Square Pan Pizza 4 U in Portsmouth

They are selling date expired milkshakes as i got one today. Meat on the pizza wasn’t cooked it smells like raw. I was fasting for the whole day and unfortunately i ate those raw meat and that milkshake. Now my stomach hurts

I was very impressed with the speed of delivery and the price, however the price reflects the quality. I ordered 1 deep pan and 1 thin crust and they were exactly the same depth. Both were poorly topped and the base was soggy. Such a shame.

I ordered for deep pan meat pizza and I was given pepperoni. I hate pepperoni. I called to complain and the customer service was nice but their delivery guy didn’t want to pick up the food

Ordered a pizza half an hour ago on uber eats Found hair in the pizza thats really disgusted me. Lost my appetite Don’t ever gonna order again

The customer service is so bad and worse bit is food quality. When i was ordering tried to explain how you actually want your food. They was rushing didn't even listen plus so rude on the phone. I'm paying for my food not getting it for free. Used to like this place never again

I bought 2 pizzas, the stuffed crust not worth it, the "cheese fries had unmelted grated cheese on and the fries were absolutely meh. Will have to shop fir a better pizza place. Could have had a lifelong and loyal customer.

Phoned up to double check my order to make sure the toppings were on the right pizza. Phone was put down on me when I wasn't finished speaking . Same rude person answers the phone, have to await the pizza to see if they actually listened to me

Ordered bbq pizza with garlic bread and drink, ordered seperate 1.5l drink and large fries, driver went back got my drink and came back with coke and not the tango I ordered, never got my fries either, tried to call restaurant got cut off and nobody bothered to answer me, disgraceful lack of public service, will not be ordering from here anymore

Place is also linked to robo calling and spam maybe worse. Had several calls from there line testing. These people can't be trusted and should look at securing there infrastructure and networking.

Always enjoyed the pizza but today waited over an hour for cold pizza. Will not be using again

Pizza arrived uncooked with raw dough and cooked toppings, phoned them and they were rude and ignorant saying it was fully cooked even though we had photos of it being completely raw, Disgusting service and food

If I could rate this place 0, I would. The pizza dough came raw, and when I called up the shop they refused to listen to my complaints. They told me I was lying and they wouldn't do anything to resolve the issue. The day after, my friend who ate a slice of the pizza, was on the toilet (I'm sure you can imagine why). Disgusting and rude customer service. Never ordering from this place again.

Ordered a pizza from this place and when it came the dough was raw. When i called to try and get some compensation the worker was rude and I didnt get any form of compensation. Do not order from here!!!!

Iv ordered from them religiously for about 4 years. Always turned up before time, steaming hot and so polite on the phone. Always my go too

Only ordered twice from uber eats specifically and have not been in store, and as of reading other reviews, not sure i'd want to so i will stick with third party for now, the pizza tasted great and all arrived in good time, we order with different types of stuffed crust and get the wrong type but still tastes good so won't complain too much, example ordered cheese and pepperoni stuffed crust but only get cheese and no pepperoni. The garlic pizza bread is nice, the regular garlic bread is very small and quite dry but i think okay for the price and deal we got. I think there are a good variety of deals available also which is nice to see for once.

Dropped in quality. They used to be our favorite pizza in Portsmouth and now I don't know what they did but the pizzas taste bland and too salty. We're going to have to find a new place

Food was delivered wrong and pizza over cooked. There attitude was awful. Shame been regular customer for years. Really bad customer service.

Waited hour and half for deliver, still not arrived. Called the restaurant and they were rather rude.

Amazing food. Great portions the owners and staff were very welcoming and the pizza was fabulous! Would definitely recommend pepperoni topping and goes down very well after 5-6 double vodkas

Warning! DO not order from this place. I placed a delivery and it never came. Not only this but they turned their mobile number off so I couldnt even complain. Listen if you're the owner and reading this, then shame on you, for possibly the worst delivery service in Portsmouth.

Never try this stupid restaturant very bad behavior from the people and i have ordered veg pizza and they kept non veg . Im a pure vegtatrain person for my entire life by mistake i ate a bit pizza thank god i didnt ate the non veg part and this guys simply speaking rude. Their ingnornce make some one get so tramatice and the guy talking so rudely even tey dont have courtsy to apologize .

First time ordering pizzas and will definitely order again. Ordered Margherita and bbq mega meat (along with the obligatory sides ie wings, chicken strips and garlic bread). All arrived within 30 mins, hot and extremely fresh tasting. We would normally order from one of the big 2 pizza companies but after eating here….looks like we will be changing our habits! Thanks square pizza!

