A great place to nip to if you're visiting the Natural History Museum. Fantastic burgers, really tasty, well made, and good portion sizes. They're great with kids, and service was super fast. Highly recommend and will visit again, when back in London next.

I would give it 4.5 but it's impossible. A completely different taste than usual in burgers. But a nice new taste sensation. Atmospheric place, close to the museum. Meat well fried. The bun doesn't fall apart. Dirty mirrors.

Absolutely delicious burgers! Cheese toppings were delicious! Menu isn't massive but all were very well cooked. Not massive, but generous portions of fries certainly fill the gap. Only note is that the raclette fries could use some more traditional raclette cheese.

We were deciding between here and Honest Burgers and tried here and was honestly not disappointed (no pun intended)! The food was fresh and very fast and the flavour was exceptional. My whole family agreed this is probably the best burger we've ever had. The atmosphere (great music) and attentive friendly server made the experince even better. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great burger! 🍔

I tried their specialty burger with raclette cheese and sun-dried tomatoes - absolutely delicious with perfectly cooked meat. Note: Burgers are sold separately from fries, so remember to order them as a side if you want them. Price-wise, it's excellent value compared to other restaurants in the area. Stopped off here for some pre-concert grub at The Royal Albert. It’s perfectly situated on route to the famed venue. It’s a smallest French themed burger bar boasting to be the best in London. The staff were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable talking us through the different burgers and accompanying cheeses. Ourselves all opting for “Le Jura” which consisted of a premium beef patty cooked medium (unless otherwise requested) morbier cheese, smoked bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, chives and their own mayo. Served with paprika and garlic fries and some french craft beer. There’s a decent selection of burgers with both chicken and vegan alternatives with a small selection of sides such as salads, different flavoured fries and chicken pieces. Service was prompt which and well presented and prices were as expected for the locality. I wouldn’t it was the best burger in London but I would certainly visit again for a pre-concert or post museum meal

Big disappointment. Nothing more than the imitation steak (am VG) and a thin layer of cheese, not really wow. Not a slice of tomatoes, onions, cucumber or even a salad leaf. Sad for a “French style” display usurped to my taste. Sorry

Staff was very helpful in describing the burgers. All were excellent. Great prices for London, especially if you come on a weekday. Kids menu is a excellent value. Mohammed was our server and did a very nice job.

A great burger place. I don’t know what makes French burgers French, but I’m a big fan now. I’ve noticed they added some veggie items on the menu recently, so I finally paid a visit. And I’m glad I did. The non-meat (vegan) pate was really juicy and meaty. Very impressive. The French fries were done right too; thin and crisp. Sadly, they were not seasoned, which is a very British way of doing it. (It’s common to serve chips, both chunky and skinny without salt in pubs and restaurants in this country.) The portion size is not particularly generous. I wanted to have a bit more food, but there is nothing else on the menu other than burgers and fries, so I just called it a meal. I would have loved to order another side dish, but I understand why they want to keep the menu simple. I would happily go back for the veggie burger. Maybe next time, I will order 2x French fries.

Excellent hamburger and french atmosphere in the place

Amazing burger joint in the center of London. We ate there two days and both the burgers and fries are spectacular. It is located very close to the natural history museum and in a very beautiful area. Unbeatable price quality. Very friendly waiters.

Hamburger did the right way. Only cooked on command, tasty! The only miss for me is 1/ a bit expensive (15£ the meal) 2/ compared to the French one, they didn't asked for the meat cooking (rare, blue, etc). but still better than most burgers chains, and better than their brothers in gare de Lyon in Paris.

An absolutely delicious and cozy experience! :-) The veggie-variation of the Truffel burger was great, the paprika-garlic frites were flavourful and crispy and the whole atmosphere including the staff and the music was relaxed and attentive. LOVED IT!

Found this gem after visiting the Natural History museum. Had the Racette burger, fries and a drink. Service was cooked to order, quick and the burgers were amazing! So much so I forgot to take a before photo! Very reasonablely prices too.

The hamburgers were tasty. But the salad was sandy (it tastes like it was not washed ). The dressing was too sweet. Disappointed. I told the waiter and he did not do anything or respond.

When I saw it I thought it was too pretentious to say "Best Burger in London" and as a Burger Lover I had to put it to a test and they actually have a great burger. We all ordered the Raclette Burger with Raclette Fries, which I strongly recommend, their beef blend is great and they don't overcook it, medium (pink inside), very tasteful. I can't say it's the best in London cause I haven't eaten all but this is definitely a great one. The only problem is that it's a tiny place and can be very busy, you may have to wait a bit but it's worth it.

