Very Poor Customer Service, had to order for a second time, took 1hr15 to get my food

Been going to this place ever since it opened. The food's brilliant and affordable - the best thing about this place is the customer service, especially from Ismail. Encourages us to keep coming every week.

Went to branch today ordered burger meals so tasty well worth it.service with a smile which is very welcoming.

The food from here is banging. The spice level is next level but it really compliments the seasoning used. This is firmly becoming one of my favourite places to order chicken from!

Waiting times far too long every time.

Was looking forward to an evening meal to what now is a well known establishment in West Yorkshire. Walked in to a strong smell of weed in the Chickano’s shop, mentioned to the server Zaid P I had travelled a bit to try their food but it didn’t matter as there was no flexibility in giving skin-on fries instead of normal fries in the meal deal. There was no flexibility or generousity shown at all whilst taking the order, the food was pricey and ordinary. First and last visit.

Fresh, excellent quality food with great service and very attentive staff

I ordered food for delivery, once I placed the order I realised I made a mistake. Rang up the shop and spoke to Hamzah. What a well spoken individual luckily he rectified my order I also understand due to this being my fault he did not have to comply. Thank you very much to you and the rest of the chickanos team 👍

I found a hair in my food, which was just disgusting. When I called to let them know, they didn’t even apologise. Instead, they said I’d have to come in and show them the hair—what an inconvenience! I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to prove something like this. Terrible service.

Really disappointed first time ordering we got chicken butterfly. The inside was pink, chewy and bloody bits inside it so put me off the entire meal.

One of my all time favourite burger places !!!

Such a horrid place. Made me wait 20 minutes for a chicken fillet burger meal, when people that had come after me in groups of 4 even got served their food before me. The boys all avoided eye contact so that I didn’t ask about my order. Looks like the boys have been kicked out of their btec college course and having to slave here. Such rubbish service and no sorry or politeness shown. Gave me cold refried reheated chips-adding pic as evidence. Wouldn’t even give one star!!!!! Avoid like the plague. Adding my receipt to show proof of purchase. I ordered at 9.03pm got my food at 9.25. The boys were messing about chilling at the front not giving a damn about order lateness. Such a shame for such a big reputable franchise.

Absolutely a disgrace price shot up by 1.99! No more grill!! No more spicy burger you should be ashamed of yourself the burger was nasty to crispy and the chicken is so thin oh my gawd what has happend to you !

Since trying this place I keep going back often. I see a lot of review not happy with the waiting time 15-20 mins I wasn’t happy at first too but the quality and the freshness of all the food is sooo worth it. Any issues always get sorted by the staff. Always go for either a Memphis burger (the best) or the Mexican one with nachos. Love the chicken and wings from here and the Tex Mex salad and honey chilli sauce. I definitely recommend.

Worst customer service ive ever experienced. I witness 2 boys that cant even look at you... Throws away 2 bags of fries infront of me aswell... Burger was cold due to just waiting for refried fries. Also the person serving served his friends first before other customers who were there longer. Waited almost an hour for a burger and fries. Not to mention they almost forgot my order. And my extra drink they tried to not give to me... it was literally 3 or 4 customers inside when i came to order my food. Food was actually ok and tasted good but again cold. Fries wasnt even worth waiting for. Burger was the only decent thing. Quick edit funny how the owner response to the good reviews.... but not the bad ones. I guess he knows. Or maybe this is just a money laundering restaurant

Butterfly chicken now come in bag for you to mix with your rice and chips absolutely disgusting for £22 can't even put in a box now so if your on road you've absolutely screwed it ....we're regular customer and we'll never come back again time to see how good dixxi's chicken,rice and chips is

My first time to Chickanos n it didnt disappoint, got the spicy dipped fillet burger and let me tell you it blows youre head off but its firee the chicken just melts in ur mouth. Deffo recommend. Also the staff was a boyo My killy.

20 minute wait for my overcooked fillet chicken burger. The chicken had been fried so many times you that you could have used it to repair one of Batley's roads many potholes. Once I managed to get through the hard outer coating, the chicken itself was dry and tasteless, the cold fries were another disappointment along with the indifference attitude of the staff. I will not be returning and I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this place.

My first visit and we order Memphis burger, absolutely divine, if you like chrispy turkey, beef and a chicken fillet, you will love it. Chips were freshly made, tenders were nice and crispy.
