St Bernards Grange in Birmingham

Our usual Wednesday at the grange, had extra guest with us this week and the staff were great. Food was delicious and came quick, my pudding was awesome. Thank to our server Lucy who always goes above and beyond x

Held a part here and Emma b as well as other staff were so helpful and friendly, really nice pub with great atmosphere and lovely staff, thanks to all :)

We used to go here to eat quite a lot but unfortunately the service & the gluten free rang is now disappointing.

What can I say... The food was great, the service was exemplary and the atmosphere was buzzing! Yesterday, my family and our friend booked a table (3 ad, 8 kids) to celebrate my 32nd birthday. We met Liv, who seated us with a smile and helped us to get settled. Ordering took a little time as the kitchen had ran out of beef burgers, but thank you to the bar staff who were patient with us whilst we reorganised the kids meals. Our food arrived fast, piping hot and well presented - very big thank you to the kitchen team! Liv came to check on us during dinner and made sure we were happy with our food. She couldn't have been more helpful and retrieved a missing dip for my husbands curry feast from the kitchen. Our food was full of flavour and not even slightly greasy. I had steak which was cooked perfectly - a skill lots of people in the food industry don't have!!! After dinner our plates were cleared promptly. Liv then appeared with my cake, followed by another lovely member of staff (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name, he is very new). Both members of staff were smiling and singing happy birthday along with my family - the atmosphere was just amazing. Other customers began to join in singing too! It was such a lovely moment -despite my pink cheeks (haha). Liv was brilliant and got me some plates from the kitchen to serve the cake up with. I left some spare cake so that the staff could have some on their break. I really appreciate all the effort that went into making our meal special yesterday and want to say a massive thank you 💕 customer service skills like those demonstrated by the St Bernards team yesterday are a rare find

Great evening with my friends. Staff were friendly and professional. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Couldn't fault it.

Sunday afternoon pub was packed and we were there for a family celebration and a meal, only one person serving and it took nearly 15 min to get my order taken but on the plus side the food was very good and value for money.

It is our local & my friend had fish n chips & I had the gyros flatbread with chips. Desserts too were fab. Staff really friendly & the service was excellent. I think the manager is doing a fab job too & is all hands on deck, mucking in! Definitely be back again… John Holt tribute & DJ 👍👏support your locals 👏

So brought my family here for a meal witch almost cost £100 it might be cheap but seriously isn't valve for money we left most of our food the only one that eat his food was my 2 year old son we left feeling if we complained we would get a hostile reply so we didn't as we had children with us and didn't want to cause a scene the staff were nice but nowhere to be seen as it was busy with loads of people So overall not happy with this place one bit

Went for 'boozy bingo' and had the best night. Have been numerous times previous and can't fault the place. Fuzzy Ed's is amazing for the kids. Food is always spot on, Lou the gaffer is amazing and would recommend the place to everyone

Recently had a meal with my aunt who lives local. I'm from Kings norton. My mixed grill was excellent. Everything was cooked to how I like it 10/10 👌 definitely recommend going there all the staff was polite and very friendly will definitely be going again 👍

Boozy bingo is great night out. Smaller pot tonight on last game but for £2 and £184 for house. Worth a go. Amazing atmosphere and DJ dropping a good mix Inc classic sing a longs, dance and a little bit of garage

A pleasant place to sit and relax. The service is great and in particular Jake delivers very high standards of customer service. Always makes you feel welcome and he’s an absolute asset to the place. 5 stars to him.

Brad, just Brad, this member of the St Bernard's front-of-house staff is incandescent, I've never seen an individual like him, imagine a human that was the living embodiment of aura. The drinks came out quicker than a terrorist cell given a heads up that American drones were overhead preparing to thunderbird their coordinates. His smile is brighter than Simon Cowells' on a Golden Buzzer audition, his hair more mulleted than Kentucky's greatest country singer. This man just IS. Imagine a concept. Now you have imagined Brad. An enigma. A revolutionary. A Chequered shirt-wearing Mr. Potato Man with more attachments than the aforementioned toy story character and more discounts than Unidays. This man is the epitome of the Windrush generation. God send love to this pint-serving, former pets at home employee of the year, mammoth from Aberystwyth.

Normal everyday family pub grub. We only go there for family get togethers. Not our normal choice for a evening out.

Lou is the best manager very friendly

Absolutely lovely food Paige was polite and so accommodating

Great place for a a drink, very handy having a soft play area for the kids. Not a good place for food. It’s not good. The meat smelt off / like it was starting to go out of date. I had a bad stomach an hour after. And a window was put through right next to us.

