Hadn't booked but we nevertheless got a table and so glad we did ,Exc service .Lovely food and lovely restaurant Will def return very impressed 👌

The food was nice and the restaurant itself is a lovely place to sit and eat but the service was very poor. Yes they were quick to serve the food but the plates and dishes were literally thrown onto the table. The staff gave the impression they had no interest in their job. The food almost spilled out of the dishes as the waiter threw them down. The dinner plates rattled as the waiter chucked them onto the table. I won’t be back in a hurry unless the staff take more care towards the customers.

Indian restaurants can taste a bit 'samey'. This one doesn't. Everything about it is special. The delicious food, the huge cover on the menu, the perfect service, which is friendly and welcoming, very helpful and never intrusive. This is an excellent restaurant!

Have now been here twice recently with friends and on each visit have had a great meal with great flavours . Good service from staff aswell

Booked a table for my wifes birthday, having read previous reviews on TripAdvisor. The place is great, and on a Monday night not too busy. Service was very good and the food also. The heat rating of the food were a little lower than I expected, a dish with three chillis is hot, but as I love spicy food it was great. We would certainly go again and have no complaints at all. It got the thumbs up from a happy wife, so thats good enough for me !!!

Visited last night a table of 6 . Everyone enjoyed the experience and for all every table was full the starters and main dishes were all excellent. This is the best Indian restaurant in the area by miles and excellently run with attentive staff making sure everyone has a great experience

Visited with friends on a Sunday evening. Very busy hadn’t booked but staff very accommodating. The food was very tasty and we shared the various fish dishes as starters. The mains were all very flavoursome and there was more than 3 pieces of meat in every dish . All staff were pleasant and attentive highly recommended

Visited with my dad, tonight. Great atmosphere, friendly, prompt service and good food. We both had the South Indian curry which was fantastic!

Absolutely disgusting inedible food. Ordered Chicken Jalfrezi 3 pieces of chicken in raw onion sauce with green chillies on top... No capsicums No flavour Insulting the intelligence of the Cumbrian people by churning out rubbish like this and calling it Indian cuisine. Its Bangladeshis. Wouldn't pass as food in home of curries Birmingham. Chef needs to take trip down South to learn to cook basic curry...

Decided to have an Indian takeaway and definitely NOT disappointed. After all the years using this restaurant tonight's food was absolutely fantastic 👌 honestly have to say the best chicken tika madras I've had, wondering 8f there's a new chef. 10 out of 10.

Lovely restaurant, stylishly decorated, wide menu, reasonable prices...... The food was fabulous, generous portions, freshly made. The staff friendly, attentive and good humoured. Particularly recommended the lemon and cashew rice, with bursts of intense lemon, the garlic and coriander naan - puffy and light, our mains were gorgeous too. Looking forward to many more visits and takeaways. Excellent 👌

Wonderful takeaway bought as a birthday treat - quite honestly the nicest lamb biryani I’ve ever had! The chicken korma and chicken murgh were well received too. Definitely have another takeaway from there.

Beautiful food! A wonderful and fun atmosphere with brilliant staff! The food was some of the tastiest I've had in years and honestly would come every week if I could! I can see why the place is so popular and highly recommend it to anyone I speak to! Easy to get the bus to if you're planning on drinking or there's a free carpark over the road! Brilliant gluten free food too!
