The food was delicious. They have Halal options which is amazing. The service was great. Our waitress Sarah was exceptionally attentive and friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable

Great place/atmosphere and AJ is the bees knees! Another 2 of the staff I interacted with were excellent! Food and service despite being understaffed was seriously good. Only downside is that the outer door to the restaurant did not self-close resulting in quite a draft coming in especially felt along the run of tables where I was seated. Overall though, can’t wait to go again, eat and chat with the staff👍🏼

A really nice and welcoming place, super friendly staff, attentive to the customer and above all who really care about the allergies of the diners. We chose both vegan and meat options, really good sandwiches, maybe a little small for the price, but great taste, very good chips.

From the moment you walk in you're greeted with a warm welcome. This service continued throughout my meal and up until leaving. Sarah was fantastic. Asked about allergies and gave advice about the menu. Sarah clearly is a positive addition to Byron. I visited the restaurant by myself and at no point was I made to feel uncomfortable, unwelcome or alone. Would happily recommend the Clucky burger washed down with an oreo shake

This restaurant is perfect for families! It has a charming atmosphere and a delicious variety of food to suit everyone, from our picky children to vegetarian options. The highly qualified staff, including Ajay in our case, asked about allergies and was very helpful in guiding us to the right choices. Highly recommended for the whole family! ❤

Once again, for our theatre night, we've been to Byron to have a quick dinner before the show. The food, we ordered 2 Cluckys and 1 X 4 chicken tenders plus some fries, was good. The grilled chicken was juicy and tender. My daughter, as always, enjoyed her chicken tenders. This time, however, for the first time in many years, I left the restaurant still hungry. The reason being the really small portions. The grilled chicken was probably less than 100 g per portion, when once the content of our 2 Cluckys would've been in one bun. Disappointed.

Fantastic that all burgers have a vegan option, shame it's an extra pound to put in place. Delicious food and shakes. With a nut allergy they couldn't guarantee the shake was nut free which is odd, but had it anyway and was fine. Our server Monica was attentive, kind and wonderful.

A great place to eat near Tottenham Court Road Station. The burgers are well cooked and the service excellent. Can be busy when the theatres finish but seats are easy to come by otherwise. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that they do not serve hot drinks. Have eaten here many times and will come back

We arrived a bit early but our table was ready. Our friends were delayed so we explained to our waitress. There was no hassle or rushing us to place an order. We were served drinks while we waited and browsed the menu. On arrival of our friends we.ordered food, which was served quickly, and was delicious. Monica, our waitress, was friendly and efficient. She checked everything was satisfactory and took drinks orders again. Very nice atmosphere in the Tottenham Court restaurant. All the staff were lovely. Had a great evening.

If a burger, fries, drink + service charge had come to £16.50 I’d have still considered it mediocre. But at around £25 it was shocking, fries were cold, burger was at best below average. As I was paying and said “it was ok” was offered a card asking for a review with the waiter or waitress name despite them not being who took my order. So with reviews beware

At Byron, I found the food fantastic, exceeding all expectations! We had Monica who was amazing and lovely. Great experience. She was very accommodating for dairy free options and all of us thought the food was some of the best burgers we have ever had. Worst service ! Poor customer service - I had a bad experience at a restaurant where the staff were rude and unhelpful. Long wait times - I had to wait an hour for my food to arrive. Cold food - my food arrived cold and unappetizing. The Manager really unprofessional unbelievable