Absolutely amazing. Food was out on time. Was greeted by friendly and smiling staff. Got asked if the food was OK and we had everything we ordered. Would definitely visit again. Thankyou for the experience.

So we took my nephew who is autistic to fuzzy eds first and I was told I had to get out the play area even thou it was to take my nephew down the slide they really don't care about whst disabilities a child has so fuzzy eds has bad rating lovely pub thou

Went here for Christmas dinner 24 the service was great every member of staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The three course meal was lovely and hot and tasty we have been here many Christmases and this was definitely the best yet thanks to everyone who made our day special 🙂

Had my moms 70th birthday party here, lovely little room and staff were really accommodating, did everything they could to make the night run smoothly, the drinks kept flowing, the buffet (wish I got a photo) was really good with easily enough to go round, had a brilliant time.

Booked room for christening. Service was awesome. Staff were the friendliest I’ve ever encountered at a pub (especially With messy, snotty, unruly toddlers running around). Prices are super cheap too!

I toke my little 1 yr old boy Here for the 1st time as not long moved round the area,, omg what a fantastic day we had he really enjoyed playing in fuzzy eds and so did mommy lol,, i will be definitely taking my little prince here regularly, food was really nice I had the ultimate burger I think it was called but wow couldn't even get my mouth round it lol it was massive so good for the price my little boy had fish fingers omg he loved them aswell. They've made a very happy mommy and a very happy son. Thank you 😊

This is such a fantastic pub, the staff was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We went there with my autistic child and they made the experience so much better for us. I would definitely recommend them 👌 👏

Just dropped in at St Bernards Grange after a long walk for a drink and some food ,not been for a year,OMG it was filthy,noisy,but went to the bar and ATTEMPTED to get served ,2 customers in front of me ,10 minutes later ,the customers in front were served,the server just turned away and walked off and left me ,only 2 people serving ,and perhaps a dozen customers waiting,I've been coming to this pub for over 20 years-wont be coming ever again , shocking service,very sad😦

Menu was a good variety. Decent price staff friendly and food was lush.

Staff are great, food brill. Will be coming back for sure. If you like football then this is the bar to watch it

We were a party of 28 and everything went nice and smoothly. That’s a big ask, especially on a Saturday.

What a great family pub! This has everything you will need. Food was well priced and the manager Lou was so accommodating of our fussy child's order it made eating out pleasure in what is usually a stressful situation. The fun house is fantastic. These are so few now and the outside playarea is brilliant in the sunshine!! The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. A big shout out to Lou and her fabulous team.

The food was over cooked and what you see on the menu isn't what you get management was very rude to me when I complained and asked me to leave my food bill was over £60 pound because I complained about my food I was asked to leave

Well we turned up,for the indoor kids area our first time there, and our fault we should of checked the time. But what I didn't expect was a young rude girl. Disgusting the way she spoke to us. Well then we proceeded to grab a meal next door and that was better and better trained staff it seems.

Always visit here with the family it has become our local due to it having outdoor area soft play bar and nice food and nice atmosphere and lovely staff

Came to St Bernards Grange for a family meal today, it was lovely and the service was exceptional. Lucy was a lovely woman very friendly and warm.

I was greeted by a very friendly girl called Paige , throughout the time spent there she was asking us if we needed anything else, very pleasant which makes you want to go back!!

The food was lovely not much waiting time and no queue to order kids loved it and improved menu with delicious things.

The food and staff are great in the restaurant. But the fuzzy Ed’s no so good we got there at six to be told they were closing early at 6-30 not 7 as advertised.

I had a party for my 6 year old son at the fuzzy Ed’s and it was amazing, well organised and the staff Sarah and Donna were amazing, they was really helpful and the kids responded well to them, all I can say is thank you so much for making the party brilliant, easy and organised 😊

We went as a large family of 15 to use the Children's play area and to go for a meal. The staff could not have been nicer! They were incredibly accommodating and able to sort our giant order - even though people turned up at different times. All the ladies working there are awesome - super friendly, super nice!! Many thanks all!

Came here for the rugby and had a great time. Really good atmosphere plus the staff were really good with my food allergies. We ended up staying for the reggae night which was fab. Thanks for a great day.

Came here with my misses and kids after using the play area for the kids, the kids had a really good time. Went for food after and everything was really quick and tasted really nice. We was served by Emma who was really fast and friendly and was great with our little girl.
