Food was cold would like a refund

the pizza was the correct pizza but missing onions and was on the wrong base, the dip was completely wrong it was spicy when I ordered a garlic mayo which that was definitely mot garlic mayo.

Driver didn’t have change which is ridiculous

1 pizza not what we ordered, 4 pieces of pepperami on a " supreme pepperami oizza" wrong sauces x 2 - overall dissatisfied & disappointed- will never use again. what a let down.

the food is over priced for the small amount you get

I’ve never had a pizza so stale it’s like it’s been sat in a hot counter for 2 days, the same with the chicken strips, seems like it was pre cooked and left in a hot counter for hours!, the chicken tasted like sand and the pizza was crunchy like it was burned but not cooked through? It was so stale it wasn’t even edible.

Even though it was late the food was piping hot the delivery driver was very nice and explained that it was very busy which is all good definitely will order again

over an hour, I ordered at 1147pm I'm still waiting and it's 148am when writing this review

Pizza was fabulous and good quality for the money I spent on it.

Food arrived 1:30 hour late. Burger was raw and not cooked properly. Chicken was tasteless and seemed like they were cooked a week ago and service was just overall bad. Would rate it 0 if I could.tried calling the number for their restaurant and wouldn’t even ring. Typical

I’m never ordering from here again order was taking way to long didn’t get any updates for my order tried calling but the number isn’t correct and the food tasted funny

Food was hot and fresh, delivery was a little delayed but not by much. 100% recommend

Food came cold. Pepperoni toppings were not cooked. The garlic bread pizza was just a garlic dough with a tiny bit of cheese. Overall taste wasn’t the best. Wouldn’t recommend or order again

u guys told me that there was an issue in this order and u r looking into the refund so I ordered pizza again with some other restaurant now I had 2 pizza and that too large which I was unable to finish and 1 pizza is now wasted and I want my MO ey refund for one of the pizza and cold drink I ordered

No number to call, and no response when I asked for an update on the food, and it never showed up

The food was cold and inedible. The burger was covered in mayonnaise which I never asked for as I dont like it.

Food was terrible. Had to tell the matey to write my order. Even made it wrong where he had to give me a free wrap. The food smelt like raw beef and chicken. Taste and smelt nasty. The takeaway smelt like a meat centre. Never having it again. Very very disappointed

My food never showed up, not a bad comment specifically on the restaurant but the app or the driver or the restaurant is at fault for me being charged for no delivery

12 inch pizza is not large it’s medium the pizza had 3 jalapeño peppers and minimal of the other topping over all just sad

Order cancelled 1 hour after being placed due to lack of drivers. Suggest you limit your radius for take aways to that within walking distance.

I asked for vegan pizza and pizzas we were given had dairy cheese on it

Well what can I say my food was late when it did arrive it was lukewarm you could hardly taste any of the ingredients. There was hardly any cheese, ham, mushroom or pineapple. The only thing that you could taste was tomato base sauce I ordered a deep pan but got a very thin pan it was a waste of £15 never ordered from them again that for sure 😡

Absolutely disgusting business, ordered from them and the food never came, called them 3 times and was told "yeah man it's on the way" and then they call me back and say "sorry but we aren't able to deliver your pizza" like what?!?!

Turned up 45 late was asleep by this point didn’t leave food outside just took back with them, fair play to driver tried to call but was asleep already as had been waiting for an hour and a half with no contact before hand

Delivery driver complained to us that our house is too far away even though they’ve set their delivery radius to include my postcode. Food was still warm but tasted poor.

Can't even get a simple one cooming order right gave me vegan ice cream like wtaf and then gave me some.bog standard cheese cake avoid like the plauge

Pizza was warm not even hot and took twice as long for the driver to get to me fron where he was leaving from.

I would have liked to give them a good review....but after waiting over an hour for plain chips I cannot. And to add insult to injury, they served a group of girls who came in after me within about 5 minuets. Genuinely shocked with the service. Just go home and get food, trust me.

Been trying to call the restaurant but cannot get through. Ordered two meal deals one with cheesy chips and one just normal chips as it states on the order of receipt. Both came with cheese on. Due to an intolerance my wife cannot eat them. Now can’t get through to amend this order.

Pizza was okay but The chicken wings weren't piri or barely cooked, I haven't even touched them. Nice people and delivery driver but not impressed with those wings at all

Best halouime burgers and chicken strips

Food was pretty horrendous tbh.. such a shame as wen this place first opened the burgers were nice but it was tasteless soggy food.. my bun was wet and sloppy! The garlic mushrooms were filled with oil, and smelt really bad, and then the hash brows were very bitter and stail. Not guna order anything from here again!

The chicken wrap was delicious.. however the accompanying ( separate) side salad was disappointing. The lettuce had brown edges and whoever said sweetcorn and chilli peppers should be included in a salad needs shooting!! Finally and sadly the Cheesecake was soggy, and bashed around in its plastic container. I will use this restaurant again as the wrap was delicious but I won't order salad or cheesecake in future!

The chips were wonderful but, there is no way on earth that £8 is good value for money for 4 chicken strips and 3 pieces of popcorn chicken. I thought that it may have been an elaborate practical joke - but no, it cost me upwards of £8 for 4 chicken strips and 3 pieces of popcorn chicken. Such a shame because the food was piping hot and arrived 15 minutes early. Portion sizes would have to improve dramatically on the chicken for me to consider ordering with you again I'm sorry

Food was piping hot. Fries were not your stereotypical cheap brand that takeaways use (which we all know) but they put me more in mind of Lamb & Weston (those who know, know.) The burger was great, the chicken strips were also. Great price point for what I had.. If these guys are sending out food like this, which came in quality packaging by the way - even down to the branded carrier bag. Then there is no way that any of these 1 star reviews can be true. The only problem I had was the lettuce, which was romain not iceberg, another sign of quality, had seen better days, so I binned that, but that’s a bit of lettuce. Who cares. Overall, probably, easily, one of the best takeaways I have had in the past few years in the city.

Don't bother 50% order was missing and can't get hold of anyone!