There’s a big difference between Big Fernand UK and FR, it’s the service. The staff is cold, doesn’t smile, is not welcoming. They seem depressed. The food is very good and toned up my experience. The bread feels a bit dry, though.

The sassy Cidre was sublime and they have great vegan options. Would highly recommend for a cheeky eat-out.

Was looking for someplace to grab a quick bite to eat after a long day In the city visiting the Xmas markets and V&A museum and were lucky enough to choose this. The food was excellent, one of the best burgers I have ever had, a sentiment shared by my wife and friend. The Raclette Burger and Paprika fries were excellent

Vegi Racklette was good but with some fresh vegetables it would be even better.

You are quite crammed in with other guests if you go at the weekend - but the food is so delicious (both veggie) and we really enjoyed the French drink selection :)

If you're a burger lover, this is the place for you! The food was affordable and tasted amazing. Be sure to add the paprika fries and cocktail sauce to your meal! Also has a nice selection of French beers and the French lemonade is to die for. Will definitely be coming back on our next visit to London

Definitely not the best burger in London! The burger was ok. The waiter brought some paper/crayons for the kids, which was most welcome and appreciated. People basically queue and stand round inside, waiting for your table while you are eating. Makes for a rather uncomfortable dining experience when people are watching you eat and waiting for your table. I wouldn't go back on that basis alone.

selling point would be how well priced these are, got the savoie which was the burger with grilled eggplant and it was 11.80£. burger was pretty tasty, well cooked, and i would reccomend the paprika garlic fries as a side

We had to wait only 5 minutes and we entered a warm and pleasant dining room, with a very good atmosphere, no noise, and a pleasant aroma of delicious food. When we sat down, the waiter Luca cleaned our table and prepared it beautifully for us. After that, Luca served us wonderfully, an exceptional, pleasant and very polite waiter. The price surprised me for good, with how expensive London is, a mega burger for £12 is wonderful. The fries that they sell anywhere for £4 here are £2.8, and if you want them they are also available with Paprika. The flavor of the burgers is just right, incredible, warm for these cold days, and the potatoes are crispy and tasty. They put the ketchup aside in a small jar. Everything very homemade and professional. A success after leaving the natural history museum.

Wow. Not many places can do a great burger, but Big Fernand can. Fantastic flavour, perfectly cooked and good portion size. The staff were friendly and promot. We didn't have to wait too long for the food either, great atmosphere and music.

Big Fernando Burgers, near Imperial College in London, is a great option for a memorable burger. The place has a very nice atmosphere that makes the experience even better. The burger and French fries were exquisite, with fresh ingredients and well prepared. Also, the price is reasonable considering we are in London. I recommend Big Fernando Burgers to anyone who is in the area and wants a good meal without paying extra.

I ordered three burgers, paprika fries, and a side of chicken. All the food was delicious, especially the Big Fernand burger. The medium-cooked patty was juicy and flavorful. The atmosphere was clean and calm, and the service was friendly and excellent.

We were drawn in by the advertisement showing a delicious-looking hamburger as we passed by on the bus. Curious, we went back the next day to check the place out. I ordered a burger with sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, and mayo. The burger itself was tasty, with the bun having just the right consistency, and the fries, seasoned with paprika, were a nice touch. It was a good burger, though not the best I’ve had. The only downside was the seating—there were too many tables crammed into a small space, making it a bit uncomfortable. The price was average compared to other pubs in the area.

Burger is tasty, different from any other English pub, being this one based on French cuisine. Delicious french fries. Cosy atmosphere and friendly staff. Couples of vegetarian burger options too.

A really great burger 🍔 for the cheese lover 🧀 I do love cheese, if I want to criticize, I would say the Raclette, Morbier and Tomme weren't the most accurate taste I ever had, but they're still tasty and worth it. If fries were fresh it would have been even better. Consider plenty of time for your lunch or dinner, because it can be really busy on the weekend.

Took a while to get seated, like 20 minutes, felt like they could've noted our order down before we seated since we had enough time to decide. It was partially on some idiot customer taking forever to finish a can of coke, but at that point you should ask them to move on. Food came out very quick, though we didn't get asked the rarity of the burgers so all came out medium by default. The food was all tasty, portions small. I guess the price is good for London but I hate the "good for London" argument, there's no reason it has to cost more.
