He estado varios restaurantes de esta cadena y me parece que sirven una comidas bueniiiisima. Las hamburguesas están deliciosas así como las patatas y las batatas. La cerveza de su marca está buena pero les falta un poco de frío. El servicio muy profesional, amable y rápido. Tan sólo no nos gustó que la sala olía mucho a parrilla y salimos de allí oliendo a humo pero no nos importó mucho porque íbamos de vuelta al hotel Muy recomendable si lo que quieres es un sitio agradable, limpio y una buena burguer

Really bad service . Was rushed to order . And rushed to pay , was given the bill without even asking .. felt very uncomfortable . Never again

We went to Byron for a nice late night dinner. Even though they didn’t have any chicken burgers they made up for it with their great customer service. Charo was the best waitress and so accommodating the only reason we would come back.

Stumbled in here,not knowing what to expect. But Charo made us feel right at home. We went for a tasting menu at the Wellesley in Knightsbridge Last week and the staff were rubbish in comparison. Great time all round!!

Burgers and fries as good as usual. But second time in a couple of weeks no milkshakes, this time because they’ve got no milk. Totally hopeless and useless to be missing basic ingredients!

Good burgers, good service, chicken nuggets a bit dry. Ordered their classic burger and it was juicy and tasty. Had a side salad, with a tasty dressing. House slaw is quite good. Nuggets for my daughter were dry so she did not like them and left most of them.

We came in on an overnight flight and jumped right into sight seeing. By lunch time it was drizzling so we went into Byron Holborn to get warm and fueled up for the afternoon. The service was great as was the food!

We dined here tonight with a group of friends who hadn’t caught up in a year. On entering we waited about 5 minutes for someone to notice we were in the entrance wanting a table, in that time a group of people in front of us left out of frustration for not being noticed. When seated, waited around 20 minutes for someone to take our order, the waiter only came over after asking twice. We eventually ate but it took another 10 minutes to get cutlery after the meal was served. Delicious burger, but I found a short hair in mine which was obviously from the kitchen as non of us had short hair at the table. I didn’t even complain because I was hungry and I knew that it would take so long to get the waiter’s attention and then get another burger. It then took another 40 minutes to get the bill, which had an extra item on it that we hadn’t ordered. While the food was great, the service was the worst that I’ve ever experienced.

Llegó a comer algo antes de ver un espectáculo. Habíamos estado en Byron's antes (no en esta sucursal), así que sabía qué esperar, pero nos decepcionó. Era extremadamente tranquilo, lo que debería haber sido una mala señal a la hora de la cena, pero nuestra comida tardó mucho en llegar y, con la excepción de las papas fritas, era bastante fría y poco apetitosa. No pruebes las bolas de macarrones con queso. Tienen una cáscara dura como una roca y casi hueca por dentro. Definitivamente no volvería a la rama de Holborn.

La verdad es que no es fácil comer bien y barato en Londres, pero este local es una muy buena opción para hacer un alto en el camino. La comida es tipo “burguer”pero con carne muy sabrosa y con condimentos típicamente ingleses , incluso tienen su propia salsa!!

This cheerful burger restaurant was a delightful find on our first day in London. My sister and I had the Byron burger, which was really delicious! The sweet potato fries were also very good. What was even better than the burgers was our server Roland, who was consistently responsive to our requests for more information about the menu, more water, mayo on the side, etc. Unlike two of the other servers who clearly ignored us when we initially tried to get them to take our order, Roland was very pleasant, attentive and prompt with his service. Even when the restaurant started getting busy with more customers, he remained unfazed and smiley. I hope the restaurant realizes that it has a real gem on its staff!

The two stars are just for the food, which was very enjoyable. However, the atmosphere of the place was lacking and the service wasn’t up to scratch. I found our waiter to be extremely aloof and rude, and he seemed annoyed if he was asked a question. Wouldn’t recommend this branch at all.

Our food was exceptional. The burgers and shakes were perfect. I was able to get a burger without the bun, but with all the flavor. Roland was a fantastic server. Everyone's order was just right and the food came out quickly. Family friendly. Would go back in a minute.

