Did the lunch time tapas menu. Great food, great service and great entertainment from Sam, who played the guitar and sang happy birthday to three different groups including our own in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend

This was a home delivery - absolutely poor - very very poor - prawn toasts were not toasts at all but two pieces of tough stale bread rolls with a bit pf prawn mix on top - the chicken satay batter - prawns in batter etc could not be eaten as the batter mix was so hard and stale you could not get your teeth into them - the jungle curry was like water with a touch of chilli paste added - but the rice was nice and fresh so as were the prawns in the prawn curry - but again a mistake was made with the prawn crackers which were overcooked and so hard that some could not even be chewed...!!!???

Superb in every way. Lovely warm welcome. Gorgeous dining room. Fabulous menu. Great wines. The house red was superb! Dishes were delicious. Outstanding! Memorable. Perfect in fact. What a place to eat went 22 April 2024 for my 70th birthday,Exlent service,great price,excellent menu with out standing food, taste was 100% amazing and the prawns were exceptional, would recomended any one to try it, even gave me 2 bottles of singha beer to take home for my birthday. Have been meaning to try this restaurant for a long time, l had a Thai Prawn curry it was delicious the prawns were so tender and the sauce had a lovely flavour. The chicken dish had some vegetables which were cooked to perfection.

We love Thai food and Spice I Am is one of the best places to go for Thai food. It is excellent value especially on the lunch time menu which comes with a glass of wine or beer. Service is polite and attentive and we didn't have to wait long for our food.

Went to Spice I Am for our Xmas lunch and it was excellent. A good choice of food, cooked to perfection and great service. Would highly recommend.

We came here for lunch with our good friends Charlie and Sue. They highly recommended the food and the service. Not disappointed at all with any of it. What a brilliant idea to have a lunch platter combining starters and mains. Very reasonably priced and it included a drink. We will most definitely return very soon.

If you want a top level Thai cuisine to enjoy with your family and friends, this is the place you must visit. At any time of the day, the food they provide will fit your mood. The spice i am Mix platter is a MUST, variety of options all delicious and the Phad Mee beef, my favourite, must have a try.

I was working in the area and came across this hidden gem and from the start to the very end, all I can say for this place is it is absolutely amazing!! The food was out of this world! It was honestly the best Thai food I’ve had for a long time! I was served by Samir and he was amazing throughout, recommended me a load of dishes which were suitable to my dietary requirements. Spice I Am is highly HIGHLY recommended!

Awful experience. Had tapas lunch. Asked for some meals to be cooked without certain items due to food intolerance. The food that was served up was not cooked as requested, food included items we had specifically asked to be removed and the chicken skewers were raw. How raw food can be served is beyond me. Will not be returning any time soon.

We visited Spice I Am on Monday evening and oh my goodness this place is a hidden gem in Worthing! We were greeted and offered to choose where we sit which I feel is a great touch as other places force you to sit on a table when others are empty. We were looking at the menu and unsure what to order, that’s when Sahil who is the chef came and recommended us his Lamb Shank Massaman & the Duck Paradise. The lamb shank was melting off the bone and had a lot of attention to detail, it looked absolutely stunning! The Duck Paradise was superb, it was crispy & with that tangy savoury sauce, excellent! Do visit Spice I Am and ask for Chef Sahil’s recommendations!

Best Thai in Worthing. Everything full of flavour and even my dad enjoyed it (and best believe he's picky). There's something for everyone. My personal go to is Phad Thai or Phad Ke Mao (if I'm feeling noodles) and Massaman curry or Basil chilli. Thank you Spice I am team.

We arrived at 6:30, had starters at 7:45 and then got given the wrong main courses. The food is nice but the wait is absolutely not acceptable, especially when there is a curfew of 10pm now.

Very disappointed with the slow service, waited an hour for our starters and another 1 1/2 for our mains. When our mains came out we were served the wrong meals. When the food eventually came out it was lovely but restaurant was severely over booked. Won’t be coming again.

well, after hearing some good reviews about this place we've just tried it. we waited 30 minutes for our drinks, a further 20 minutes for our starters AND never got our mains!! Fair enough it was busy, but, when 3 other table's main meals were brought out, who arrived after us, we asked the waitress where ours was, and we were told it will be another 15 minutes!! by this time it was 9.40pm so we asked for the bill for our drinks and starters. We won't be coming back to Spice I am.

We have been here twice now and the food was delicious. It was very noisy last time we went which did spoil it a bit as you could not really have a conversation.

Tried this restaurant today for lunch and was pleasantly surprised at the excellent delicious food and great value and friendly staff who wore masks (very rare). Tables were well spaced out but mostly the food was excellent and generous portions. Would recommend to newcomers and we will definitely visit again. Great value for money with pleasant surroundings and ultra clean modern toilets. Very impressed & Highly recommended.

We decided to venture out, despite virus restrictions and having lived in Thailand for several years, decided to return to the Spice I Am. As on several occasions before, the food was excellent and authentic. We had delicious tempura squid and prawns followed by chicken with cashew nuts and pahd see-yew. The latter was fine, but for our jaded palates, some naam pla prik was needed to spice it up. This was speedily provided. Great service and all spacing restrictions properly observed.

Overall it was Nice food, the service was friendly and tables were cleaned immediately, but staff don’t know how to wear a face mask as it wasn’t covering their nose but my main concern was my main course had only 3 king prawns for £16 and the rice was extra. if you want a minimal meal great, but this a west Worthing not Paris !

I cycled from Ferring to Goring so that on my evening off work, I could enjoy my favourite food, Thai. The spring rolls and chicken satay are my favourite starters. The satay sauce is so good and unlike many other satay take aways, it does taste of and actually have peanut in it! Which I love!Their main which won me over, was the lightly battered chicken with cashew nuts and sticky rice. Absolutely phenomenal flavours all tied together and cooked beautifully. A fragrant and bright dish too which looked and smell as appetising as it was. Best Thai in Sussex in my opinion!
