Starbucks in Plymouth

Just sat having my coffee, watching a dog slob cream everywhere!! Then licking the drips off the floor! The empty cup is then placed on the table! Is this place for dogs or humans?? Staff patting the dog, then not washing their hands! Yuck, this has put me off my coffee. especially now the dog is having a good shake! I won't be returning to Starbucks Mutley Plain.

I come to this Starbucks regularly and the staff are always lovely. I was in there yesterday with my two little boys (1&3) and my Mum. My 3 year old ran into one of the tables a split his lip. I just wanted to thank the kind man who worked there for not only asking if he was okay but giving him a pink cake pop (his favourite!) for later. Such a kind gesture. We will most definitely be back soon.

This coffee shop lacks any atmosphere and is severely overpriced. The lighting over the counter needs a thorough clean as it is caked in dust as well as a vent on the front of the counter.

came with the kids and was served by a lovely welsh lady couldn't be more impressed with the experience she was very friendly and welcoming- was even interacting with the kids would defo recommend it. the coffee i also had was incredible love the decor in here very modern.

Me and my housemates love coming to this starbucks! We live just across the road and we are always met with the best customer service. There has genuinely never been a time where I could fault the experience. Will continue to come here too many times a week :)

Just needed to get a coffee and chill out, Starbucks is good. Always love the caramel macchiato. Love it.

The staff here are really great, friendly and quick. They remember you and your order so it’s nice and easy. A joy to pop in.

Coffee has been very well made both times I've visited so far, with great customer service and a lovely atmosphere inside. Absolutely recommend it if you're looking for a good cuppa!

This is very welcome and provides a new local venue that’s already very popular with lots of people who have already discovered it. I am so pleased to have such a great local venue. Great interior design and seating, really nicely done, and a fab ambience ideal for doing some work at a the long table, meeting for coffee, and also it’s friendly to new mums and children. It’s more spacious and intimate than the nearby Costa which is good but less comfortable. I love it. They do need to sort out the condensation inside, it’s running down the windows and makes it impossible to see out of my glasses every time I go in, and there seem to be no attempts to treat this, some proper air handling is needed, hence the 4 stars.

Open about two weeks and occupying the long empty former Shoe Zone premises. Very black frontage, opening into a long narrowish room with the counter on the left. Not much out of the ordinary and universal Starbucks coffee and food. Staff affable enough but have been under pressure on out two visits. They have a very obvious problem of condensation inside the front windows. All steamed up. But no great loss because the front opens onto a busy noisy junction. Very convenient to the bus stops, there is a large WS pub next door and there half a dozen other coffee shops or cafes along the street. Unless you live or go to school very locally and can walk over, parking will be a major problem.
