I think Tilley Topp should become manager of this excellent shop... Not only was she extraordinarily helpful she helped me find the toilet and her sugar cookie cold foam was excellent!

Cappuccino was tepid and tasteless. No offer of chocolate dust. Friend’s tea looked like dishwater. Waitress seemed bored and didn’t engage at all.

An average Starbucks. Not filthy, but not overly clean either. Service is fine to be fair, most of the time. 90% of the time the coffee is good. Staff always busy. But like a lot of business’ now, service is drastically slowed by Deliveroo pickups etc.. Noticed a fair few folk just rock up with their laptops and sit there for hours but not actually drinking etc from Starbucks. Guess no rules to say purchase necessary! Shame as taking up valuable seats!

I’ve just been to this Starbucks, i’ve always had brilliant service from all of them however i’d just like to personally give Katie a shoutout. I wasn’t having the best day but when i got to the window to pay she was absolutely lush , she complimented my outfit with the white bow i had in my hair and it was just a lovely thing she didn’t have to do. It caught me off guard as im not used to that sort of service in this day and age but it’s lush to see it still stands. Whoever her manager is, she needs to be promoted she needs employee of the year or something. Made my day.

Had the most delicious coffee but felt so sorry for the woman serving SOLO may I add. Lydia was then serving, drive through orders, cleaning, stocking shelves, crockery etc all on her own. Personally I feel this unacceptable and unsafe. With all this she still had a smile on her face.

Very good service, quick drive thru. They do need up update their closing times I would agree with other reviews there is always people trying to go when it is closed, don’t understand why they don’t stay open later!

I've got to say.... after reading previous reviews, I thought I would check this place out and see if it really was as bad as the reviews make out. (Can't lie I was hoping for a witty manager response or a free drink following a complaint haha!) Rather disappointingly - there is not a single thing I can complain about! The staff were friendly (didn't just serve me, actually conversed with me and treated me like a person!) They were helpful with my order as opposed to just taking my order. The coffee was hot, delicious and they even offered sugars instead of me having to ask like other cafés! To anybody that is avoiding this cafe based on the previous reviews - (like I was) you're missing out on a lovely coffee with incredible service! In all honesty I titled this No Bitter Coffee Here..... but I think I might actually be a little bitter that I didn't get to put in a complaint! Thank you Starbucks Melksham for a lovely coffee and friendly customer service!

Today me and my friend drove to Starbucks only to realise that us was close, says on their website that they are open until 8pm we arrived here at 7:30 pm only to be welcomed with a closed store ! Starbucks please follow your own information or change it as to not confuse your customers thank you.

One star is a compliment! Iced coffee was absolutely disgusting did not taste like vanilla the cinnamon swirls we purchased were dry and stale like they had been left out all night, wait was ridiculous and staff were rude and unhelpful. Not going back again.

I visit regularly; for work, for meetings and with friends. Starbucks is my go-to ‘third place’ because of its consistent coffee, cleanliness and environment; but this one is the black sheep of the coffee family. It’s almost always cold (the drive thru window is opened and blows a cold draft through). The rinse tap is left running (water is pouring out!!??! Once I was sat at the bar and it ran my entire 25 min visit, and beyond!). The shop runs out of speciality options (eggnog this Christmas - that was incredibly disappointing). Overall, this is probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been in. The black coffee is good, but set your expectations low....

I’m local and have visited regularly but today took the biscuit. On entering there was rubbish on the floor either side of the doors from unemptied bins, inside on the left there were cups on a majority of tables and rubbish on and again on the floor. There were around 3 people seated inside but again rubbish throughout. Both members of staff didn’t engaged and were speaking to each other via the headsets and laughing. On receiving my drink it was tepid and three quarters full... I asked for a new one but it wasn’t much better. Lucky I went for takeaway as surely there has to be some hygiene issue here. To note this is run by a franchise based in Wales and I have written to Starbucks directly as this is continuous and not to the standards you would expect.

Normally I'm a fan of Starbucks but this one is below par. The staff leave two hot taps running in two different sinks CONTINUOUSLY (whether being used or not) which distresses me, the waste of water and fuel to heat it. I dread to think how much water and energy is wasted every day. This has been the case on three visits on three different days. Whoever is the manager or regional manager needs to get a grip and STOP this practice ASAP!

