was missing curry sauce and salt and pepper chicken was chicken pop corn salt and pepper chips was chilli salt for that privilege was five pound all the food was luke warm and soggy will not order from here again

From the moment it left it shop it took 40 mins to deliver making a longer journey than the 15 mins it actually takes. Meaning you’re letting food go cold while you deliver to more than 2 houses at a time. Go back to one delivery at a time unless they are within 3 minutes of each other. Now our. Food is just warm when we get it. Not hot. Taking an hour to deliver food is not allowed. You don’t even have heated bags. Stop doing it.

Hot and sour soup was very nice as was the curry sauce. Chips are very poor quality though like cardboard.

First time trying here, food arrived really fast. Singapore rice noodles were bland and had no taste. Crispy chicken in Szechuan sauce was also bland and tasteless. Very disappointed ☹️

Our meal tonight was shocking. Ordered house special chow mein and it was awful. Meat was grizzly, prawns rubbery the whole thing did not taste fresh. It seemed like it had been over cooked and reheated. Absolutely awful .

Food was very late as I was the first to say asap it should not have been, so was only Luke warm when it arrived. You obviously sent out more than my order for only a 5 minute trip to my house. Was I last of 4 deliveries. Normally I praise you all round this time you sucked and lost a good customer. 10 minutes late is ok but not 25 minutes making it cold. Maybe a part refund is in order seeing as you never say sorry.

I always order from here and the food is normally hot and fresh, however when we received our order tonight some of the food and packing was all wet and soggy from the condensation which I know can’t be helped with hot food but the food wasn’t that hot so it must’ve been sat for a while before I received it. We also ordered the duck and pancakes, most of the duck was burnt bits that you couldn’t bite which we were disappointed about as that is all my husband will eat.

Worst Chinese ever had out it straight in the bin the sweet and sour isn’t sweet and sour it’s lumps of uncooked meat food poisoning waiting to happen, complained to just eat awaiting a full refund

Food came earlier than expected within 20mins of ordering. Ordered house special crispy noodles, noodles all on one side separate from mix and house special rice rice was just plonked on top of mix looks like been put in all separate not all cooked together as freshly made had 2 King prawns out of the full 2 main dishes absolute disgrace ive ordered from these before and its been going downhil last few times but this is the worst tried ringing to complain but not answered phone

A little disappointed with the Satay main, very watery and too many onions, it tasted of onion soup. Everything else okay but after pouring the satay on top in ruined it all. Delivery nice and quick and food still really hot. Normally really nice so maybe a one off.

Pre ordered and was given an estimated time of 6.35 to 6.55. Order arrived at 6.05 which was great as we had children who were hungry. Food was plentiful and very tasty although two of the dishes were a bit too spicy for our taste.

That was the worst I've had in a very long time. Chicken in the curry was greasy and fatty/chewy, mostly onions and little sauce. Chips way overcooked tasted like oven chips. Last time we order from here.

Absolutely disgusting! I want a full refund! BBQ spare ribs in dish water. The rest smelt weird. I rang them and they came and removed the food! Still waiting for refund!!

Delivery was great but food wasnt. I ordered bbq ribs and what i got was not bbq ribs but ribs in what tastes like very salty gravy (runny liquid) bbq sauce is thick n sticky and reddish colour total opposite of what i received.

Chips were tough and dry, like they were yesterdays. Otherwise rest of food was great as usual. You need to fry chips not oven cook them, like a chip shop.

I ordered duck and it was burnt and only a couple of bits that didn’t even make a quarta of a pancake the dog ate it and it was to later to call them. That’s the second time I ordered this and second time it was inedible the seaweed was also awful and I won’t be ordering from here again. Not crispy completely burnt again. Complete waste of money

Food is lovely but I ordered at 21.30 and it was delivered by 21.45. Which I'm a bit worried about as how could they cook it freshly and be delivered within 15 minutes

We had beef green pepper black bean sauce. The beef tasted like it was off had an awful taste to it the only thing nice was the green peppers and onion. Really did not like the taste at all. Awful! The shredded crispy beef in peking sauce that also had a really awful taste to it it was more like a ginger taste to it than peking sauce. Definitely would not order from here again, wasted £22.30 on food we put in the bin. Chips were nice, they were the only things that got eaten. Wouldn’t recommend either.

Food has went down hill big style. Chicken skewers was more like chicken lips on a stick. Salt and pepper chips are chips with some seasoning on. And the curry and rice portions are smaller then everywhere else in the area. Defiantly not worth £30. Wont be using again.

The quality of food was rubbish. Very greasy food and the special fried rice tasted like a mouth full of salt. The sweet and sour sauce was brown and tasted like a tub of vinegar. Only thing that tasted ok was the egg foo yung. 90% of it went in the bin. Wouldn’t recommend.

We ordered sweet and sour chicken balls and the batter around the chicken was burnt and the chicken was far too over cooked.

It was really nice just wasn’t pleased on the barbecue spare ribs couldn’t taste the barbecue, it taste like gravy. But other than that everything else was really good.

Ordered chicken with Cantonese sauce came with sweet and sour sauce. Which was awful. Crispy duck game and looked like it had been left in the oven for hours, completely DRY! And don’t get me started on the rice. All went in the BIN. Shocking food!!!

I have had a number of meals from here and have always enjoyed them. The food it hot and tasty but for some reason last night I felt the food was under par. It seemed to me to be prepared in the container before today and the chicken was tough to eat. The rice was sticking together in clumps too. Other than that the food was it’s usually tasty self. Loads left.

Ordered food for 20 past 6. Food arrived at 6. I wasn't home but around the corner and seen it was being delivered on the ring door bell. Ran around to hear the delivery woman complaining to a stranger in the street that we had ordered food but weren't even in to get it. Very unprofessional
