Sports Bar & Grill Old Street in Islington

Este lugar es realmente horrible. Esta fue la segunda vez que asistimos aquí en la oportunidad de que nuestra primera experiencia fuera única. No lo era. Nuestra primera experiencia consistió en que nosotros y varios otros pedimos repetidamente un partido internacional de fútbol de Inglaterra. Sí, un partido de la selección nacional del deporte más popular del país incapaz de mostrarse durante todo el primer tiempo en un bar con unas 40 pantallas. Personal completamente despistado sobre cómo hacerlo. Nuestra experiencia de anoche fue aún peor. Tuve que pedir que se encendiera el sonido, en un bar deportivo. Comida horrible, una de las peores hamburguesas que he probado. El personal totalmente desinteresado solo sirve a las personas que estaban al lado de la caja mientras ignora a todos los demás. Decidimos usar la aplicación para pedir bebidas a la mesa en su lugar. Después de esperar 15 minutos y ver que no había nadie esperando en el bar decidí preguntar dónde estaban las bebidas y me dijeron ‘la máquina se ha apagado’. No hay oferta de reembolso ni disculpas ni nada. Entonces otro miembro del personal se acercó y dijo ‘cuál es tu problema amigo’ sí, en serio, así es como hablan con los clientes. Revisó la máquina y vio que el pedido había llegado y el otro sirvió las bebidas. Sin disculpas y nos hicieron sentir como si fuera nuestra culpa. Su respuesta fue ‘estamos muy ocupados. Es solo un poco de alcohol mate’. No había nadie en el bar en este momento. Hay una gran necesidad de capacitación en servicio al cliente aquí. La gerencia debería avergonzarse. Tu bar es horrible.

Muy buen bar deportivo al lado de la estación de metro de Old Street. La comida y el servicio era genial. Sin duda recomiendo a cualquiera en la zona. 2 tableros de dardos digitales y 4 mesas de billar también

Comida y bebida en el Brunch era brillante. David se aseguró de que siempre tomáramos algo. Todo el mundo dijo lo mucho que disfrutaron de la noche, sin duda volveremos!

Muy buen servicio del personal, especialmente David. Apreciamos sus bromas y buena naturaleza - realmente se alimentó de los nuestros. Gran lugar para bebidas y dardos antes de la NFL Londres.

Ambiente fantástico y personal muy amable. Tomamos unas copas y jugamos algunos dardos y lo pasamos muy bien! Nos hizo el día libre para la NFL en Londres como grupo un día muy bueno 🏈♥️

Always an efficient service for food and drinks with a nice selection of beers and the best tomato juice in town 😁 The atmosphere is just crazy on every football nights!!! I love it

I loved it. My friends and I went for the bottomless brunch and could not have been happier. The food was delicious, the drinks were fast and strong, and the music was popping off. Elite clientele and even more elite service. Will be coming again soon.

Never written a review in my life until today. AWFUL! This venue seats comfortably 100-150 people. Last night there were 3 members of staff whilst Rugby World Cup, NFL, Tennis were all playing live. Waited at the bar for 4 drinks, took me 20 minutes to get served as the staff rushed to and from the kitchen. Food orders were rejected for 90 minutes as nobody to cook. Eventually had my pizza (stonebaked apparently) and wings order accepted. Another hour passed before it arrived ... Wings were dry, the Pizza was like cardboard. AVOID at all costs until this establishment hires more staff. Pathetic.

Pizza took more than 90(!!) minutes to come out. Only came out after I asked for a refund. Upon learning of my refund request, the manager came over and pulled the pizza off my table and simply threw it away. When I asked what that was about, he tried telling me that the delay in service was my fault for switching tables (I had been checking in with the bar staff every 15 minutes and told them I was moving tables almost immediately after my order. Most terrible service I’ve ever received in London. Avoid this place if you hope you to eat in any timely manner.

Went for bottomless brunch and the rugby. Amazing service and a great atmosphere really enjoyed my visit will definitely be coming back

The place in Old Street to watch the football. There was a great selection of food and drink and the team couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely be returning when the football season starts!

Came to watch the West Ham semi final and the atmosphere was great, there was loads of TVs so didn’t miss a moment of the action wherever you went Will be back for the final 100%

First time here and used it as a meeting place, The pizza I had was very good and our groups food also brought no complaints. Prices were about average. The service was not that great as we had to keep asking for more condiments, napkins and drinks. Would go to watch sports there but probably not as a meeting place.

The staff were incredible, when we entered the venue the gentleman behind the bar was so attentive I think his name was David, he suggested drinks as we were not sure what we wanted, was a great vibe and would 100% recommend.

Lots of screens so there was a range of sport on tv, good food and great place to play a bit of pool with some mates!

the buffalo chicken burger was great, came to watch the arsenal game with a few friends wasn’t as busy as i thought it was going to be but great atmosphere, i will defo be returning for the next arsenal game

Great venue but they didn’t have any food! Their response to not having food is the chef cancelled. Loads of people hungry with booze in their stomachs is carnage.

Visiting this sports bar on 2nd April, getogether of mates, enjoyed being able to play pool and watch football all day,. Even took the challenge of a few beer towers, very good grub for a sorts bar, ordered a few paltes of burgers and pies...

The team here really know what they are doing. Atmosphere is great and the service is sharp. Lots of focus on some sports communities that you don't see everywhere.