Our waiter, Liam was excellent! It was delicious and had a great atmosphere! Very kid friendly menu as well

I feel bad giving this restaurant 2 out of 5 stars, but I had such an unpleasant waiter that it’s put me off coming back! We ordered burgers, and asked for the bbq sauce from the burger to be on the side of the meal for two of the guests. When the bill came, we’d been over charged and when we asked for the waiter to correct it, he came back with a new bill for the same price. I went over to politely ask why the total hadn’t changed, and he informed me that we’d been charged extra for the sauces on the side. When I questioned why it’s free to have the exact sauce in the burger, but it costs money to have that sauce on the plate, he became very rude and snappy and told me that’s the way it was - which is ridiculous! I then questioned this, he became even more rude and said ‘what do you want me to do, take it off the bill?!’ to which I obviously replied yes and then he actually stormed away from me. A waitress bought the bill over which was corrected, and was rude also when we tried to tip her, so we ended up not giving the tip which is a shame as the food was actually delicious. Not happy!

Went there on a recommendation of their Mac and cheese balls (which by the way are to die for). Service by Roland was excellent, food was awesome and we even sat at our table researching to find a restaurant nearer to home for future visits.

Landed in London, got underground in to Holborn and this was the first place we saw. Absolutely delighted it was as we were immediately seated and made feel very welcome by gentleman who seated us. Lovely waitress came to take our order, cannot remember her name but so friendly and wearing a cheese tshirt. Advised us regarding drinks and burgers and what was on them. One of our group ordered with no cheese but the waitress started to bring the burger down realised the mistake had been made was so apologetic and took the burger back to be changed. On presentation of new burger told us it would be taken off the bill which wasn't necessary at all. Very small wait for new burger. Food was delicious. Staff super friendly and when bill came it was very reasonable and the burger that had the delay was taken off the bill. Try the courgette fries.....omg! they were delicious! Friends had a burger with spicy sauce and had asked for it on the side....said it was delicious but glad they asked for it on the side as it was extremely hot! Could not fault food, staff or venue. My only regret is we didn't get back to it. Would definitely recommend!

Took three children to Byron for a pre-theatre meal and couldn't fault the food or the prices. Efficient service too. Loved it and would recommend.

I ordered a Smashed Avocado Burger and Sweet Potato fries. When I four to my hotel which is just across the street. I opened my fries, and found out they gave me cold and old sweet potato fries. And my hamburger was barely warm. I guess that's what they have me because I didn't give them a tip. So, I don't think they'll be in business for long. Very bad service.

The wife and I were in London for two days to sight-see and take in a West End show. On Sunday evening we saw the Byron Burger House near the tube station in Holborn so decided to try it.

We came for dinner and had a good evening. They have a good assortment of alternative burgers, both chicken and vegan. They also welcome any change requests you may have for your burger. The staff was nice but not 100% attentive.

My brother booked this restaurant for my birthday dinner. The food was good, the burgers were fresh/well cooked, reasonably priced and good service. If ever I am back in London I will def return. Thank you.

We had been told that this was a really great place to go to and our expectations were greatly exceeded. The manager Liam was very friendly and recommended some of the best sellers for us to try. I had a bbq chicken burger, halloumi fries (INCREDIBLE) and an Oreo milkshake. The only issue was trying to fit it all in! Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable for what you get here. I can't recommend this place enough if you want amazing service and food.

Went to Byron using a Tastecard. The food was really delicious. Filling without being uncomfortable. The service was excellent and staff were so very friendly. Would definitely go back.

Pedimos una hamburguesa clásica con batatas fritas para la cena. El ambiente y el servicio fueron buenos, pero para lo que obtuve, los precios no están justificados. La hamburguesa era muy pequeña, con pequeñas coberturas y un bollo seco. Las patatas estaban bien. Todavía no he encontrado un lugar en Londres que pueda preparar una hamburguesa de estilo estadounidense.

La comida es fabulosa y también las papas fritas, aunque algunos podrían decir que es solo una hamburguesa de clase media. La comida era deliciosa y pagas por la experiencia también. Still the best gluten free bun around, the sweet potato fries have changed sadly but the potato fries are very tasty so made up for it! Tender burger and nicely cooked at well done.

