the chicken is very spicy it doesn't mention hiw spicy it is even the mayo isn't cooling down the spicy my tongue is on fire

Never even got to try the food as my boyfriend and I ordered through just eat via Apple Pay so the money had already left the bank. An hour and a half after ordering and not receiving the order… my boyfriend rang to see where it was. They told us they were still waiting for a notification and kept asking for the name but we didn’t have an option on the order to give a name. The guy on the phone then decided to put the phone down so we rang back and they completely ignored our calls and did not pick up. Disgusting service and atmosphere.

Ordered a burger and what was on the menu as a grill chicken peri peri parmo. Absolutely disgusting 🫣 It wasn't even a parmo! It was grilled chicken eith cheese thrown on top of foil!! The donner it came with looked and tasted like shrivelled cardboard. What is it with takeaways serving food like this? Will never go here again.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place was terrible. The staff were rude and dismissive, my food was cold and tasted awful, and the overall experience was a nightmare. Save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else!

i was waiting hours for my food and the timer just kept on going up for the order to never arrive then was marked as delivered, the people at resturant was not helpful and did not receive the information I wanted, what a rubbish service will not be doing this again just basically stole my money will be going through my bank for my money back as this is a fraudulent transaction

When you order a Donner burger out of the burger section you would expect an actual beef burger with donner meat on like any other take away rather than just a donner meat sandwich. Very misleading and just ruined what i was expecting

Worst service and food is disgraceful, you want food poisoning then go here. I would feed this food to my dog. Place needs to be shut down

Ordered off uber 30 minutes before closing as they was still accepting orders waiting over 2 hours food didn’t arrive still said preparing couldn’t get my £38 refund off uber joke of an establishment

Using frozen kebab refryin them, rice quality too bad all broken, only took one bite and rest went in bin, also ordered 2 full chicken, after paying, they said chicken out of stock. ☹️ Never again.

Great food, chips had plenty of cheese on them, the pizza was tasty and filling. Delivery was on time and the driver was friendly and polite.

My food was late by 10 minutes and the food was cold and uneadible.When I opened my pizza it was soggy and wet and the chips were stuck to the box I called them and an employee called suliman told me that sound like a you probablem and then ended the phone

Really appalled that I can place and order on line, it be accepted and then rejected 1/2 hr later just as we are driving towards shop! Shop closes 1130 and we arrived 1120 and had shut early! Maybe wanted an early night! ! Really not acceptable 😒

They messed up my order wrong and on top I paid for drinks the drinks weren’t with the order and on the receipt it states what the order is and they still got it wrong avoid this place don’t waste your money

Things just got worse , seems to be you buy from them first time and they make the effort with food and delivery etc . The more times you order the less they seem to care , shame really as first time was very good grub , after that NO !

Firstly everything was cold , not even Luke warm . Ordered three chilli pots and only two arrived intact , the third all over the bag , ordered garlic mushroom supreme ( means cheese on ) , breaded mushrooms arrived with no cheese at all ,disgraceful

Absolutely poor service and no consideration and effort to resolve the matter we waited a full 2 hours for our order with an enquiry made 51 minutes after ordering to which he said it was waiting to me picked up another hour passed and our food arrived cold water o which I complained as they had 0 measures to keep food warm whilst waiting on drivers the shop keeper then proceeded to say it was not his problem and just to request a refund , however you don’t get a full refund for cold items, Sh@t

Spicy dipped chicken burgers were dodgy !! Whilst eating into them I could tell the chicken was not right as they were too hard to bite. Felt too rubbery! In the morning had major pain in stomach and poo issues!!

I always order a special Pizza for kids just chicken and keema. Alos with Awaises special pizza. Family love the food and the brothers who work there are amazing, welcoming with fantastic customer service. These guys really care you. I thank them all for always giving fab customer service.

We ordered a 16 inch pizza , it tasted like paint , in more of an inspection the pepperoni was discolored and off , my kids ate a mouth full before I discovered it tasted awful , rang them up , they said go to Uber eats , but it isn't Uber eats who makes the food its u , the restaurant , never ordering again, oh and didn't get a refund. Uber eats ain't getting bak to us neither if I could add pics of the off pepperoni I would

Tasted great , only niggle was for £1.50 sweetcorn on top extra , it would have been nice having bit more than was . Besides that great stuff .

First time trying their food and was really nice - calzone that I ordered was perfectly cooked with a good balance of toppings. Burger on the other hand was juicy which you rarely ever see with takeaways so I'll be coming back again no doubt.

Had a hand full of chips with the chicken. You'd get more with a small portion at McDonalds. The milkshake is NOT Ferrero Roche, or Oreo or Biscoff. Its just a chocolate milkshake they are charging over £5 for. The pizza was very greasy too, wouldn't eat here again.

Always used to order my curries from here phoned today to be told there only doing fast food now no more curries so I can order pizza, burger, fries etc so had to find another place that charges twice as much come on guys do curries your the only one in Birkby that did them and to a high standard they've now lost a good valued customer surely this can't be good for business

Naans were abit burnt, but kebab was nice. Pizza was disappointing, not enough cheese or sauce. Milkshake was delicious.

Youll get ripped off! Over £120 per month they've lost with me! Rang them for some pizzas and got charged at higher justeat prices eventhough we ordered direct from them and when questioning there prices and offers tried to justify the extra charge. There website clearly shows the lower prices they should have charged! DISHONEST AND BEST AVOIDED. Pizza standard dropped and pizza base came undercooked many times gave them many chances...Time to move on.

The food came early and was still fresh. They provided me extra sauces which is a bonus! I tried their gyro burger which wasn't to my liking as the chicken was a bit off. But their special fries are always top class and really recommend this, I would definitely order again for their loaded fries as these have always tasted so good.

Tasty, large portions, all fresh ingredients but chicken was a bit hard.

Told them I want mix donner on naan.. They have a name for it something like monster kebab on naan.. I thought this is going to be nasty but the food was on point.. Donner did not look dirty or anything .. Will defo be going back again.. The guy serving was also proper sound

Chips were soggy so Were the popperdoms curries had a stale taste food wasn’t warm and only live round the corner so expect it to be piping hot such a shame as we have never had a bad meal From here In all 15 years of ordering.
