Sarah warmly welcomed us and showed us to our seats. The service was great and Sarah looked after us and the food was delicious.

We had an amazing dining experience, thanks to Monica! She was incredibly attentive and guided us through the menu with great patience and expertise, helping us select the best vegetarian options

Lovely bit of grub, we had Zaid as our waiter. Great service, brilliant knowledge of the food and was super friendly!

Byron burger, sweet potatoes fries and Sira mayo was delicious! Ended up ordering an Oreo Milkshake, came in a stainless steel mixing cup and paper straw - also delicious HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Server seemed to be over his shift and not looking like he wanted to be there.

First of all, the service is amazing and quick. The food is sooooo good. The onion rings? Crispy and BIG, the best I've ever had. I highly recommend checking this place out if you like a damn good burger.

Sarah was our server for lunch. My mom and I are here on holiday from CA. Not only was Sarah extremely kind and attentive but she also ensured that our meals were made as needed, as we both had dietary restrictions. Sarah is such a lovely person. Had an absolutely amazing Burger, fries and a sharing bowl of the best ever battered onion rings! We were served during a busy period at lunch time by Sarah who was very helpful, attentive and friendly. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble and we were made to feel very comfortable. We were even warned about recent phone thefts in the streets in the area and warned to be extra vigilant. So glad we decided to stop here for lunch after a busy morning and will definitely go back again the next time we are in London. Thank you Sarah 😊

First time trying Byron, was tempted by the unlimited fries during January! It didn't disappoint. Replaced the burger bun with salad which was really decent, the chicken piece was a little dry but lots of sauce was given. Great service provided, super attentive - really looked after us well :)

She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. It's always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about making your visit enjoyable. Overall, a really good experience, and Sarah definitely made it stand out. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place/atmosphere and AJ is the bees knees! Another 2 of the staff I interacted with were excellent! Food and service despite being understaffed was seriously good. Only downside is that the outer door to the restaurant did not self-close resulting in quite a draft coming in especially felt along the run of tables where I was seated. Overall though, can’t wait to go again, eat and chat with the staff👍🏼

A really nice and welcoming place, super friendly staff, attentive to the customer and above all who really care about the allergies of the diners. We chose both vegan and meat options, really good sandwiches, maybe a little small for the price, but great taste, very good chips.

From the moment you walk in you're greeted with a warm welcome. This service continued throughout my meal and up until leaving. Sarah was fantastic. Asked about allergies and gave advice about the menu. Sarah clearly is a positive addition to Byron. I visited the restaurant by myself and at no point was I made to feel uncomfortable, unwelcome or alone. Would happily recommend the Clucky burger washed down with an oreo shake

This restaurant is perfect for families! It has a charming atmosphere and a delicious variety of food to suit everyone, from our picky children to vegetarian options. The highly qualified staff, including Ajay in our case, asked about allergies and was very helpful in guiding us to the right choices. Highly recommended for the whole family! ❤

Once again, for our theatre night, we've been to Byron to have a quick dinner before the show. The food, we ordered 2 Cluckys and 1 X 4 chicken tenders plus some fries, was good. The grilled chicken was juicy and tender. My daughter, as always, enjoyed her chicken tenders. This time, however, for the first time in many years, I left the restaurant still hungry. The reason being the really small portions. The grilled chicken was probably less than 100 g per portion, when once the content of our 2 Cluckys would've been in one bun. Disappointed.

Burger and fries are worth trying. I tried chicken burger and fries with a hard shake. The service was marvellous by Monica. Worth visiting