Went there for lunch, from sitting down to getting our burger it was about an hour. Just too slow and we won't be returning.

A pesar de que todos los restaurantes ponían que las cocinas cerraban a las 22.00, llegando a las 21.45/21.50 no nos quisieron coger en ningún sitio. Ya de camino a un McDonalds, nos encontramos con esta hamburguesería y decidimos probar suerte. No sólo nos cogieron (¡a las 21.55!) sino que estaba buenísimo. Tampoco es que sea la mejor que he probado nunca, pero sin duda es un muy buen lugar dónde poder comer una buena hamburguesa. Recomendable, sin duda.

Fries were cold. Bun was far from fresh...No coke zero.

I celebrated an birthday here with a group of friends and the service I received was friendly and fast. The staff were accommodating as I had prebooked a table. The food is amazing, the burgers are so filling and delicious, and the chips are perfectly cut and fried! Only downside is that the burgers are expensive and fries are purchased separately but worth the splurge for the great tastes!

We ate here early on a Saturday evening and were surprise how quiet it was. The food was standard Byron fare and exactly as expected. There's a decent range of burgers and everything was very freshly cooked. Friendly staff.

Had a meal here one night while staying locally. I had never heard of Byron, but enjoy a good burger so tried it. It was a Monday night and while some other local restaurants were heaving, this was quite quiet.

I had a plesant meal on June 9th. Since I was alone I decided to watch the staff to keep me occupied. The lady that served me was/is named KASIA. She served me well but was EXTRA ORDINARY in her running around the restaraunt just doing whatever she could to keep things funcitoning appropriately. Nice young lady. Kind regards from Canada.

Was a decent spot for lunch. Burgers were good and our service was friendly and great. The shakes were just OK, not real thick. But this is a cheaper meal in London compared to many places and would definitely eat there again.

Burgers are OK, not the greatest, I would have given this a lower score really but the service was really friendly and quick. If you’re looking for a good burger Meat Liquor is far superior, this is mediocre to forgettable.

Fuimos para un bocado rápido y tomó un wilde antes de sentarse. Y no estaba tan lleno. El menú era bueno, con bastante para elegir. El servicio no es tan rápido, incluso después de varios momentos de contacto visual que era simplemente ignorado. Después de ordenar fue entregado rápido, así que me hicieron en esa zona.

Aunque el servicio era muy amable, nos decepcionó por la comida. Mi hamburguesa clásica con queso era bastante grasienta y probado grasos, no fue una experiencia agradable. También no era especialmente cálida, y las patatas fritas eran tibia. También nos pareció caro para lo que tenía, dos hamburguesas, con un lado y dos bebidas, aunque acepto que es una ubicación central en Londres por alimentación es caro. No es un lugar que recomiendo.

Tombés dessus un peu par hasard, ne connaissant pas du tout, nous avons été charmés. Très bon repas, bien reçus, service un poil long, mais pour les pressés, mac do n'est pas loin.... Nous avons donc pris notre temps avec plaisirs.

Hemos sido fans de Byron por un largo tiempo y siempre dispuesto a comer allí. Como íbamos a un evento cerca y me pasó con un cupón de 2 x hamburguesas/partes/bebidas por 25 libras, que es una relación calidad-precio excelente, especialmente en Londres), no había duda de que sería comer aquí. Teníamos el Bourbon burger especial, que era muy sabroso (realmente me gustó el crujiente de cebolla frita y sabor el sabor bacon! Patatas fritas y patatas fritas) con los calabacines (me encantan estos! Reese's) sin embargo la freakshake no era tan buena como de costumbre - no tanto Reese's sabor y el caramelo que faltaba. Además, el servicio era irregular, por decir lo menos - probamos de edades para coger el ojo del camarero que lugar de nuestra orden y de nuevo para probar y obtener la factura.

I had a very tasty veggie burger with sweet potatoes fries and reese's milkshake. Everything was really delicious and that staff is so nice, I just wanted to taste more peanut butter in my milkshake cause it actually tasted like my friend's vanilla one.But the food is really good.

