Starbucks in Surrey Heath

The coffee should be a little stronger, the grain for the cappuccinos and the food in general is good, the prices are not expensive or cheap, the location is good although small for people traffic. The coffees should be served hotter, they always serve them lukewarm, that nutmeg should be removed, your drink tastes like pure pepper if you make me that. Very good staff attention, in general very good place.

Unfriendly staff, on Sunday they opened late, later then 8:00AM that's their opening time, usually i dont mind waiting 5 minutes but they were not smiling and acting like why I'm here for, I'm here to have coffe dahhh, anyway later I asked for an ashtray and the lady was like whhh, then asked again can I please have an ashtray again same reply whhh, and third time the same, I give up in the end, it would be much better if they would hire the right personnel or give them a proper training on customer service.

Me and my daughter popped in for a little lunch time treat. We ordered 2 strawberry waffle cream frappe and 2 raspberry and almond mini loaf. The mini loaves were amazing, but the strawberry waffle cream frappe were a disappointment. The first taste was good, but once the strawberry flavouring went it was as bland as hell. More flavouring needs to be added. The restaurant itself lacked soul, looked shabby and in need of a clean, the sofa we sat on needed a wipe down. The service: a young girl served me - was miserable- I asked if we could sit down while she made the drinks but she didn’t respond. Once drinks were made they were just left in counter, she didn’t bother to let us know, despite us sitting right opposite. Won’t be returning

It is ridiculous how slow they are in there. Every time I’ve been recently it’s unbelievable slow, I went the other day and it was so busy, about 10 people waiting for drinks and ONE PERSON WAS MAKING THE COFFEE whilst the other employees stood around and chatted by the till. Keeps happening here it’s a shame as I used to love going there.

My friend and I always meet up here for a coffee and cat h up. The coffee is lush and it's like a bowl full if coffee, the size is brilliant

Drinks are nice, shop can be cramped but it is not that bad

What a lovely welcoming franchise! My friend and I popped in for a well earned hot chocolate afte Christmas shopping and it was lovely!!!

Received tea for £3.5 from a mug that was poorly washed. The pen was sticky. All the tables in the hall were dirty. The service is unavailable.

We got there at 4:35pm and ordered 2 drinks to drink in. We have been told straight away that they close at 5pm. We didn't mind because we just wanted a quick coffee while sitting down and place didn't look busy, so this worked with us. But only one member of staff was making drinks. There was only one customer before me but he had several drinks, so I was waiting a while. Then I saw other members of staff, probably about 4-5 of them going in and out of their staff room at the back and they were clearly just messing about. This was very annoying because at least one of them could have helped out with drinks. After waiting for good while and knowing that they were closing at 5pm, I spoke to manager about this. He gave us 1 voucher each for our next visit but otherwise didn't look much bothered. All these other members of staff when they heard that I have complained about them just messing about, while we were waiting for drinks for ages, suddenly all disappeared to their back room. All I want to say - step up your customer service and clean up - place was filthy btw.

One of the best coffee shop around

The place is nice. Some decent food but it's a bit overpriced. The atmosphere is quiet in the morning. However one thing I would recommend is getting better seating, something more comfortable.

Most of the drinks were unavailable. Muffins dry. Service OK but not memorable. Dirty tables.

Floor seats and table needed to be cleaned we had to move - sun shining in it was to hot needs a blind i couldn't stay an relax

Paid £7.50 for a pumpkin spice latte to be delivered. Coffee tasted burnt, no cream, barely any sauce, no sprinkles, no froth at all. False advertising. Staff don’t even know how to make a latte properly. For an eye watering £5 a large coffee it should be absolutely perfect every time.

Asked for no coffee in my white chocolate frab had some and tasted of coffee girls wasnt paying attention

Always a lengthy queue - but in store service is better than delivery - delivery’s just show up late cold and spilled - and missing half of what you’ve paid for

Sat and had a coffee in one of the window seats. Service was fine, coffee took a bit longer than expected, but no huge issue.

Terrible service, unclean everywhere,more staff than they knew what to do with, but between them couldn't even get an order right or even clean the tables and the floor, sorry to say not very hygienic and will most definitely not be visiting again... honestly if I could of given quarter of a star I would have...

Standard Starbucks gets very busy at weekends

Clean and tidy upstairs even during the busy times.

