The smallest cookie dough I have seen in my entire life extortion prices and cookie dough was sooo small this was my 1st time and my last time coming here and never coming back again

The food was okay, but the overall dining experience was not great. The place was noticeably dirty, which made me feel uncomfortable and honestly put me off finishing my dessert.

Rude customer service I don’t know what happened to sprinkles so dry waffles and they stopped pouring chocolate.

Went on a Saturday night, wasn’t too busy but the tables weren’t extremely clean and everything seemed a bit all over the place. Desserts themselves were quite expensive but enjoyable. Very nice staff tho.

fantastic gelato! a little on the dark side for ambient lighting, which invited the local riff raff in begging to use the toilet without buying anything. glad they kept the toilets locked!

Very quiet place during the day. The costumer service was good and the place was nice and clean. The desserts itself are very overpriced and really not that great. If you are going for dessert I would recommend skipping the crepes and strawberry’s and chocolate and instead opting for the ice cream. The icecream is delicious and worth the money.

It doesn't look like much from outside but a huge selection of desserts at good prices, friendly staff and very tasty.

The two people behind the bar looked like they dont enjoy there job at all took 20mins for my gfs waffle to come out and at that point i had already finished my not happy with the service at all he made excuses only for the waffle to come out cold and the chocolate was ment to be melted and it was frozen on my crepe and my gfs waffle i would suggest going somewhere else

Mediocre at best, crepe was ok, their gelato ice cream were a moderate 5/10, no real fruity taste, the vanilla ice cream which came with the crepe tasted better than the 3 scoops i had, the service wasn’t as good as portswood sprinkles, overall 4/10, atmosphere was like a ghost town

You never get your food as well

I ordered a crepe and a milkshake, the crepe was really hard and just not enjoyable at all. The toppings were nice but ruined by the crepe. It might have been because the distance for delivery was a bit far so by the time it got to me it was hard and cold. The milkshake was nice.

Great pudding after date night.

I ordered a waffle and it was £7.50 the man asked me if I wanted extra icecream I said no and he made me pay £10 when that wasn’t even the price I asked him for a refund and my waffle came out like a pancake

Paid £10 for a cookie dough which was tiny, the problem was it was rock solid as you can see it was just a cookie. Appalled - daylight robbery and don’t know how to cook cookie dough you’ll just get a cookie!

I requested an hot chocolate, not nearly pure milk. Durty place and the person on the phone instead making a good clean. Hygiene of this place is completly disgusting. Long waiting times for the service.

We just had waffles and cookies however there was a smell from the cookie which was returned to the punter after having one spoonful. We have just got home and my daughter has been vomiting since having their cookie dough and ice. I have tried to call but no answer. I will be taking this matter further. I would give no star or negative star but this button does not exist. I would not recommend. I used to go this place and it has been going downhill slowly but today was another level of unhygienic products.

Lots of gelato flavors to choose from. I tried the doughnuts and berry mousse, but unfortunately no chocolate covered donuts in my scoop 😕. Still good though. Noticed they also have cookie dough with ice cream or gelato - looked like it might be worth a try got something unique. Fun atmosphere with red chairs and booths.

It is a very nice and big bar to enjoy an ice-cream. Lots of flavours and variety making an explosion of colour. Good service and plenty of space to sit down. It was very busy when I went but I was lucky to find a table. The toilets have a code to get into. A very recommended shop.

The staff completely ignored my daughter and I until we left. It was empty with nobody else to serve. The 3 staff were just chatting. What exactly did they think we were doing, standing by the ice cream? Enjoying the ambiance of the empty shop?

Ordered 2 nuttella ice creams , they were just plain, very thin vein of nuttella . No taste and cost 2.95 a scoop , won't be rushing back there. Staff were polite .

you make people pay to use the toilet, which by the way, does not have toilet paper. i was on a first date and had to wipe myself with water from the sink. disgusting.

I was so disappointed the place was grubby in fact the person with me sat on a chair which was very very wet and the staff didn't seem to care and for £9 my sundae was small and very disappointing and I will never go there again.

Staff friendly, great ice cream. Will be visiting again to work through the menu!

Good quality ice cream and plenty of seats

Mohajaba girl customer service wasn’t good at all she left order on the table without even one word even she didn’t answer me when I said thanks. Because of that I’m not going back to that store I suggest don’t go there.

Sprinkles is sprinkles this one wasn’t particularly amazing but neither too bad. Wish the menu updated more than just the prices

This review isn't about the food, but rather the poor service from a middle-aged staff member. His rude demeanor suggests a lack of understanding of customer service. Despite a swift transaction transferring money to my online account, his disrespectful behavior overshadowed the experience. Management should review CCTV footage from April 13, 2024, for validation. The staff member's attitude towards serving food, as if it were a favor, was off-putting. His rude gestures towards the payment machine were unnecessary. Overall, his behavior was unacceptable and may deter me from returning.

Food all smashed up didn’t look as Its should

We wanted ice cream, but as soon as we saw it we immediately changed our minds, the ice cream was old and with an obvious skin on it !!! Orrendus!!!!!! So we decided to order two crepes.... 17,00£ and they just put chocolate on top, not inside .... The place was dirty. We'll never come back.