When you're staying overnight in London for business, it's good to find somewhere that isn't as stuffy and claustrophobic as your hotel, gets you in and out pretty quickly, and has got a bit of atmosphere. Of course, the food has to be decent too, and if you like burgers then Byron is a good place to head for. This branch of Byron ticks all of the boxes. It has a young, vibrant feel to it (but not in such a way as to make us oldies feel unwanted), and the food is delivered in a timely manner. The servers are helpful and pleasant , and my cheeseburger was great, as were the excellent chips. The list of desserts on the menu was a bit short and so could certainly be improved upon, but overall this was a good experience and one that, given its location, didn't cost the earth.

The burgers were quite small and had no flavour. We would have done a lot better had we gone to burger king or similar.The staff couldn't care less, so we won't be visiting this restaurant again which is really sad as we had heard it was meant to be good.

Während unseres mehrtägigen Städtetripps kamen wir am Byron vorbei. Eher zufällig, weil wir durch unsere Smartphones etwas in die Irre geführt wurden. Da es kurz nach 3 am Nachmittag war, war das Lokal fast leer. Man konnte aber sehen, dass zuvor ordentlich was los war, weil das Personal noch am Putzen der Tische war.Die Karte ist übersichtlich aber ausreichend und sehr Fastfood-orientiert. Es gibt eine Kinderkarte mit Kids-Menu, wo man für einen geringen Aufpreis ein Dessert und für einen ebenso geringen Aufpreis einen Shake dazukaufen kann. Nimmt man Burger mit Pommes, Dessert und Shake für die Kids, dann ist der Preis von 11,20 Pfund dafür sehr fair.Wir hatten einen Cheese-Burger, den B-Rex Burger, 2x Fries, das Kids-Menu, den Oreo-Cheesecake, einen Oreo-Shake, 2 Bier, 2 Coke und Sparkling Water und mussten dafür 57 Pfund hinlegen. Für Londoner Verhältnisse also eher günstig.Die Speisen waren geschmacklich ausgezeichnet, die Burger nicht zu durch gebraten (außer der Kids Burger) und die Pommes sehr knusprig. und der Oreo-Cheesecake ist ein MUST-Have für Oreo Fans.

Dalla vetrina non mi sembrava malaccio e visto che di venerdì sera le code nei locali erano interminabili ho deciso di provare. L'ingresso si chiudeva con una tenda e quindi il locale era freddino ( anche se era agosto).Il personale tutto sommato è stato attento e gentile ma il servizio è da fast food: in tavola manca non solo la tovaglia ma anche la tovaglietta in carta; le posate però ci sono ed in acciaio. I bicchieri sono in vetro. I piatti sono sufficienti.I prezzi sono bassi.

What a great place to eat. Friendly and efficient staff, quick service, fantastic food, I had a cob salad which was so tasty. My brother and his girlfriend both had burgers which they said were really good (they looked great),

The food was great and the service up to that point was very good. Thereafter it was hard work catching a waiter's eye. In short they didn't scan the restaurant so no amount of waving or gesticulating would get you another drink or the bill!

During our weekend in London seeing our son, we came across this restaurant and as we both like burgers we decided to give it a try. There was indoor and outdoor seating available but we chose inside as it was a very humid day and it was cooler. Our waiter was very helpful and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We both chose the special burger of the day which included a beer for a very good price. Their burgers are usually cooked medium and come with a bun, chips and trimmings but if you want to lose the bun in exchange for a side salad, you can. I chose to lose the bun and asked for my burger to be 'cremated' and happily that is exactly how it came. The pickles, salad and mustard/sauce combo made the meal delicious and I would happily go there again when we are next in London. I highly recommend this restaurant if you like burgers.

I have eaten in Byron restaurants before and always found the food to be fresh, the atmosphere to be good and the place to be generally comfortable to eat on your own.In the heat I didn't fancy a burger on this occasion and so went for the COB salad - great choice. Very fresh, good flavours and just the right size. A simple meal at a reasonable price.Staff, as usual, very friendly and approachable. Will definitely return and would recommend to anyone who wants a casual meal for one, for two, or for a family meal.

