Saddest day of me life....the order never arrived what a shame ... never buying there again

All food was cold, chips were either old or cooked in old oil

Have used them many times lovely

the customer service was also pathetic. staff are impolite and rude to other customers and the delivery was too late as well.

Guys please don't heat your pitta bread in a microwave use the pizza oven or the griddle, by the time i got my kebab which was over 15mins wait eventually got my kebab the pitta bread was rock hard inedible!

Freezing cold and left on door step without knocking, I had to ring restaurant at1:50 to chase up delivery to be notified it was left on my step 45mins prior

It mostly caters to Non Veg crowd, and the only best option for any vegetarian guy is Jeera Rice and Dal Fry. It is for GBP 5 and worth every penny. Taste is superb and they serve Superr Hot 🔥

the wrap had hot spicy sauce on it when it was suppose to be garlic. food was cold

Not a good start to the year. Where is my wrap?

I asked for a plain cheeseburger due to being allergic to fruits and vegetables but it still came with burger sauce, tomato’s and salad. But also the food took ages to cook and came out cold. I wont be returning.

Ordered food at 2:25am and never recieved the order. No call to let me know. Waited over 2 hours and finally came after i already made myself some food. Feel bad for the delivery driver as it looked like he had so many deliveries to do. I recieved the wrong pizza but wasnt that bothered.

Service is abysmall ordered food and driver was too lazy to knock so he just dumped the food on my front doorstep and didnt even phone either absolutely shocking DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Food delivered on time but the delivery drive once again phone me and told me to come and get it from him in the car park , I told him no you bring it to my door had to tell him how to get into the flats and he admires his English is not good to which I agreed . Not sure if I will order again as the drivers have bad broken English and it’s hard to communicate with them, had to warm the food up as it took him so long to bring the food up in the lift

Left our food on top of the gate door. No call but claimed to call 9x (?) additionally the food was incorrect, missing chips and sauce. We have used our voucher for this and are severally disappointed in the level of customer satisfaction and will be taking this further. Additionally, we have sent a message to ‘just eat’ that we are missing our items and are disappointed with the service and expect our money back. Can go into further detail if required.

waited over 1 hr 20 min for our food and it was cold so disappointed and not even joking felt as if the food was made over an hour ago and left somewhere to cool and then Brought over to us just ashame and unacceptable man

Food nice, delivery driver shocking wanted us to go down to car park for to collect the order , had to tell him how to get in and had to phone him to see what he was playing at , not good for the company !! Food warm when arrived had to heat up

Usually it’s spot on I order from here 3 times a week when the women is working portion is low for £10 kebab and can’t just give two sauces to keep the customer happy instead argue and bottle of water was warm to. I called back to tell her it wasn’t the best this time and she hung the phone up on me after shouting. Food usually spot on from here when the men are serving but if you order a kebab off the lady be prepared to get 2 strands of kebab in a massive nan… not happy at all will pick a new takeaway.

Food was stone cold, no thermal bags were used by the driver, I asked for garlic in the wrap and they give me mint, and as for the kebab, it was that cold, the grease as solidified. The garlic sauce it’s thinner than the waster that comes out the tap, and it’s very sweet, horrible, if I could give zero stars I would.

The desserts were a sweet surprise. Exceptional experience!

Food due between 1:05&1:25, got message to say it was delayed, was changed to between 1:25&1:45, didn’t arrive until 1:55, Was also missing 1 tub of garlic sauce, Chips were a tiny portion, and cold, Chocolate fudge cake was just chocolate cake

I’ve never wrote a review on any ones shop or restaurant but this shop is the worst kebab ive ever tasted in my life my Dad ordered a kebab it came out cold not only that when we asked for a refund the workers said the reason the meats cold is because the sauce is cold I’m 40 years old that’s nonsense, I asked for fresh chips they gave my dad chips that hav been sat their for 10 mins l ordered chicken chips my chips were fresh but when I say they gave me half a small McDonald amount of fries 3 strips for 5.49, somat this point theirs chips frm 20 mins ago and fresh chips he made for me the fresh chips they gave me 11 chips and mixed the fresh chips in with th old chips AM 40 never wrote review in my life BUT THIS SHOP IS THAT BAD I HAD TO WARN THE PUBLIC

I had the pleasure of trying a pizza made by the boy wearing glasses, and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the cheese was melted to perfection :) I definitely order the pizza again

I am a customer for almost one year and they never changed their good quality of the food. I have tried “chicken pizzas” and “chicken parmo”with their delicious garlic mayo sauce and I love it. Either you are a spicy or mild food person you have options here to try. The place is always clean and the service is absolutely perfect. They have the services: dine-in, delivery and click and collect if you need more info.

I visited the Spice of Punjab yesterday and was so impressed by their diverse menu and affordable prices. The biryani was a standout, offering a huge portion of flavourful rice and meat for just £3. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, especially the lady in hijab at the till being particularly outstanding. Her customer service skills were amazing, making me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. With delicious food, great value, and a welcoming atmosphere, Spice of Punjab is definitely worth a visit.
