Can't fault the food but yet again something missing from my order which I payed for.,so really they have robbed money off me,

Order a delivery and the guy didn't even get out his car I was in my socks in the rain made me come to the car lazy guy

Oh my days, so halal mode my broskis the number 6 recommended by my brother is so tasty it contains fish fingers, salad and peter griffin bread with a side of Michael Jackson sauce.

Really not impressed, ordered a special chicken and meat masala. Never tasted anything so salty in my life. My wife ordered a mixed kebab on nan. Mixed kebab? It was just donner meat, and where do I start with the nan bread. Just a thick lump of dough. Will never be ordering again. Avoid at all costs.

Very bad bad food I ordered bryani but this is not actual bryani thy cook only rice and put on it chicken masala and price is £12 very bad and price is too high and i order one roti and roti is not coked properly its half cooked and price is £1 in other takeaway like delghts and kabab range thy give 3 rot in £1. Totaly waist of money. During Ramzan they earn haram

Absolutely vile. Chicken burger that was so dry, it was obviously microwaved. Lettuce was brown and mushy. Poppadoms only turned up after being complained about. Pizza wasn't even warm. EDIT Burger that they sent to replace it was exactly the same as the other. Ended up just taking the chicken out and eating the hash brown in the bun. Disgusting, and have now lost a long term regular customer.

Not had a good curry for a long time , but highly recommend this restaurant, everything was spot on , and really warm considering the distance from dewsbury to Batley , must try

Ordered a margarita pizza over the phone, delivered a meat feast pizza instead then tried to charge us more if we wanted to replace it. Has happened twice now

I ordered a pizza which was not cooked properly, i rang them up and within 15 mins a proper cooked pizza was dropped off. Amazing service fantastic food

Ordered a HALF POUND chicken burger with a cola and chip got a QUARTER POUND then I was told 11.30p for Price including delivery got my food was less and guy in car said was 14.00 for deliver when at door false order and the staff tock hours to pick up guy turned up at for and tried to be stand off

The Chicken Madras I had was unbelievably bitter, probably too much fenugreek or garam masala. I rang them to explain and they sent me a replacement, hence the 5 stars for service.

Very bad I ordered at 1in the morning they told me my food would be with me at 2 so I call them at 2 they told me 15 minutes it will be with u but still nothing at 2:30 do not ordered

Can’t upload pics. Okay, ordered from here a few times, yes the food hasn’t always been piping hot and it’s been late, however the food has always been in a good edible state and tasty. The milkshakes are absolutely delicious too. But ordered from here yesterday and what we ordered we didn’t expect, the plain burger came with cheese on, the chips looked like they were days old and so soggy they fell limp feeling sorry for them selves, so I contacted the restaurant (which to my absolute surprise they answered) I explained about the burger and was told they we’re sending me a complete new meal, when I looked at the kebab the pitta was hard and dry, kebab meat (what was there) was dry n cold, the salad was manky with brown soggy lettuce and cucumber. But I was so hungry and tried I took the salad off and shared it with my dog as I always do. Then they turned up with fresh meal, we sent the salad back with delivery driver, upon opening the bag there really was a complete new meal for both burger and kebab, and honestly you woul not believe it came from the same restaurant, piping hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. Even I couldn’t believe it.

The Best Chicken Tikka Masala In The Land! Pioneer has been our ‘go to’ place for a good curry for a few years now. Troubled by poor reviews and it’s history, this place has turned the corner and consistently provides with a 10/10 takeaway. Admittedly, I always order the same thing. A large chicken Tikka Masala. (Which serves two massive portions) Mushroom Rice. (Fresh mushrooms with a bit of a kick) Chips (Crispy and perfect because they’re delivered in a paper bag as oppose to those horrible yellow boxes) and some onion bhajis because.. why not? They’re good too! But that curry… it’s is an impeccable, totally unrivalled creation that is rich in colour and flavour. Packed with all the right textures and spices. Authentic in taste, and in my opinion is the best curry I have ever had. (And I have had a lot) Try it! You will not be disappointed

Ordered 2x kormas tonight with rice n chips only waiting a short while,on the way out they gave me 4 popadoms free and a bottle Pepsi thankyou to all staff just finished food awesome see ya again soon

Chicken tikka curry was very nice. However the service is horrendous so I won't be returning. I ordered and was told it will take 20-25 mins to collect. I arrived just under 25 mins. I was waiting in the take away just over 35 mins after this. The whole process took an hour as oppose to the 20 to 25 mins. My other food I collected before from a different take away got cold due to my wait here. This was worste than my last experience but the last time the service was slow also. This was extra slow. The staff keep informing me. "it is nearly ready", "it is just getting packed up", "it just needs bringing to the front". All lies, when my food finally came, I was told that my order was given to somebody else and they had to make mine fresh. So somebody is telling lies. I wasn't given no money off, no extras to compensate for my wait. Nothing. I thought that was extremely rude also. Don't waste your time visiting.