Por indicação de uma amiga, fui a essa lanchonete, que tem uma unidade na frente da estação Holborn. Experimentei o lançamento, com um queijo diferente (byron cheese- red, grana padano e leicester). Super bem feito! Batatas fritas perfeitas e o imperdível milk shake de Oreo (e olha que nem gosto de Oreo). Atendimento excelente. E tem tomada para carregar celular. :-)

Finished work late so popped into Byron as near the office Was about 9.30pm so was quiet Sat down given menu and was asked for a drink immediately - ordered small Malbec Ordered skinny burger with salad and fries Food arrived quickly and was tasty and ok presented Big portion of fries and nice side salad ( free as had no bun) Like the CSR campaign to buy school meals No real service once order taken just plate cleared Just asked for the bill and left in 35 minutes Value £18 so ok fir central london Ok for quick bite to eat but wouldn't say place to go if you want more attention

I was looking forward to eating my nice juicy burger with some fries and a milkshake.As i came in the restaurant I asked to be seated at a booth, which a waiter had rudely told me know they are only for 4 people and asked me to sit somewhere else, so I did. The other waiter who served me was nice, I got a salted caramel milkshake and a bacon burger with cheese and fries. However when the food arrived i tasted it and was surprised as the fries were cold and mushy and the burger was cold as well, I tried to get hold of the waiter but they were rushing around. Although they did check on me within the first 2 minutes and then rushed off.After finishing my meal and walking for about 5 minutes i suddenly felt the sensation to throw up - the burger did look rawer than supposed to, however i believe it was the milkshake as it was very milky and not thick at all, almost like a runny liquid.Safe to say I will not be returning for sometime

First time i've visited Byron, was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly, and gave excellent service. Food was very good, the only downside was the noise, most people were shouting which made conversation difficult, but that shouldn't detract from the quality of the food. Highly recommend a visit

The staff were friendly to greet and take my order. I decided to go for the smoky Burger.The size of the portion let me down and it was lukewarm.

I know the difference between a "proper" burger and one that you get served up at McDonalds. Maybe I've been spoilt by the many that I've enjoyed on my trips to the USA but if you call yourself a "proper" burger restaurant and charge accordingly, you'd better get it right.First; the positives - The Holborn branch is airy, spacious and clean. A little attention should be spent on the tables, as ours was a little wonky, but that's probably nitpicking. My Kimcheese burger was lovely. I enjoyed the Korean flavours and I'd recommend it to any burger lover. The gangnam fries were good, too.The negatives: My wife ordered a double cheese bacon burger. I'm not sure what cheese was used but it looked like the result of someone spraying Easycheese on the burger. It's called "Freddar cheese" apparently. It's like no American cheese i've ever tasted. The same stuff had been used for the Gangnam fries, but that was described as cheese "sauce" (so not an issue as far as I was concerned). Only two little pieces of bacon was added. Unfortunately my wife didn't say anything to our server until she eaten most of it. When she did tell our server, it was obvious that he just wanted the night to go without incident. For the price, and boast of being a "Proper" burger place, you'd expect more. It's annoying that you'd end up getting more cheese and bacon on a Burger King equivalent ;-)So, our first and last trip to a Byron.

This restaurant is conveniently located across the road from Holborn Tube Station, we were on our way out for the evening and thought this would be easier than heading into the West End. My daughter and I both enjoyed our food, the staff were very friendly and we were very pleased!

Everything made to perfection, even a veggie burger made from a portobello mushroom. Excellent service. Clean and appealing decor. Great location. Fun place.

I take my burgers seriously and really enjoy when they're well prepared. Byron was a chain I always liked as I found the burgers simple and unfussy, yet the beef flavourful. But I'm convinced something has changed. The beef didn't taste as flavourful as it once did, there seemed to be more toppings, which obscured the beef patty, and the buns were cold, an unpleasant contrast to the hot burger. I also noticed wide variation in the serving sizes of the french fries: some were very heaping while others just level with the bowl. A small thing? Maybe. But the fries are so good that I was envious of my neighbour who received a noticeably larger portion.
