Might be the best burger ive ever eaten. Well balanced. Friendly staff. Definetly worth the visit.

Was an amazing experience, we first greeted with smiles warmth and great manners setting a great atmosphere for a feast. Speaking of a feast the food was cooked to perfection the presentation was immaculate, the the service was great and the flavours used blended together so well. I would definitely recommend to other people of the general public

Best chicken burger I've ever tasted, so juicy and full of flavour! We regularly order from here by deliveroo and rarely have any issues. On the odd occasion we have had something wrong with the order they have been responsive to get it resolved.

The Fired chicken (thigh) burger is one of the best they serve here. The beef burger was juicy too and nothing to complain about. Very limited options with the beverages also which are not really great. The ambience is very basic and alright. Can light up the area in a better way to add to the overall experience of the Amazing burgers they serve. £25 approx. for 2 with happy tummy.

Eat the really good packaging because the burgers are dry and tasteless. Fries are juicier.They need to look up juicy in a dictionary because they have no idea what it means unless they mean their awful fries. Pick any cheese, theres so little of it it makes no difference.Beware. Don't trust reviews written AI.

Food was great, fresh and delicious. I had the fried chicken burger and cheesy fries. It was a big portion and a little messy with all the sauce on it but tasted great.

This place blew me away with a great burger at a very decent price, in ways I wasn't expecting. Been there 3 times now and the quality of my medium rare classic is always excellent, with a great cosy atmosphere and chill welcoming staff to complement. Will be enjoying it many more times in the future.

Food was good , but service was horrendous. We were told there was a 30 min wait for food despite the fact that there were only a few other people in the restaurant due to Deliveroo orders. Then when I asked what the house wine was was told they didn’t know and wasn’t offered any other suggestion of showing me wine or checking . Then when the food was served we weren’t given any cutlery or napkins and every two seconds the door was left wide open .

Solid burgers, very nice fries, lots of ways to make it unique to your tastes. Service is excellent!

Solid burger and well worth the price

Delicious burger place very close to the Hampstead metro station. The burger options are quite interesting. I got the Chicken Burguer without jalapeño and with Guacamole. Best decision ever. Delicious. The truffle fries and onions rings were very good. The ketchup and mayo available are good quality. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff was nice.

I actually walked out when they told me that I could not have my burger medium, but had to have it cooked well done which makes them dry.

Absolutely revolting greasy chicken burger and chips. The fat was dripping off the burger and the chips were saturated and limp and cool. I think that the fat wasn’t hot enough to cook the food in and had just been absorbed into the chicken burger and the chips. Very disappointing and they only took a measly 10% off the bill when I complained about it to them. Shame as I like to support local. (Hampstead Spielburger).

First time at Spielburger -- gotta say, the name did intrigue me and that's how we ended up there. Friendly but slightly brisk service, relaxed and informal atmosphere, food fantastic. Had the classic cheeseburger cooked medium, and it was heavenly. My daughter was very pleased with her fried chicken burger. Proper 'shoestring' onion rings -- light and crispy, not heavy nor greasy -- and skin-on fries, which were also very good. Appreciated the wet wipe that came with each meal! We will return.

Popped in for a burger, two waitresses at the counter looking at me stood up at the entrance where a sign says wait to be seated, so that I did, I had to call her then she came offered me a table and after 7 minutes exactly she took my order. All of that because the restaurant had only 2 customers. Appaling and bland service by the staff. No attention on details, have not been offered water, when she brought my burger no cutlery nor napkin on the table (had to ask for them). Horrible service!

Lovely service from manager in Hampstead. Great food just as I ordered. Sometimes you order medium rare in hamburger places and it comes back cremated. It came back perfectly here.

I've been around – from California to New York, at least – and I've tried the American staples. In 'n' Out is king of the diner/drive thru burger. And in London, I'd say that Spielburger take the prize. Their burgers are excellent. Every ingredient is perfectly chosen. The vegetarian burger is stunning. The fries are good and plentiful. The milkshakes are amazing. Honestly, this place is a gem.

Stumbled across this place with a friend and honestly... their smokey burger was the absolute best! Cooked to perfection, and well priced. My friend had the friend chicken burger and it was so worth the price! We will definitely come back!

Burger was probably the best I’ve had in a long time. When it arrived I got hit by that perfect burger smell, and honestly I had to stop myself gobbling it really quickly! So tasty. The kind of burger that’s packed out but not too hard to eat with tout hands. It can get messy though with the juices but they brought us a whole roll of kitchen roll for the table instead of a paper napkin or two which I thought was one of the most genius ideas. Awesome environment and super friendly and helpful staff.

We really wanted to like Spielburger as we live in the area but unfortunately the food has been consistently poor. On our last visit we ordered two burgers and they were extremely dry and tasteless. The ‘fries’ were so thin that they were actually just little fried crispy things. Before this visit I tried the chicken burger but found it extremely greasy and the batter too thick. The staff has always been nice, but unfortunately that’s not enough, especially at Spielburger’s prices. We won’t be back.

Spielburger is a perfectly find place, but not sufficiently distinctive that i would choose it again over one of the nice local pubs in Hampstead

Every once in a while, only a burger will do. We've sampled burgers in various places in London -- some much posher and more expensive than Spielburger. We haven't found a better burger. Chips are pretty good (sweet potato chips actually very good). Staff are very welcoming, and the place is very child friendly.

This is one of the best burgers in London and the best I have tried in the area. It is delicious and if you think value for money it is the best in London. In an area that everything is super expensive you can get a big burger and some homemade chips for 6£. That's on the happy hour 12:00-18:00 Monday to Saturday

I Went to Spielburger after seeing an article in Timeout about the place. It's Small but has character, it's great if you've got young children as it has a colouring wall and other things for young children. The burgers are fine but the bun was a little too hard. The best thing on the menu was the Rum'n'Ting, great drink.

Amazing burgers, awesome onion rings. Try the 1216 special if you lie bacon. Caters well to vegetarians as well. Good kids’ menu and family friendly. Service was prompt and very friendly. Only problem I had was very loud wannabe hipsters/millennial at the next table being obnoxiously loud and swearing every second word that comes out of their mouth.

Spielburger has no pretensions, it simply does what they say they do, good burgers and fair service.

This is one of my favourite spots for burgers in London. Located in Hampstead, it might not be too crowded, but the atmosphere is nice and their burgers are great. My favourite is the one with stiltion, perhaps because I love stilton!