Long queues as they seem to be dealing with a lot of online orders for deliveroo, etc.

The food and drinks are great of course but they are very slow. The fastest you get your drink in 10-15 mins :/

It says 1830 hrs but they closed 1700 hrs I was there around 1800hrs this evening

Coffee was fine as always with Starbuck however a few occasions now we have been there not when busy were the tables are not clean and sticky.

Starbucks do a great flat white, but I'm not that fond of the flavour as a black coffee, which is my usual preference. Covid precautions in place.

I do love starbucks. There is a small seating area downstairs with baby change and disabled toilet. Its wheelchair accessible and has ample parking for all. There is a larger seating upstairs. No lift though.

Can't fault the shop, they do a great hot chocolate and although being slightly more expensive than rivals Costa. They are working hard to keep the shop going even during lockdown. They have clear signs and have recently opened up their upstairs seating area, they are also one of the only stores that will refill my reusable water bottle. Definitely recommended, also i usually have sugar, but Starbucks chocolate is sweet enough. Great job in tough times 👍👍

Nice, polite and attentive. One person (blonde hair, half shaved head and ponytail with glasses) always stands out to me for just being so polite and cheerful! Still waiting for the PSL’s though.. 😂😂

I have visited quite a few Starbucks, but the Camberley branch must be the only one with the greatest and kindest Baristas!!!

My usual is the almond skinny latte, luv it.

Have never really had a problem in this branch but twice now in the last two weeks I have asked for the seasonal drinks and they have run out, and seemed to be quite disorganised in there today, food was cold by the time the drinks where made.

It is not the best Starbucks in the area. The one in fleet is much friendlier.

There wasn't a British coffee shop nearby so we had a Starbucks. It was expensive, my muffin was OK but my tea wasn't very nice. My daughter had a Decaf cold coffee with cream on that she didn't like. Starbucks is OK, but I'd rather have a cup of tea at home.

Always come in for coffee. The staff are very friendly and it's always a nice atmosphere to come in to get work done or just read and chill. Prices are reflected well with the standard of food and drinks!

That has to be the most uncomfortable and unpleasant coffee experience I have ever had. I don't normally use Starbucks but due to Sunday laws, my usual coffee shop, Cafe Nero closes at 4pm. I was really looking forward to an iced cappuccino, the shop itself was like the artic waste, air conditioning way too cold. The floor and available tables were dirty, both surfaces covered in waste from previous customers. However, I sat down as far away from the air conditioning as possible and waited patiently for my drink, I was really looking forward to it. Totally undrinkable, not only extremely bitter, I added some sugar to it to try and make it more drinkable (I don't normally have sugar in coffee or tea), it didn't work. They had also served it in a plastic cup with plastic lid and plastic straw, no glasses or paper straws, when I complained, they did make me a second drink which was only marginally better. I was told Starbucks in Camberley is a franchise and they haven't got round to providing paper straws and they don't have any glasses. I won't be going back there in a hurry.

Service is always friendly and efficient. Staff always happy to have a laugh and joke. Plenty of seating both up and downstairs, feels cozy.

It is often crowded downstairs but there is quite some nice bright space upstairs too.

Quiet this morning but as friendly as ever. Good place for a tea/coffee and a tasty treat and to people-watch.

Located just outside the Atrium with seating inside and out over two floors. Service pretty good today with a good flat white and a five grain breakfast porridge with their seeds mix. Parking available in the multi storey car park. £1.90 all day in Sunday’s. Very nice. Worth a try. Plse like if this helped.

Staff chatting away spent about 10 minutes waiting for drinks got order wrong with 3 staff and we were only customers shocking custoner service needs a strong manager to sort this place out heaven forbid it ever got busy in here

Starbucks in Camberley. You will tell: they are all the same... YES and NO... This one is very friendly, very cosy and VERY CLEAN... Clean toilets, clean tables, clean chairs... Very friendly Staff. They are all young, but they are very attentive to their clients. Camberley is very lucky about their Starbucks.

Just like the typical Starbucks so nothing outstanding but I loved my order as I would choose Starbucks over Costa any day of the week. Staff were lovely however service was very slow which was irritating since we were in a rush to go watch Mamma Mia at the movies! Recommend if you love a good Starbucks and if you fancy a Costa upgrade.
