Went in for some drinks and food, felt very welcomed and looked after, with special thanks to Cat. Our meal was lovely and she was really warm and friendly.

Great after work drinks w colleagues, friends, and family. Good seating inside where you can actually talk and great service from Cat and Lucy. My dog Ozzy was treated like a VIP which always helps. Thanks for a great night. Keep up the good work 👍🏾

Leaving a review for Cat, she is very kind, polite and approachable, had lots of jokes and made us laugh every time she came over and never forgets you no matter how long it's been. The bar has a whole new team and they all seem great too, efficient service at the bar and via the app. It's a great place for gin lovers as they have very good and varied selections of gins and mixers as well as fresh fruit. The venue is very lively, clean and decorated with lots interesting art, old framed photos depicting local history and has a very rustic-modern interior. It would be a great place to take photos with friends. We very much look forward to returning in the future!

We booked Harry's Bar at Finch's for birthday celebrations with the backdrop of watching a six nations rugby fixture and couldn't be happier with the venue, staff or quality of the food.

Vino a almorzar mientras estaba cerca. Buenos precios, mucha elección. Me gustó la sensación rústica. Bonito ambiente relajado. Especialmente le gustan las mesas con los reposapiés reutilizados de las viejas máquinas de coser Singer, un bonito guiño a la historia local. Habría ido de nuevo si hubiéramos tenido tiempo.

Organised a work event here, the staff were brilliant throughout. Very easy process and they were very accommodating. Will be booking future events here.

Often dine at Finch's for lunch - great food (burger or fish and chips are recommended) and a good selection of beers coupled with excellent service.

Always end up having a lovely chat with Kat whenever we get the chance to see her.

Came in here for a post-job interview pint or two on a sunny Thursday morning and it did not disappoint. It could end up being one of my local pubs, if things go well with the hiring team… Lovely staff, nice outdoor seating. Clean toilets, nice-looking food (I didn’t eat) and the prices were not awful (£7.20 for a Guinness).

Overpriced, cold service no eye contact. Had to stand at bar because busy. Felt in the way from staff. Left.

Very vibey. A great cafe restaurant for vibes alone. I got the curly fries and a cider and drew for ages. There's a room downstairs that I walked into on accident and somebody said hello to me. I then found out that it is a meeting and events room. It's very dark and moody in there, I want to have an event just to sit in there very much. Curly fries were delicious.

Nous voulions un bon brunch brittish et nous avons été un peu déçu. Le lieu est très joli et le personnel attentionné mais les plats sont très légers, bons mais pas assez copieux. Nous n’avons pas trouvé le brunch qui nous fait tenir toute la journée comme nous le recherchions. Cela dit les plats sont bien présentés et originaux.

I first stumbled upon Finch’s in London during a meeting. I popped in for breakfast and was blown away by their delicious food, especially the full English breakfast - the best I've had in the UK. Lucy greeted me warmly on my initial visit, and Hani was equally welcoming on my second. I indulged in a fantastic lunch, savoring the perfectly cooked and seasoned Bavette steak. The overall experience was truly exceptional. If you find yourself in London, do yourself a favor and visit Finch’s to experience it firsthand.

We used the function room for 4 weeks while in the middle of an office relocation. Excellent value for money, great coffees and food although the menu was limited, what they did was excellent. Staff friendly, welcoming and attentive, will definitely visit for social occasions.

Estaba en Finsbury por negocios con dos horas para matar y apetito a media mañana. La decoración industrial - lux tiene una informalidad de alta calidad que ofrece comodidad sin pretensiones. La comida es gastro provincial - nivel pub, el café excelente, del tipo que solo se suele encontrar en el lugar que venden solo pasteles. Los pubs de la ciudad que están abiertos para el desayuno pueden emitir un ambiente sórdido y pegajoso a media mañana, pero Finch's es uno de los pocos lugares en Londres que te sentirías cómodo al pedir un brandy para ir con tu expreso en una habitación que tiene una identidad británica única. Tuve el Huevo Escocés Desayuno y un capuchino grande, el personal estaba feliz de suministrarme agua helada ya que maté el tiempo en un rincón tranquilo. No sabía en ese momento, y me sorprendió mucho saber, que Finch's es parte de Youngs Brewery, el lugar no da una cadena - ambiente de pub en absoluto y eso se debe al personal, la comida y la decoración. En mi trabajo tenemos un dicho, "encuentra otro".

Very close to Liverpool Street Station if you find yourself in London for the day. They have a really great vegan burger, it's delicious! The atmosphere is really cozy and there's plenty of seating! The staff are very welcoming and the service is good!

We shared the battered king prawns and wild mushroom croquettes then I had the steak with garlic butter and my partner had the fish and chips, not forgetting a bottle of Bordeaux. It was all super tasty! We would definitely return!

Breakfast is delicious, full English for me was a great size. Shakshuka was also a winner at our table. The team there are warm, attentive and create a relaxed and friendly place we found ideal for breakfast time. Lovely to find a place with atmosphere for breakfast, much better than the faceless, functional places nearby. We’ll see you again soon!

Great place to meet colleagues and friends after work

Stopped for a spot of breakfast this morning before heading to a meeting in the city. Service with a smile and delicious breakfast. I had the poached eggs on toast, with smoked salmon. The portions were really generous and eggs perfectly gooey. Thanks for a great start to the day.

Booked Henrys Den for a training session, Hannah and her team were extremely accomodating and friendly - always present but not in the way. Food was delicious will be back!

