Taste was horrible. Hard and spoilt the evening. Don't recommend at all. Pepperoni on the pizza which wasn't on the menu.

Had two pizza from spice House this evening, really disappointed, they were like toast with a few toppings and hardly any tomatoe base. I spoke to them about the thin base and they said its the way the dough rises, bloody disgusting. Poor customer service, we're much better before new management took over.

What on earth is that that I've just had delivered! absolutely terible how can two different dishes be exactly the same! both lacking in any of the ingredients mentioned in the menu ! well disappointed, rang up because I thought there had been a mistake..... but no apparently under new management. Very poor won't give it a second chance.

Always love ordering from here. The kebab meat is to die for and the chips are amazing! Can’t fault it

Food not as good as it used to be. Ordered one poppadom for £1 and got 1 tiny poppadom. Thought being a loyal customer for over 10 years would’ve got more than 1. Can’t fault delivery, on time and driver great friendly service as usual.

The food was inedible i took 1 bite and had to send it back including the fries,it tasted old and dry.I asked for a bottle of coke but they sent me a can of coke instead . I Rang them and they then sent a bottle out 45 min later. I rang to speak to someone regarding the food, they werent very helpful and had a number of excuses about why it was dry and how it was cooked and as a goodwill gesture didnt even offer to refund or send some more food out. I would not recommend there food to anyone and to be quite frank i wouldnt even feed it to my dog

Really love the dupiaza not too spicy it's a nice dish chips are always nice to go with.

Pizzas are usually lovely but unfortunately this evening they weren’t what we ordered i did ring to complain but got nowhere

Fab place , used for 20 years very rarely have any issues the food has a always great and delivered quickly , however we did have an issue over Xmas but despite not being able to get through on the phone ( very busy night ) just eat managed to solve it with new spice house and I received a full refund ! Amazing customer service well done new spice house 😄

First time ordering curries from here, the GF had a korma that had no flavour whatsoever, my curry wasn't much better the flavour from the tikka chicken was nice but the sauce was bland and had some gristley bits of chicken in it.

I have waited for 2 hours and no food. I only ordered a kebab and chips. Can't get hold of the takeaway as they have taken phone off the hook. Shouldn't have taken the order if they can't deliver it

The food was luke warm. Didn't get my drink. No apology for lateness. Can't even contact the restaurant about my drink as the phone is constantly busy

Donner meat wasn’t right looked undercooked n give me instant belly ace some bits of the chicken was hard very disappointed

Donner kebab came with no salad or sauces so make sure you request these. Can’t understand why they wouldn’t just put it in a small bag with some small tubs in. So just had plain donner meat and chips - straight in the bin

The food was piping hot and very tasty will definitely be ordering from them again.

Absolutely disgusting food tonight never had a problem with this restaurant till tonight the garlic pizza tasted like it was stale and had been in a bin the burger and chips were soggy and tasted like they had been warmed up 🤢 no more orders from me I'm afraid!

For somewhere down the road. Food took 1hour. Chicken and chips was Luke warm. My pizza was burnt and they forgot the Donna meat

Food was ok, had to warm it all up as it wasn’t very warm, chips were cold.

Usually I have no problems and am usually happy however my food was late and they forgot my poppadoms 😒

As always the food is great from here. Probably my favourite takeaway! Can never fault the order

Never had a meal from here ,so ordered a korma as I cannot eat spicy food ,so asked for it to be extra mild and it was ,I could have eaten it all but too much for me so saved it for nxt day ,there was loads of chicken in it and the chapattis were lovely they were thick like a nan bread so great value for money ,will definitely be ordering from them again .

Absolute shocking place got two kebbabs and ordered sauce and they never came with the meal so they expect me to eat it dry hardly touched it and I can't get a refund should be shut down rude and not understding customer needs I have herds so dry food is hard to swallow SHOCKING

Food arrived late and it was pretty much cold at this point. Realised after the driver had gone that the bottle of pop id ordered was missing. Rang and was told that it would be sent out. This then took a further hour to be delivered.

Shocking, time slot was 45 minutes late rung restaurant and said it was with driver and still took 25 mins from the restaurant, by time it got here food was cold and not fit to eat

not sure how to tell you NO ONIONS on my pizza but ive ordered a lot and normally comments box works and its sad coz when u dont, its peng. ordered 2 12" again and ones gone in the bin again. id rate lower but i do like your food when its right. sorry

First and last time using this place. Rung 3 times in the hour it was late and ever call was, 5mins boss man. Pathetic service. Should be ashamed.

Food was cold when arrived, the rice absoultey tasteless, literally tastes like cardboard AND I ordered a chicken madras and a chicken masala, couldn't tell which was which !! - will not be ordering from here again.

I love this place,and have sent many a good compliment about the place, but your only as good as your last meal. Thursday night was a massive disappointment. The Naan bread was burn't. The mushrooms were bland as though we were eating tinned mushrooms,as no flavour. The chips were overcooked, and my wife and I left over half of it. Very disappointed as I gave always said great things. So sorry, but we pay good money for a takeaway,and don't expect what we had.

We ordered meat rogan Josh and got chicken......got charged 50p service charge plus delivery even when we paid cash!

One pizza was not what we ordered and the 3 margaritas didn’t have any tomato sauce on them and the were tasteless. When I phone the restaurant they weren’t very helpful at all. I will not be ordering from them again

Terrible. Nearly 2 hours late. Chicken and chips looks thrown together with a tiny bit of chicken and came cold with a few chips. Curry was cold and no cans of coke came. Ordered many times from here but it’s the worse I’ve ever had

We've never ordered from here before but we've found our new favourite takeaway! Curry was lovely, very nice flavours and pizzas were perfect. Delivery time said 1 hour but came 30 mins early. All round very good!

The best curry I have ever had - chicken Jalfrazi - food gorgeous and very fresh. Driver pleasent. This will be my regular take away now. Highly recommended

Added extras to the order that I had previously, popadoms were missing rang and spoke to them and told them about it got a thank you and sorry and no resolve so all the dips I ordered were pointless Why order something for popadoms to be dipped in and you don’t get the popadoms £1.80 for them is nothing really but it’s not the point ...

Ordered Meal Deal 5, got tasty mix naan kebab, doner kebab and Chicken Filet burger. They were tasty, but salad was mainly onions LOL it was funny seeing so much onions in salad but it was tasty...and that is what is important, isn't?