Disappointing. Polite but inexperienced server who struggled with the till and getting customers orders correct. She got no help from her colleague who just let the queue build up and customers leave. Ice cream choices excellent but the price for the quantity received was overpriced. The menus were dirty with sticky prints. The floor unswept with rubbish. For reasons I can’t explain the soundtrack to Pepper Pig episodes was playing loudly instead of any background music. Won’t be returning.

I ordered two teas with milk. The waitress carried one cup each and I also had to ask for milk each time for each cup, so the waitress came four times just to serve the tea. And in general, tea could be served in teapots like in all self-respecting cafes. The waffles with fruit were delicious, but I really didn't like the fact that the white chocolate syrup and fruit were frozen (although they could have asked me if I wanted it that way). So instead of enjoying warm waffles with milk chocolate flowing and ice cream melting on top, I had to gnawing that frozen chocolate (which was sticking in my teeth) and fruit and eat a cold waffle. I'm not even talking about the worn and dirty cutlery...

A wide choice of flavours in a retro style surrounding. Simple order and pay system. Delicious! Comfortable and clean seating areas. 10/10

Waffle and crepe were stone cold and chewy. Ice cream and whipped cream was fresh so I assume the waffles and crepe were made way before the delivery driver came to collect and had been sat on the side to go cold. I've ordered waffles from sprinkles loads of times and it always delivers warm and soft, just not this today.

IT WAS amazing and all but we brought a puppy that was French bulldog they saw it smiled and everything until we paid suddenly frowning saying dogs r Not allowed we said we cme for my bday they said I don't care get out or we'll call th cops HORRIBLE

They delivered someone else's food. We can't get ours delivered or contact just eat for a refund. We will NOT be using this company again.

Has changed a lot in the last few years... Now it looks dirty and the service is awful. They served my Sunday 15 mins after they served my companion's, so we couldn't eat at the same time, obs he couldn't wait for mine as it would melt... Toilet was filthy, tables and floor sticky. Will be going to the Bargate one from now on...

I’ve been going to sprinkles since it opened up in my area which is about 5 years ago now. Pros of sprinkles is the quality never drops, you know whatever you get it’s good all good ingredient’s go make it smooth and rich. Defo better then majority of the rest. Cons when you been going go then for so long the menu is always the same. Tbf why would sprinkles change it it’s working. I’ve been to plenty dessert place and the only other one better then sprinkles would be Treatz Gelato. But other then that exception sprinkles always wins no matter what.

Tatty. Torn seats. Poor cleaning with accumulated dirt around table and chair legs. Disinterested staff.

2 scoops for £5.25. I asked for white chocolate they said they had it but then said they didn't very bad customer services. So I went for lotus biscoff and caramel cheesecake

It won’t let me select the option but food turned up over an hour and a half late, all the ice cream had completely melted and the milkshake had been made for so long the whipped cream was all splitting and melting

Would rate 0⭐️ if I could! After negative experiences over the last few years, including hair in a waffle, I vowed never to visit a Sprinkles again. However, i thought id give it another try...bad idea! Visited a week ago. Stood at the till for almost 10 minutes and was COMPLETELY IGNORED by the 2 useless members of staff, so we walked out! Visited today & asked for a menu at the till, was told to get one from a table 🤔 . Asked about nuts in the sauce due to an allergy & was told "I don't think so" WHAT THE F? Staff so unbothered & LAZY, I had to ask them to go and check! No care is taken to avoid unnecessary, LIFE THREATENING RISKS? Overpriced for what you get and judging by the other reviews on here, it should just be SHUT DOWN! Crap! Myself and my family will definitely NEVER EVER EVER go into a Sprinkles EVER again!

Sprinkles delivers on flavour and quality of food, but until this outlet gets the decor update that the Portswood store has had, it won't quite reach the 5 stars I would love to give it.

Took my 2 children in there placed their orders they came good time, I went back up ordered something else sat down for ages thinking where was it, went back up and they had completely forgot I ordered something else, almost laughing it of. Rude staff.

Visited with a friend to have a quiet chat. 10 out of 10 for that, Everything else really bad. Ice cream so sweet I could hardly eat it. Very expensive for what you got. Staff surly. Mucky tables and reluctance by staff to bother to clean them. Toilet dirty. Never again.

It's a delicious combination of strawberries, bananas, and Nutella sauce on top of a waffle, and even the ice cream.

My experience at sprinkles was very dissapointing . The staff are very rude and incomprehensive towards their customers . I was served a chocolate iced cream that had hair in it , I tried to confront the the staffs but they were refusing to speak to me .

The place is dirty, very low higiene had to ask for my table to be cleaned again and staff was absolutely rude I was surprised on how unwelcome me and my friends felt. Highly disappointed.

After being a loyal customer for years, I am so disappointed to write this complaint. After placing an order, it came to our attention that there was hair in the food. This has never happened to me or anyone I know that comes here. They still haven’t responded accordingly to my complaint, instead I’ve been spoken to in a rude manner. I am very disappointed in the hygiene standards of this branch!!

Great quality Gelato place with a huge selection of Gelato, Cookies, Waffles, Shakes & Sundaes. I had 3 scoops of Gelato for £6.95 + £1.50 extra for Brownie pieces and hot fudge sauce. My choosen flavours were Mint Chocolate Chip, Reeses Peanut butter and Jaffa Cake Gelato

If you have a sweet tooth, this is one place you would like to visit. Amazing desserts
