at 2pm came at 5.30pm is not happy rung Starbucks who was less than helpful all that said was contract just eat but you are impossible to contact so was left helpless

Incredible customer service, nice clean and warm store When you haven't slept well, and its a drizzly grey morning, you know it's going to be a long day. Feeling a bit miserable and sorry for myself, I treated myself to a coffee, porridge and a muffin on my way to work. You don't think the little things will make much difference to you, but the warm friendly service, the smiley face on the coffee cup and Seresha knowing I needed a bag without me even saying anything, really did help to brighten up my grey day :) Definitely A* customer service
