Starbucks in Worcester

Rude staff member. Paused then Rolled her eyes and said ‘fine’ when my friend ordered her drink?? Sorry was that not a drink you wanted to make.. Shame as the other girl was very polite and made an excellent drink

I always have just coffee so I don’t know about the food but the service is always very good

Couldn t sit outside sadly as just too much smoke. Disappointed by the iced white chocolate pistachio drink..... Very underwhelming and non descrpt. Not sure there was any pistachio in it.

The cinnamon pastry was stale which was disappointing but delivery excellent

Ordered at 12.49 it didn’t arrive till 3pm . It was absolutely ruined when it arrived , even though it was iced, the whole drink was combined, the cold foam and the coffee which after being sat out waiting to be delivered had clearly made the drink go bad. I was told it was being prepared for 1 hour, I checked after awhile and it said there was traffic in town , but they didn’t close online orders till about 1 hour after I had ordered my drink . What can be done, I had to bin the drink.

Awful order from Starbucks, the cup wasn’t full considering the PRICE! Shocking!

This Starbucks is well and truly the best place to quickly stop Of and get your morning coffee, everyone is so inviting and honesty just amazing coffe served with a huge smile !

Myself and my nearly eight year old Daughter Millie-may popped in to your Starbucks for the first time last Saturday around 5pm just for a Cake Pop for my Daughter to have whilst she was walking around to several of the shops before they closed. She has heard about these Cake Pops and had one or two before of which they are one of her favourite things at the moment. We were served by one of your really friendly and welcoming female staff of which I apologise for not catching her name. My Daughter really enjoyed her Cake Pop as we went looking around Cathedral Square with the statue of Edward Elgar and then on our walk around the wonderful City of Worcester. After we did what we needed to, I fancied a hot drink so I thought as it was so nice in your Starbucks when we briefly visited you earlier, it would be the perfect place to have a break and enjoy a coffee. This next visit was around 5:45pm and again we were served by another of your really friendly and welcoming female staff. Millie-may wanted another Cake Pop and I was tempted by one of your delicious Croissants of which I had warmed up. I had a lovely Cappuccino to accompany it with of which a Starbucks one never disappoints and is always a pleasure to drink. We found a nice comfortable seat to enjoy what we had of which I really enjoyed the Croissant as it was better than I thought because I didn't read the label properly so I thought I had just got a plain and simple one. To my surprise I have found a new favourite treat in what turned out to be a Mozzarella and Tomato Croissant which was so nice and delicious to have. All in all, we both really enjoyed our time in your Cathedral Square Starbucks and we will definitely visit you again when we are in your part of the City in the future. Nice spot tucked up in the corner of Cathedral Square. Coffee Latte served up just as I like it, not too hot or luke warm like some Starbucks. Place was clean & tidy, and they have a nice window stool seating area in the front window so you can watch the world go by.

Great experience this morning at better than most Starbucks. Was served a freshly brewed filter, in good time. Café was clean, not too loud to chat in , couple of 🐕in, very chill.

Food and drink was on time. Great service. And loving the complimentary chocolate coin 😊

Service depends on the day to who is in. When I went in recently I have to say I was somewhat disappointed. It was a bit of a mess, staff were stood behind the counter talking between themselves and the drinks didn't seem warm enough.

Best just eat delivery ever. The driver saw me going through the revolving door and handed me the goods as I went round, I didn't have to step out or even have to break stride to take it and just kept going. Like a well executed drug deal.

Tom was fabulous today. He pointed out that I had free drinks to use for this visit and remembered me from past visits.

Bella of Starbucks in Cathedral Plaza Worcester was exceptional with her customer service, she guided me through promotions, provide fantastic advice, a massive 5 star review for her, thank you 👍🏼

Really nice and friendly they always remember what I have. Also this coffee shop has a nice Relaxing atmosphere.

My place of choice always. Great service and Andy is probably the best host ever. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Definitely the place to eat, drink or relax.

It's a chain coffee shop that stands out not because of its coffee, which is some of the weakest I have ever tasted, but because of its views over Worcester Cathedral.

In Starbucks pretty much everyday to work and study, love the atmosphere of the whole place. Everyone is so lovely, and they know my name every time I come in and ask how I am. Best coffee in Worcester where they don’t burn the almond milk!

Warm and friendly, great coffee, nice staff.

We were served by Tom/Thomas and while we are queuing for our order, he accommodated us so patiently and addressed the issue on our Starbucks app upon payment. It’s very busy there in the Starbucks Worcester Cathedral Square cause they really prepared properly the coffee we order.

