The Best Chicken Madras’s I have had in a long time it takes a lot to please me

Rock hard chips, bhuna was tasteless.. Wouldn't recommend

Food used to be good here but it’s went massively down hill! Chips are rock hard nothing like they used to be, nan bread was more like a poppadom over cooked and burnt, I have no idea how they send the food out when your paying good money ? Majority of it went in the bin.

Not the same quality as usual. Prawns like bullets. Madras had no spice or flavour, the rice had no flavour either. The roll wasn’t as nice either. The meat was very dry and chopped up and chewy. Not as nice as usual at all. Might need to start looking else where if the chef has changed and the quality has massively dropped. Gutted because it’s always been nice

ordered lamb madras and found chicken in it,mushroom bhaji had no flavour and poppadom was crushed.

I used to recomend this place never again mixed wrap kebab mot mixed stale nann old chips never again.

Have ordered a chicken tikka masala curry, chips and nan and a poppadom for delivery, Its cost 24 pound and turned up like it was cooked three days ago. Two crack heads on a kicked sesh chewing each others ears off wouldn’t be able to get through through this chicken and they could play conkers with the chips. Not impressed.

Tried this place for the first time and was impressed with the service and food was really good. Got 4 dishes with rice and nan breads and came to £50 which wasn't too bad. My lamb vindaloo was just how I like it. Hot 🔥 🥵 😋

The quality and quantity of the food was so bad the nan bread was more like a chapatti and was so dry no taste at all. The size of the chip portion was poor could not have shared between 2 people at all. Very disappointing as I have ordered many of times over the years

Very disappointed with my delivery unfortunately some how the delivery driver couldn't find my address on Google maps so then he had to call me on the telephone to explain his situation and his location for me to locate him and witch meant I had to get my coat and shoes on to go 3 floors down to my entrance of my property to then have too further walk right too total end of my street so on having to do that my food was not the best as it was cold

The started was dry and inedible. The mains were cold, very watery and lacked flavour. I was unable to eat this meal and I would appreciate a refund.

Fast delivery but overpriced considering the very average quality of the food.

AVOID at all costs , after my order was wrong I called to clarify my order was wrong and that there is a problem with there menu as it’s not clear what your ordering on the app the childish boy on the phone start shouting at me trying to tell me that a onion bhaji was a chicken pakora. Absolutely laughable. This place used to be nice. Never again . basic as it comes

Curry was pretty watery which affected the taste. Rest of the meal was good.

The Currys were both burst open on arrival. I called the restaurant who didn't really care and just said if wasn't happy with it just contact just eat to complain. Shame because I used to like this restaurant never had an issue before but basically just paid 30 quid for some rice

Although delivered sooner than expected, I was sent a lamb Kharai rather than a chicken one, and the dhansak wasn't upto their usual standard either.

Very bland, not as much filling as usual and onions were half cooked. Didn't enjoy it at all!

£25.95 for swt meal now £29.95 was shocked when I came on tonight and seen the rise in prices was brilliant quality and reasonably cheap got a weekly curry no more as the same price is everywhere else now no value for money and similar to many other takeaways let down by a pound or 2 but 4 pound the set meal disgrace

£1 per popadom is a joke. They used to be free and now it’s £1 each for a stale popadom that’s smashed in the bag. Utter joke for the popadoms. Onion bajhi are fantastic. Just need to sort the popadoms out

I used to love this Indians but it’s started to go down hill the tandoori chicken was dry as out almost like it was days old and the chips were the same I won’t be ordering again.

The munchie box was absolutely delicious and the waiter was very kind towards me which made everything taste even better, he said his name was adil. Thank you very much

Food was lovely, although the temperature of the food wasn’t as hot as I’d like - it was still warm enough for me to eat and it tasted delicious. I love the 8 course meal available on a Thursday and Sunday.

Nice food but the wraps are so thin and tiny now compared to what they used to be.

Ordered tonight 14th Jan on line to arrive at 8 o'clock which it did but again like the last order on Christmas eve was stone cold and having to heat it up again which is never the same must have been out for delivery for a good half a hour driver is polite enough not his fault won't be ordering again and 3 pound delivery but 50p surcharge what's that about when your paying cash

Ordered chicken tikka on both main meals and was provided with plain chicken. Ordered peshwari naan and received plain naan. Waited over an hour for this but was advised of this so can’t complain there. But disappointed with not receiving order as requested.

Order was 20min late and cold but the food was nice enough.

This is, And always has been the best Indians about. Every dish from here is always nice. Genuinely would recommend anyone who hasn’t already tried it to give it a go.

Been getting meals from New East End Diner for years. Quality excellent, never had any complaints.

Early delivery is always a bonus! First time trying here will defiantly order again the only 1 thing I could complain about is the Food could be a bit more hotter it went cold very quickly and the mint yoghurt could be a bit thicker but all in all I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will be back thank you 😊

2 hours for delivery food bland

After waiting almost 2 hours for the food to be delivered from the time I ordered, some of the dishes were cold, we were missing items which normally I’d call and complain about but because we’d waited so long, I couldn’t be bothered to wait any longer for them to re-deliver missing items. I used to use Eastend Diner for years and recommended them to everyone but I switched and went to another local Indian which I’ve been consistently using… thought I’d go back to Eastend Diner tonight for a change but it actually made me realise why I left… poor quality food, poor service, won’t be making the same mistake again.

Never ordered from here before but food is amazing. Defo order again

First time ordering from here and the food was amazing. Moist naan and tasty curry and the kids pizza was demolished by our daughter. The food came on time and hot. Price was a little on the high side but overall I’m very pleased with our order.
