Been using spice zone for a long time very friendly would recommend

Unbelievable The vegetarian combi starter was a complete rip off. 4.75 for 4 dried up starters. We won't order again.

Excellent tasting food indian restaurant quality, dips were also amazing, even came with popadoms which were free, highly recomend

Ordered a takeaway from here this evening and it was lovely! Really creamy curry which is exactly how I like it 🤤I struggle to find a place local who does it exactly how I like it! Good value for money also, will definitely order again in future.

Ordered 2 chicken madras curries, absolutely perfect! Lovely food and very fast with orders. The food was great,nd we ordered them as Asian style. The prices are very good, and the staff are friendly and polite. Lovely restaurant, would highly recommend and use again

Definitely would recommend Spice Zone, being almost 300 miles away from home you never really know what the food is going to be like but we wasn’t disappointed, one of the best meals out we have ever had the overall experience was faultless. Thanks again.

Chicken Tafftoon with Pilau Rice, excellent!

Have ordered a few of times from spice zone Indian restaurant. The first time I ordered poppadoms, naan and chicken pathia curry, told will be ready to collect in 15 minutes and was. I was really impressed by the taste and spices that had gone into making this curry. Ordering again, the waiting time was over 30 minutes from getting to the restaurant. The curry maybe didn't taste exactly like it had the same flavours and spices in as the previous time. Had it again, the curry was as I remembered it the first time, lots of flavour, delicious! Looking forward to trying some different curies in the future. Overall price is reasonable in comparison to other similar Indian restaurants.

I ordered my food and after an hour of waiting as per the eta my food had been marked delivered but was nowhere in sight, I called the restaurant and they informed me the driver was out with my food and was running behind schedule so has marked the delivery as delivered as he had run out of time which I think is wrong. The delivery then turned up over half an hour late and flat cold. Appalling service from a usually very good restaurant/ takeaway

This place used to be great but it appears to be rather expensive now and appears to focus on deliveries

Honestly have never had a bad experience with spice zone. The food is always outstanding and is the only place I order my Indian from. The food always arrives still hot and is always tasty!

The chicken tikka masala tasted like it had coconut in it also had 6 pieces of chicken in it, chicken korma had also just six pieces of of meat in it, the meat Rojan josh was lovely very disappointed won’t use again

Sauce was very bland. Didn’t taste of anything. Everything else was lovely

I did not receive my stamp discount??

I don’t really like eating out but this is the only restaurant I go when I want to go out . I am fasting today and felt I need to order my usual masala for some reason I must have ordered the wrong one rang them back and they were nice about it and send me the one I usually order straight away so I don’t miss my iftar and I really respect that . 1. It could have been my fault for picking the wrong one but they didn’t make a big deal and told me what to order next time . 2. They cook the right one and send it straight away for my iftar 3. It was lovely I enjoy it very much and I would like to say thank you to you all who dealt with my order and the good service I have got and may Allah bless you all

45 mins Late…. Arrived without my drink, and the meat in my curry was like chewing rubber

Waited 2 hours and still not arrived after ringing twice cancelled after 2 hour wait

Food was bang on as usual . However the delivery was almost two hours but it is the start of Easter bank holiday . Still worth the wait was more annoying an hour before it was saying on its way .

Great food as always but seriously almost 3 hours late?? Irritating to say the least. Think this will have to be money back territory unfortunately.

Usually love this place but 2.5 hours for a delivery is taking the proverbial!!! Money back is a must for this abysmal service

Half of pickle tray missed off order. Poppadoms over cooked and chapati's dried up and turned crispy after removal from bag.

Darjeeling Kofta Saag, excellent!

Absolutely gorgeous everything was top quality

Been coming to these guys for 7ish years and just had a takeaway from these guys that literally blew my mind. Chicken chaat, chicken bindya, Darjeeling kofta saag.. all unbelievable. Can’t recommend this place enough.. easily beats all the big posh curry houses in town.

Best Indian around still reasonable prices always lovely fresh food and very welcoming always go as a big group everything always spot on and they will bend over backwards to correct anything that could go wrong but very rarely does overall 5* don’t be put off by other reviewers who may have took their own alcoholic beverage and had a bad experience we been visiting years and never had a problem :)

The food and restaurant were great. My big gripe is there were chips on the floor from a previous dinner, and the owner nor the staff were bothered and just ignored it. One member of staff had a lazy attitude to his job and didn't seem to want to be there. The boss just sat playing on his phone. Really spoilt what could be a fantastic restaurant.

Absolutely disgusting, first time ordering from here and will definitely be my last. The Lamb masala was just red coconut soup. Nothing ‘curry’ about it. The fish masala was frazzled. Only thing edible was the rice. Waste of money it’s all gone straight in the bin.

Food left the restaurant just before 7:10 and didn’t arrive to us until 7:35, it was very cold. We only live a 4 minute drive away so sadly the driver must have travelled many places before us.

I wasn't disappointed. The same quality food as always.

Late however we were notified which was good.

The food was delicious! Fresh soft meat, the spices used and care put into making the dish just fantastic. The mix stater was all cooked fresh. The buna I ordered was so tender the tomatoes and ingredients used was great quality. Definitely recommend and it’s now going to be my favourite place to order. Impressed keep up the great cooking and service. Thank you

Compare to other mix grills I got before from this place, this was not as good as the other ones that n terms of the meat they sent me, but the taste was still good. I’ll recommend anyone if they going for the mix grill, order it before 9pm

For the last three weeks the delivery time is getting longer! From saying 40 minutes to nearly 90 minutes this evening. Just not good enough.

Service is shocking. Told the delivery would be 40 minutes but it arrived after three phone calls and over 90 minutes later. Just not worth the wait when there are plenty of other Indian takeaways in the area.

Spice zone was a great takeaway experience. Quality food, good quantity and in time, no complaints.

Although it was delivered slightly late, it was well worth the wait. Food is delicious and delivery man very polite and pleasant. Would deffo order again!

Not very good on this occasion. Order late, Luke warm. Onion bhajis undercooked. You need to look after your loyal customers spice zone and get your delivery times improved.

1st time ordering from here.Will not be the last.Food was delivered hot and very tasty.Im impressed.

Over 2 hours for delivery, phoned up the guy just fobbed me off saying it left 5 mins ago, half hour later, ring again and he tries to tell me my order ticket got stuck in the machine, I said well your colleague lied to me then, tried to tell me maybe he misunderstood my address, he definitely didn’t because he asked me 4 times and I heard him shout my correct address to the kitchen. He apologised and said he will prioritise the meal, came 40 mins later. Not even that warm, chicken was like rubber. We ate in the restaurant a few months back and we was in there 3 hours, it was absolute chaos so many people complaining but the food was nice when we eventually got it. Just don’t take more orders than you can cope with! Never again.

Food barely lukewarm and took over an hour and half to arrive. Assured this was due to traffic, a bridge being closed….and the person delivering told me it was none of these and she’d come a different way. Won’t be ordering from Spice Zone again. Much better takeaways out there.