What a wonderful experience in your store today. I had come in the previous day but my coffee order was wrong. I decided to give it a second chance and I was glad I did. The lady who served us was the same both mornings (I didn’t catch her name). She was helpful, welcoming and a great addition to your store. Thomas was my barista today and he made myself and my husband two beautiful coffees to take away. They were arguably better than yesterdays by a long shot. Both employees were a credit to your store!

The outside seating area isn’t very accessible for people who are disabled. This one isn’t as good as the cross. The staff lack speed and efficiency.

They never delivered Really annoying

For some reason everytime you order two venti sized coffee's one will be alot less full than the other. And when your paying for an extra shot aswell it's not worth it

Arrived near the beginning of the delivery slot. Ordered a cinnamon swirl which could have been fresher- not at the usual Starbucks freshness

Always great food and coffee made well, staff are amazing and really appreciate the little notes that make me smile when I'm working from home. Delivery is great too always on time, much better than other providers that also deliver from this store.

I think it is very expensive for one drink. 1 drink is 9 pounds which is a rip off so they need to lower their prices.

On a recent visit it was so loud and chaotic you couldn’t hear yourself think. We where crammed over on a table with literally no room with university or college students sat right next to us. Any closer then we may as well have been sat at the same table. They where so loud. Fortunately we found another table to sit at but the experience was already ruined. Out for a drink with my fiancée gets spoiled by kids. Seating area must be made more accessible as it’s very jammed in there when it gets busy.

A fantastic place for a coffee - the service is here is fantastic. Visiting here is part of my week now for ice tea! Staff are lovely and always go the extra mile to help. Special shout-out to Alexa, Thomas, Lynsey, Emily, Beth and Tash - you’re doing a great job. Thank you!

It seems to be a trend with this brand. Sometimes brilliant and sometimes rubbish. With the cost of living at it is everyone should go the extra mile for their customers.

Not getting much in a large cup anymore yet price is getting alot

The hot coffee arrived half empty with the driver having spilled it!

Unfortunately the drinks labels were mixed up. One of them was a soy drink for someone lactose intolerant but they got the cup with cows milk in by mistake due to the labels.

Really quick delivery but the drink I ordered is not the drink I received. I ordered the salted maple latte and received an iced coffee.

I had a bacon roll and some yoghurt and granola, as well as a latte. My friend had toasted fruit bread. Both were excellant.

I'm not usually a fan of chain coffee shops but this one is actually quite nice. Plenty of seats (and comfortable ones too). Staff friendly and made the drinks quickly. Shame that as a chain Starbucks is so ridiculously overpriced for what is fairly mediocre coffee, but this is at least a nice environment to spend some time.

The guy who served us was polite enough. But he was all over the place and the drinks he gave us was virtually all ice. On previous visits to both of the stores in the area it’s been a pleasure to drink. This was more like a slush puppy in texture. He had coffee master on the back of his shirt. I think he needs to redo his training again

Food was hot and delicious couldn’t have been better if we had eaten in store, same goes for the coffees. The beyond meat breakfast roll is lovely too! Our driver was lovely and prompt and wrote “Good morning,” on our bag. All in all a lovely treat on a Saturday morning 😀

Rip off. "Venti" latte arrived half full, probably less than half in fact given that the cup is much wider at the top. I order from the branch on The Cross regularly and they manage to fill the cup. Will not order from here again.

UNFORTUNATELY THE CAPPUCCINO WAS SPOILT DUE TO THE FACT THAT COCONUT MILK HAD BEEN USED WHEN WHOLE MILK HAD BEEN REQUESTED EVEN THE LABEL ON THE CUP ITSELF SAID WHOLE MILK. PLEASE REIMBURSE ME FOR THIS MISTAKE MANY THANKS CAROLINE HARMES.

Lovely touch from the restaurant with a thank you Jodie on the bag. Cream still thick on top of the drinks and hot chocolate still very hot. Order was delivered within 20mins. Excellent service

We came here for a hot drink during Worcester Light Night. There were three staff on (that I saw..) who were all rushed off their feet but they were still super friendly, professional and quick, and were still managing to clear tables despite the queue going out the door at times. The drinks were also made to perfection, so overall we were really impressed!! Nice job Starbucks staff :)

Well what can I say? I didn't actually get to drink my order. The drinks was not sealed and the delivery driver had clearly not taken care when delivering seeing as the entire drink was swimming in the paper bag. So I had to chuck it, it also left a lovely brown coffee stain on my new carpet. I've submitted a refund request but what a waste of £8.50 that was... really not impressed.
