1630 15/10/23.. stood in que and a colleague was walking round behind the desk with a fag hanging out her mouth. The cashier took my order and soon after wiped his visibly snotty nose with his fingertips, he was then about to continue to handle food. I had to tell him to wash his hands. Upon paying and expecting to eat inside, I'm then told there are no plates.. hmmmmm

been here a few times. have bought coffee and coffee cups. good starbucks. tasty coffees. smiley faces. thumbs up from me

Amazing drinks, Friendly staff, does fabulous coffee and fraps and awesome food , I would recommend the mocha frap for coffee lovers and caramel frap for those with a sweet tooth. Hope this helps !!

I love this place and the staff are great! Always happy and helpful. Had one bad experience when the store 1st opend and was (sorted straight away) but seems like the one person no longer works here :) The young blonde ladie who works the evenings is amazing so is Jack :) keep smiling guys :)

Fabulous service and a great welcome from the two baristas. The area was clean and tables were cleared quickly and the chai latte was delicious. Will certainly return.

So me and my family wanted to visit a local Starbucks it's a lovely establishment,but I was disappointed with the lack of gluten free options.We asked an assistant who was very helpful she came out of the counter around and showed us what they had and about everything we had ordered,she said that she was annoyed at the fact that vegans have a more choice,but that isn't compulsively it's a choice and they have a wider range than a person with a medical condition?! She was really helpful and gave us information,short and snappy. The gf panini was delicious the only thing that was wrong was the thickness of the gf dough.I was very happy with hot chocolate a very nice buy and I do recommend this iconic drink.

This place had very slow service , cold hot chocolate as it had been left of the side for the duration of 10 minutes.

We regularly visit for a coffee break whilst shopping. Friendly service with nice food/drink. Tables are not always cleared when they're busy, but staff have got the right attitude and clean up as soon as they can. I love the hot chocolate, husband has the latte, kids love the caramel frappuccino...

Nice location but unfortunately this branch isn’t looked after and very shoddy. Tables were all dirty and i had to ask to be cleaned. Coffee was served all sloppy and overflowing. Men’s toilets smelt of urine and were grubby. The clean check sheet on the toilet wall had been signed off as ok and cleaned but I assure you there were not. Won’t be visiting again, Starbucks can do better than this!

For some reason I’m glued to this place as it’s weirdly peaceful even when so busy. I lose track of time while reading here and love it for that very reason.

Went in to Starbucks for a break while shopping. There was a queue but the staff were efficient and fast. A beautiful latte, pipping hot and just what was needed. The store was clean all tables were cleaned while I was there, and there was good Interaction between staff and customers. A warm welcome. Good place to chill out during a visit to the town centre.

.....Located on the first floor in the New Look shop. Staff slow to clear tables. Tea bags used made tea resemble ditch water, not strong enough for me. We requested a extra hot latte but it was only warm when received. Lots of wasted floor space where additional tables could be placed. Service slow. Reluctant to return to this coffee shop again.

We struggled to find a clean table - not sure staff were clearing. Staff serving us were friendly and served us quickly. Coffee the standard starbucks fare.

This is by far the best Starbucks that I know. Very friendly service and drinks carefully made. They remember names and even returned lost property to me on my next visit. They are very efficient and get through the queue fast . It is well managed by Jen and the staff clearly get on well with each other so a friendly atmosphere is created.

Staff really good busy but not long to been seen drinks made to perfection and no wait only thing that let it down is dirty tables had to remove dirty cups of the sat at its just a turn off maybe if they had a extra member of staff on at peak hours

We ordered in advance on the app and couldn't be more impressed. As we approached the counter our names were called and the service was already done.

One of the best starbucks I've been to. Top staff and excellent coffee and frapps. Highly recommend to anyone. Can get a bit busy at the weekends due to a rugby and football stadium next door. Use the starbucks app to beat the que ;)

Difficult to get a seat when busy - normally strike it lucky if you are shopping late. Great coffee, Friendly Staff.

Took Mum for a coffee after shopping in Tesco.Plenty of staff there but the place was filthy, there were lots of spare tables but not one clean one, most even had empty mugs on them.The guy who served us was polite and friendly and he bought our drinks out to us with a smile. However the latte froth is meant to be smooth and silky, this looked like it came out of a vending machine.Needs huge improvement, there are 4 coffee shops in this retail park that I know of and I now know why this was not a busy one.Shame, hope they get it right as I don't like to see businesses close as jobs are lost.Good Luck, cheers....

Coffee taste awfull. Service horible. Sanitation bad. Will never come again. Chairs dirty and not confertable. Cakes low quality.

The title says it all I suppose... I am usually extremely impressed with this coffee shop as they do the most amazing, tasty, luxurious drinks and cakes you could have ever imagined. But let me stop going on about how great it is because this review is to complain! You would have thought that a business that is doing so well and making hundreds of pounds an hour would need to be quite high standard- BUT NO! I ordered 6 americano coffees and 9 triple chocolate muffins. When my items were being given to me, the look on the employees face was absolutely disgusting. Horrifying I say...HORRIFYING! She looked like someone had shoved 20 lemons in her fat gob and glued her mouth together so she couldn't spit them out. She looked as though she wanted to scream, 'you fat cow eating all of the cakes' (personally, I don't know how she can complain because it looked as though she shoved a cake in her mouth every time the manager wasn't looking) But of course she couldn't actually say these words because she was too busy pulling grotesque faces at me. Also, I could have been taking the coffees and cakes out of Starbucks to take back to my friends or family! The nosy idiot, making snide remarks about others just because she's jealous. When the stupid employee had finally finished her pathetic round of face pulling, she gave me my order on a cracked tray that was obviously about to snap, ensuring that all of my food fell on the floor. Also, the tray was so thickly coated in grease and grime, it was near enough impossible to make out it's original colour. If the tray was bad, you should have seen the state of my cakes, 5 out of the nine muffins were all broken up and crumbled and 2 of them had long, black hairs in; all straggly and greasy- not unlike the rude employee's hair in fact! There remaining 2 muffins however were quite tasty but a little dry. Once I'd finished searching the good muffins, just to make sure that witchy hadn't poisoned them, I picked up one of my 9 americano's and it was like picking up a block of ice. Then I realised that they had given me 9 caramel coolers. I'm not trying to be mean or anything but what halfwit gets ice milkshakes and boiling hot coffees mixed up? I took the 'ready to collapse' tray of drinks up to the counter asked if I could please get the coolers swapped for the coffees, or a refund at the very least. Unfortunately the rude employee was still there. 'Ya not ge'in ya drinks so go!' I mean seriously there's no need to be so snappy is there? Fine then, forget your manky drinks, give me my £22 refund! I shouted. 'No, were closed, get out' and with those words, I stormed out of Starbucks, knowing fine well that it didn't close at 12 'o' clock in the day. But I'm not staying somewhere I am not welcome!

Visited Starbucks at Richo for Coffee and it was not busy and we cold get a table which was nice Coffee and service very good as always just the cakes are over priced