I would definitely not be giving this a top rated place to eat. We went for a work meal of 20 people and the food was poor. The fish from the fish and chips was overcooked, we ordered a sharer of baked camembert and they give you all of 6-7 small bread pieces and charge £24 for it. The waiter tried to palm us off with the wrong chips when we ordered the truffle tripple cooked ones. A few weeks back we had gone as well and again the sharer is definitely not for 3-5 people to share, that is a lie. They also did not provide us with the sandwich menu when clearly you could see other people were ordering sandwiches. This is a poor pub and I would not go there ever again even if its for a work outing.

Very good location and competitive prices. Just had a morning coffee and snack so can't really give 5 stars in all categories, as it wouldn't be a fair experience to make such a judgement, but service was undoubtedly 5 stars!

Super staff Ella very helpful and friendly. The children's first morning tea - they loved it and the extra consideration from Ella made it more special for them. All in all a wonderful treat and a tasty morning tea for all of us. Unhurried and relaxing too. We will definitely be back. shout out to super staff Ella! Visited today for lunch with a business partner. Overall impression was average - the rattan style chairs on our table were falling apart. A warm welcome from the single member of staff serving - she did her best but a tall order to be running the bar, clearing tables, making coffee and serving food. Let’s talk about the food. I can honestly say that when I ordered an orzo pasta salad that I would be served a salad made from pasta. Instead I was handed a plate of lettuce drowned in cheap olive oil with some plain orzo pasta thrown in. Few pieces of sun dried tomato (also drowned in oil) on the top - £13. If we hadn’t been entertaining I’d have sent it back (a colleague also ordered the same - and felt the same way). It would be so easy to add some flavour to this bland tasting oil soaked plate of lettuce - please think this menu option through again.

Amazing atmosphere! My first time there as i work around corner! Definitely will not be my last! DJ Chef was playing last night and he had Amazing taste in music and cater for every need. Definitely will be back!

Was recently at a wedding reception here. Food was delicious, the ham and cheese croquettes were especially lush. Staff were wonderful and lovely. Great place.

Quick review. We went in for breakfast today (21 February), and both the food and coffee were better than we hoped for. Granola, a vegetarian breakfast and a superb brakfast scotch egg were ordered and eaten with great enjoyment. The main purpose of this is to praise the member of staff who dealt with our order. She was polite, attentive and eager but not intrusive. She dealt with customers and a delivery with a quiet charm that I wish was more common. I wish I had asked her name, she is an asset to the establishment and hope she is valued and paid accordingly.

I was really impressed with Finch's overall. Decor & Environment were lovely. We were seated downstairs and it felt very private and secluded. We were waited on very attentively but not overbearingly by the wait staff. The communications team were also excellent prior to us arriving. The whole group was thoroughly happy with the food that came. Wine list was excellent as well. 10/10. Would definitely return.

I love Finch’s and what’s not to love about this place. From decor to food this place is a 10 on 10 for me. The beautiful bar coloured in soothing green, beautiful seating, lighting creates a beautiful ambience. After your eyes have soaked in the beauty this place has to offer, order some food and you won’t be disappointed. I love their scotch eggs which come with sprinkled Parmesan, it’s amazing balanced, they use the same sausage for their sausage roll which has this perfect flaky pastry. I recommend this place a 100 percent. And I almost forgot, they have painting classes every Saturday at Finch’s, so sip your mimosa and let the colours take you away :)

Booked a table for midday for 2 people. It took 15 mins before we were given Menu's and offered drinks ( I also had to go to the bar to ask for one as noone attended our table), Ordered our food by 12.10.... we sat there and waited for an hour and despite us asking twice our food never arrived. Many other customers who had arrived after us received their food. An hour to wait for basic Sausage and Mash is very very poor. Needless to say after an hour of waiting we told the staff we could not wait any longer so cancelled the order. Wont be returning

Cozy and quiet cafe on a weekday.. we tried their ShakshukA which was a bit soupy but definitely tasty! The staff was really sweet and welcoming. A calm place if you plan to work from here…

Had a Brucnch and Shakshouka from the menu haven't stand next to the propper Shakshouka. It was just tined tomatoes and one eggs.

Not enough staff behind the bar

My main course of sea bass with potatoes was pretty solid and well made, but other dishes, especially the dessert was below par. I had an apple crumble which tasted like it came out of a freezer and the flavours were synthetic and the texture of the whole dish was completely wrong. I know I might be sounding like some sort of a nasty food critic, but this is true of the meal I had. Overall, the price of what I had came to some £50 and it was not worth even half of that amount. The atmosphere in the place is also pretty bland. I just don't like this place as much as other places in the area or in London.

Friday evening at 6.30pm and the pub was buzzing and wall to wall. Table booked for 7pm, seated without issue. Waited nearly an hour for our meals and drinks ordered via the QR app on the table. Three of us, one main each, two sides to share and two drinks. The food, when it arrived, was average. I left my ring in the ladies toilet. No reply to email to see if it was handed in. No one answers the phone either. The venue itself is great.

Very busy after work, most tables seem to get booked out so if going on a Thurs/Fri in a group get there early or book a table. Staff are very friendly and quick, the bar has a nice old but new feel to it.

It's fine. Another Young's pub serving the same boring beers, soapy Neck Oil, etc. One member of staff was particularly friendly though.

This pub is my new favourite It has great decor with candles everywhere, it's like the british reinterpretation of a rive gauche bistrot We were greeted by a lovely young lady and by a charming Italian gentleman He gave us a new world wines grand tour and helped the chaps with the beer selection It was so nice that I've almost forgot to get my train home Definitely worth another visit

I don’t know his name, but we met a man (from italy, like us) working there and he was super kind. we had such a great time. if we’ll ever come back to London, i think we’ll return there:)
