Staple Westgate in Thanet

Booked the function room for my brother's wake. It was perfect fo us Private area. Buffet was excellent, room ideal, staff friendly and helpful.

The shop itself is ok, but they have very little leniency with any exchanges. We bought an ice maker that didn't work so they replaced it and they broke as well. When we told them they simply closed the case down. So my advise is don't buy anything expensive there, they just don't care once they get your money.

Came here for a friend's birthday, felt so welcome as soon as we walked through the door, highly recommend the place, landlady goes above and beyond, definitely go check it out 😀

Really helpful staff, just eat messed up my order claiming it was delivered due to driver calling me for the code (never give it out) and I went to the store after a phone call with them and they gave me my items no extra charge and tried to call just eat for me, lovely team very helpful