Usually there ok but this time around i payed extra for veg and there's so little its terrible never order drinks because you dont get them and dont bother calling to make a complaint as there so rude to you its disgusting

Came 40 mins late. Cold when I got it. Driver said they’d called but they didn’t. When calling for a update they stopped answering my calls. Jalapeños cheese things are rubbish (I’m not swearing because I don’t this review to get removed). Despite the pizza being cold, it was actually ok. Wouldn’t order from here again though

You’ll be waiting for 2 hours or longer without any updates & only to be told that if you don’t want it, send it back when driver arrives with it. Rudest most unprofessional service.

We have ordered on their website before and it was good (March last time). Now it was absolutely disgusting, no ingredients on it, the dough way thinner, the pizza itself smaller. No taste. And they charged delivery fee (they didn't before if you ordered from them) AND service charge. Really? Never again!

Regular customer here order a few times a month, pizza is banging haven’t tried much else on the menu but I assume it’s great. The delivery driver is always friendly(sometimes I think he’s flirting lol) and they sometimes Chuck in free extra dips aswell. I would deffo recommend for anyone on and Psychedelics and people who love value for their money💯

We ordered our food and waited almost 2 hours for it. Just Eat was updated saying the driver was on their way and that the order had shown up at the same time! When calling, the person on the other end said we'd get a free drink. But alas - when it FINALLY arrived, we had no free drink. The person on the other end simply said that it wasn't their problem. This was a rare treat for me and my partner - I understand that it was busy but they could have updated Just Eat! Ruined our evening and they didn't care less. Never spend you money here.

Best pizza in Portsmouth..... I have been using square pan for a number of years recommend it to all my friends and have never been disappointed. Any of the Ali Babe specials are my recommendations! Also every delivery person I've had has been polite and friendly. Thanks for the awesome food guys.

Pizza is not that bad actually but not that good either. Customer service sucks though. Clearly by looking at their reviews on Google, they don’t care on improving their customer service or food quality. Driver can’t come upstairs because they’ll receive a ticket at 12:22 in the morning & trust me I understand the situation of getting a ticket for a small order but lets be real in the mid of covid lockdown, nobody’s giving you a ticket at 12:22 am. And I’ve had Deliveroo drivers & drivers from others restaurants as well come upstairs to my door & deliver & at times I went down but arguing with me over the phone & saying that if you can’t come downstairs we can’t take your order is not really great customer service & I myself work in the customer service industry. You guys need to work on making your food better & worth it to go downstairs & pickup, along with that need to learn behavior & proper customer service.

Absolutely disgusting the bbq meat feast pizza had thick bbq sauce all over the top like it had been squeezed out of a bottle . Was just to much so sickly I couldn’t eat it . When I phoned up to complain I was told rudely that’s not our problem . Will never use again

The pizza is not that nice in my opinion, at parts it wasn’t bad but the majority made me feel sick. It has made my stomach feel bad and I personally wouldn’t recommend this place but feel free to try it

Awful service. Ordered two large pizzas tonight, only one turned up. Driver said let me make a call before driving off. Second pizza never turned up and when trying to call just got a continuous engaged tone. Shocking service. Would not order from here again!

Used Square Pan twice now through Just Eat app. Worked really well, and the pizza's great. First time I screwed up and didn't set my location right so the driver took it to my house in Southsea. He phoned and found out where I was (Fratton so it was on his way back to the shop anyway) and I still got my pizza before it was cold! :-x Tbh the garlic bread wasn't worth getting imo though.

TERRIBLE SERVICE Food arrived over 3 hours late, was incomplete and it was left on top of the dustbin outside our house!!! Not very hygenic at all. When we rang to try and get a refund and return the cold, stale food the manager was rude aggressive and unhelpful. He told us he wouldn't issue a refund and hung up on us. DO NOT USE Square Pan Pizza. They're a disgrace.

Worst pizza place in Portsmouth. They took my money and came up with an excuse saying they knocked on my door and called me. I was sat by my door with my phone in hand so that’s a plain lie. They’ve taken my hard earned cash and I certainly won’t be ordering from them again. I don’t recommend anyone else does either.

I like to stay inside my little box (pun intended) when it comes to take aways but i really wanted a square pizza so i tried this place. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! Food tastes amazing, didnt skimp out on toppings, the food came quicker than i was hoping, filled the box to the edges and was still pipping hot upon delivery. The delivery driver seemed to have a bit of an attitude but i put this down to being very busy on a friday night. Best thing is the price 2 Large pizzas for £15.99!! Worth every bloody penny. Will be eating here from now on. Thank you