Appalling service , long wait gave up.Young staff have no idea about customer service.In the middle of one order then taking orders on headset.One lady with children was first in queue they got under wrong told her she had to wait as had 20 orders waiting !!!Where has common sense and good customer service gone.Lost my custom I’m afraid

Went there at around 6.30pm.there was no customers at all. But dirty cups etc on tables. We ordered 3 hot drinks and we sat down waiting for them after 30 mins. I had to go to see where they were and there were the drinks on the counter cold. Got told sorry was busy cleaning didn't realise you hadn't collected them. Yes they made fresh ones for us but I think I rather go somewhere else in future

Monday 5th Aug, 18:15.Just called in here for a Starbucks fix and was greeted by two exceptionally friendly and professional employees. Nicole and Marie were working, Marie took my order and offered different drink choices and different bites to eat, Nicole served our drinks and took time to stop and chat and actually make us feel like a valued customer. Both employees were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Too often people complain, and then the customer service champions like Nicole and Marie just go un-noticed. Well.... I'm off to contact head office and let them know about these two awesome employees and make sure they are recognised for their hard work, prefessionalism, and dedication to customer care. No waiting times, quick service, super clean and friendly Starbucks. I will be back ladies...

Well, what can i say? I'll begin by saying how shocking the level of service provided is. The Starbucks closes between 5p.m. to 7.p.m most days, when it is quite clearly stated that it is supposed to close at 8 - both on the website and outside. Surely it isnt that much of an inconvenience to allow us to buy a nice refreshing drink when we want one? Especially considering it is their job? I recommend looking into this. They are missing out on a lot of business, as they are located perfectly, with there being a starbucks and car garage right next to them. Not happy and not fair, im dying of thirst now. Thanks, thanks alot.

We love the coffee at Starbucks and the drive through is perfect. The staff recognise us and that makes us feel good. The only downside is that the floors are not clean. A good mop once a day would go a long way to sort this out.

A new and stylish Starbucks but unfortunately we were really disappointed. We are regular Starbucks fans but on this visit had a chicken and bacon toastier that was so hard (mind your teeth hard) and Americans was luke warm and iced white mocha was blended, this was changed when we asked but a disappointing visit.

Have to write this review about a particular date in mind 15.03.19. This day they were crazy short staffed and it was really busy. They remained calm and apologetic. The staff were still friendly and the coffee was still delicious. There was a bit of a wait but we could see they were trying their best. I wanted to write this review as I was extremely impressed with how they coped. Thank you very much.

Starbuck experience that you would expect. Coffee as expected, and food relatively well priced. We visited on one of our days stay at the Travelodge. Service both in the morning and evening was very friendly. I enjoyed this Starbucks.

Stopped in for a coffee as I was passing by and was given incorrect change (people make mistakes I was not going to make a big deal of it) before I could ask for this to be checked the server was taking the next order behind me, so I waited patiently but in the end moved to the end to collect my order (which took a while as the staff were chatting and serving others behind me) when I pointed out (politely) that I did not receive the correct change the girl checked and said I'll have to wait. I had my drink given to me then she got my change but only after smirking and moaning to her colleagues. No apology offered, that is all that was needed. My drink was tepid and not worth the money either, so all in all a very disappointing start to the day!! The place appeared clean, however, but only 3 customers so it should be! The manager (I think?) was sat at the table not paying any attention to his staff. I am not just having a moan, I have worked in the customer service industry myself and would be the first to acknowledge an error and apologise to a customer.

Thought it would be worth trying here as it looks clean and new. Unfortunately I wont be back. Poor custoner experience. 4 people serving and only us in shop. Took 7 minutes to get two drinks. One of the drinks order was lost. Focus seemed to be on staff chatting and the drive-thru. Come on Starbucks, your brand is at risk here. Needs supervision and better staff training. Will go elsewhere next time.

We came here for lunch and as we’ve been several times before, I was expecting to have the chicken Caesar salad. Well the menu has changed and there were no salads to be had at all! I opted for the fishcakes. They were disgusting! Also, I think they should rename them potato cakes as I couldn’t find any fish by taste or sight! And at £15 a plate, I thought it was absolute daylight robbery! I will never return to this place

I have a dairy intolerance and was served a meal with butter, slaw and mayonnaise after I had told them about my intolerance. The meal was taken away and I was served a Ham baguette with most of the meat inside being just fat and I found spread in the roll. The mustard turned out to be mayonnaise with mustard seeds in it. My family member asked for Fish and chips yet she was served Fish with French fries. I ended leaving the cafe completely disgusted and will never return.

Wedding coordinators both amazing. Prompt and professional support and advice. Food was better than some Michelin restaurants I’ve been to. Five star quality; amazing service and would highly recommend. Venue went over and above what was necessary from free coffee to supporting external vendors and accommodation

Would just like to let people know how lovely our visit was her last week. We arrived just as breakfast was finishing but were still offered the service. The lady serving was incredibly friendly nothing was too much trouble. Excellent value for money and wide variety of choice.