On many occasions it has Taken over 1hr and half for them to deliver when ordering on just eat and this is not just on a weekend, pretty long to say i live 2 minutes away from the takeaway.

seems pretty pointless when they don’t answer the phone and if you order online they don’t read the notes so then you end up with something you can’t even eat

The best tuna sweet corn pizza on the market. I eaten 11inch pizza In 20 seconds order a 16inch tuna sweet corn. Trust me. Worth the wait.. 5 stars

The place needs shutting Down, 3rd time I've had a illness because off this place, I wouldn't advise it, it's not made freshly it's disgusting and sits their for ages god knows how long, I've been given food posioning and also got a urinary tract infection from eating this dirty food. It's highly disgusting and they have no care in the world

I wouldn't even give it a 1 star, just ordered from here I asked for no sauce on burger and got sauce on burger, the chips wasn't cooked properly and the food was cold when it turned up. Won't be using this takeaway again disgusting. Now they won't answer the phone

Quick service good food open late night.

Went in for the offer for 2 11" pizzas, chips and bottle of coke for £14 i got home started eating my pizza and i got half way through my pizza and found mould on the pizza base underneath, which means the pizza base isn't freshly made🤮 also had a kebab and chips not a while back and the meat was raw 🤮 terrible palce wouldn't recommend

I would rather starve than eat from here again. I had a donner in nan and chips. Both the Nan and the donor was raw and they forgot to put sauce on the donner. The other customers looked like they were on crack. A truly horrendous experience. Have some Crisps between two slices of bread than eat this unhealthy food. Shame I can't give minus 5.

Chicken masala asian style, faultless everytime. Wont go anywhere else.

Twice we've tried here and won't give it a third go. Got a garlic bread with cheese and a kebab. The garlic bread was dry, dry, dry. Couldn't eat it, it was too well done and there was no garlic butter I was aware of. Just awful UPDATE curry is amazing Got a chicken tikka masala with rice and poppadoms was absolutely amazing. The nann was dry so didn't eat it but the rest was so good, would totally go again. Curry only, but delicious.

You know, I don't normally order currys from Pioneer but tonight I've just ordered a chicken jalfrezi, chapattis, chips and rice and I'm well suited. Proper jalfrezi this. Loving it. Thank you 😊

Worst place to order from in the area. Waited 2 hours for some milkshakes, never arrived... and then got told we'll get our money back and never did. Basically been robbed. All the 5 star comments are just their mates trying to make it look good when its dead

I don't understand how this place has a low rating but... Hot, tasty fresh how else can I describe the pizza's they do here. I can't that's how on point they are. Especially the cheese crust! The staff are always kind and are ready to help at your service. The pizza was on a different level I was amazed. 100% would recommend to grab a much for the family or your friends. You won't be disappointed 😉 It's only about time you see what they are really made of.

The service was pathetic, the food was ok, ordered food an they gave our order to someone else a 25min wait turned into a 65 min wait which was annoying but I could deal with that, but after over an hour of waiting outside to pick up the food we get it an get home an they forget half the order an the pizza is burnt that is just ridiculous an i will not waste my time with these lot again

One of the best,chicken masala,lamb masala is mouth watering,their chef special pizza is the best. Chicken breast marinated with BBQ sauce and sheekh kebabs are the best. Over all very good and well priced Yes kazi boi

Ordered at 1:30am, said it was due at 3 am. Was out for delivery since 2 am and still haven't received my food. Took my money and didn't bother to deliver, tried ringing multiple times and never answered.

Cannot sing their praises enough! Absolutely fresh donner on a freshly made naan, with a generous salad, all at 2am. Always on point regardless of time. The best bit about pioneers is knowing that when everyone else is closed, they are willing to serve till late. That’s a service you can’t refuse. Excellent!

Ordered a donner kebab, and made sure to put donner in. I even put in the notes ONLY LETTUCE AND CUCUMBER, order came 2 hours later with a chicken tikka kebab, with full salad. Phoned up and told them they got my order wrong, he apparently misread what I wrote yet misread two separate things.

I have not been for a long time but the food is still as nice as it was when I last went will go again

I've Always ordered curries and there has never been a problem really nice and hot . Burgers need working on and may be the salads too . Other than quality food .unfortunatly if your a women the guy will take your number and message you and lie that some girl give it to him. And he even lied that his parents are dead. When he just got married with his parents present. I refuse to get in contact via mobile to resolve this only via email. However as this was years ago I just advice to fix up.
