20 minute wait for my overcooked fillet chicken burger. The chicken had been fried so many times you that you could have used it to repair one of Batley's roads many potholes. Once I managed to get through the hard outer coating, the chicken itself was dry and tasteless, the cold fries were another disappointment along with the indifference attitude of the staff. I will not be returning and I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this place.

My first visit and we order Memphis burger, absolutely divine, if you like chrispy turkey, beef and a chicken fillet, you will love it. Chips were freshly made, tenders were nice and crispy.

Such a horrid place. Made me wait 20 minutes for a chicken fillet burger meal, when people that had come after me in groups of 4 even got served their food before me. The boys all avoided eye contact so that I didn’t ask about my order. Looks like the boys have been kicked out of their btec college course and having to slave here. Such rubbish service and no sorry or politeness shown. Gave me cold refried reheated chips-adding pic as evidence. Wouldn’t even give one star!!!!! Avoid like the plague. Adding my receipt to show proof of purchase. I ordered at 9.13 pm got my food at 9.25. The boys were messing about chilling at the front not giving a damn about order lateness. Such a shame for such a big reputable franchise.

Hi there I went today after it had been opened after 2 months and I found a maget insect in my food. Disgusting 🤮 I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I did hear about it being very unhygienic!! Manager walked away when I came back to show him not interested as I’ve already paid for my food. Don’t go don’t go not worth the while

*Update* Refurbished interior with new burger choices now on offer. However customer service needs improving. Kids meal advertised with toy but not provided saying ran out. Need to improve on communication skills. Love Chickanos burgers, although they need to keep up the high standards as there are many new competitors around now. HMC Approved

I ordered the Nashville burger meal very spicy for myself and the guy on phone said it was spicy and stuff aswell, when i went there service wasn’t too bad, but when i picked up our food and went I tried the burger and was absolutely no spice to it and tasted like just normal. Hope that next time I go they make it proper and not mess up as spent a bit with them
