Excellent takeaway. Often take my niece to get chippy takeaway, owner is fantastic with children and my niece loves going in there. Food fantastic, one of the best takeaways in Macc.

Great chinèse/English chipshop. Very friendly staff. Brilliant service and a warm friendly welcome no matter who you are. I have Chinese food not on the menu but they are more than happy to provide. The Mixed meat satay chowmein is second to none. A credit to the community and respected by all. Great place Great food. AAA+

I had a lovely takeaway from here and thoroughly enjoyed it and you get good sized portions at very reasonable prices here. I will definitely be back again. The staff are very polite and welcoming. I thoroughly recommend.

I feel i need to post this after being fooled by the reviews on google. Both the starter and the main we had tasted strange and we did not finish them. If it was a little bit closer to our house I would have returned the food. I rarely review things but felt I had to especially after spending most of the following day on the toilet

Best chinese takeaway in Macclesfield. Always fresh and tasty !!! Their fish is top quality, lovely chips and everything else !!! Our favourite. Li is a great character, real laugh. No delivery service so got to get off your backside to get the best. It's well worth it !!!

Very bland tasteless food. Really wasnt great at all & wouldn't go back. Also ordered Ribs which they forgot to give us & couldn't get back through to them when we tried ringing back

Absolute shambles! Ordered food nearly 2 hours ago and I'm still waiting! Tried ringing to see where my order is and no answer for a while until they completely blocked my number! Really rude when ordering and really unprofessional as could only hear screaming in the background! Other Chineses I recommend are Shanghai memories and Woks Cooking.

Extremely rude on phone didnt tell me they opened at six when the took my order at 5:30 waited over an hour for our food

Li is a sociable lady who knows her community. This place has a wonderful atmosphere and staff. There food is well cooked and good sized portions. Prices are fair too. Just up the road from the Flower Pot so we'll located for a couple of pints, and a good takeaway. Well worth a try.

I first experienced this Chinese take-away many years ago when I worked mobile in the area. I have returned time and time again because of the great customer service, delicious food and reasonable prices. I do have to go a little out of my way to get to it these days, but it is worth the short travel involved. So friendly and entertaining too....

We stopped by for a takeaway and had chow mein and the beef curry along with some chips on the side. All the food was good and great value for money. Its not a place I would seek out but would be very happy if this was my local chippy.

Lai and Big Dave have been here years, know all the customers by first names and even newcomers get massive welcome and always return methinks. Superb beef curry and egg fried rice is second to none and the traditional,fish n chips also take some beating. Go in as a customer and leave as a friend...superb customer service and all round great takeaway

The staff are the most pleasent people u could wish to meet, yes u may have to wait but the food is always fresh and hot,as 4 taste all u need to do is ask and they make it to how u like it spicy or mild would recommend 2 anyone

My local chippy. Been the same for years. Always a laugh but can be a bit slow at the weekends. Foods always good but you will end up waiting for fresh chips fish etc at busy times

I ordered for 4 people on a Friday night so I expected a slight delay - 1 hour! Whilst waiting, I was referred to on 4 occasions as the reason why there was a long delay for food. I was also told that they don't like strangers - this is my local Chinese chippy/takeaway!! Sweet and sour chicken that was neither sweet or sour - quite an achievement! Flavourless egg fried rice and stale prawn crackers. None of us enjoyed the food and will never be going here again. I think if you're going in for a bag of chips you'll be fine but anything that requires cooking in the back, forget it!
