Open late night on a bank holiday, staff were friendly and food was right enough, although I paid £7.80 for an 11” Margherita pizza collected, which seamed a little pricey

not happy with the order. the delivery time was great but the food itself was disgusting and they got my order wrong. i ordered an oreo ice cream and paid for it when it got delivered they told me they didn’t have the right ice cream and gave me a different one .

I got chips with chicken when I asked for it in a naan??? I waited so long and it was for nothing. To pay 6 pounds delivery and your food isn’t even right.

Food was cold no chips with Parmesan

Food was piping hot and was freshly prepared. 10/10

Food never arrived to my house I’ve rang the restaurant multiple times but I assume they have closed and that my order has been given to a different house so must be a driver fault as I called up the takeway as soon as I placed my order and asked if they were still open for deliveries. I waited and waited for my food but nothing turned up?

Quite shocking for what was advertised and what i paid for the product and delivery, despite what the company tries or compensate with a reply, it was absolutely extortionate and i won’t be buying again.

Ordered this at half 1 this morning and have been waiting since. Was updated on the app saying order confirmed and then said preparing order with estimated delivery time between 2:30am and 2:50am so have been waitinv since i made the order. The app then updated at 2:30am saying order and courier on the way will be delivered by 2:50am so was waiting with my £50.15 by door for my food to arrive. Yet then said delivered so called, they said they are now closed and will not be delivering my food!!!

I wouldn't eat here, I wouldn't even serve this food to a homeless person. Best avoid this place, no customer service, rude and not worth the time

If you are at roadside and super hungry. I recommend you to die hungry but not order from this useless place.

late night order.. quck delivery although food was luke warm. Chicken burger was alright. Donna meat horrific, couldn't eat!! chicken nuggets average. Chips and onion rings undercooked/soggy/soft. Chocolate milkshake delicious and Pepsi spot on :)

Well, where to start with this place? I ordered a half-pound chicken burger, they gave me only a quarter-pounder. There was no salt on the chips -- even after all these years, you still haven't worked out to add salt for the customer. The guy who served me didn't even say thanks, and then the next day I was sick from morning to night with food poisoning. These people did the worst job that they possibly could, failed at every point, and suffice to say I'll never go back.

Hi, the garlic bread we received was completely unedible. it was stone solid and we could not even take a bite into it, also after paying £6 delivery the driver instructed us to walk to a different house to collect the order because he couldn’t find the house i’m appalled by the service i’ve received tonight to be honest i always receive exceptional service and today has really lowered my hopes for just eat

I didn’t get my pizza and I would like a refund please as the driver made us walk half an hour if the freezing cold at 4 and when we asked where he was he wasn’t clear enough to where he was

Food freezing cold , 15 mins, asked for stuffed crust only 2 pieces had cheese in it. I think take away automatically assume on a weekend everybody has been out drinking rather than working,???!!!! X

Doner meat was very nice, just wish the chicken tikka that’s included was coated in sauce. Other than that very nice

I would definitely order again. The Donner Kebab in nan with salad and mayo was beautiful. I love the way they shredded the kebab meat, was so easy to just use a fork and eat.

I ordered a full family bucket for 38 pounds and also whole chicken and milkshake for a total 65 pound order. I ordered at 2am and delivered after 3:30. The food wasn't good and very low quality. It's even smells and tastes so bad and can feel bad oily taste. Won't recommend fried chicken.

Pizza were amazing but your 20inch pizza need the plastic table to stop box lid falling in on pizza and taking toppings off the pizza! Milkshake were bad though at guessing your using either long life milk or red top milk for milkshakes which is a big no no

The parmesan was burnt on the bottom and just didn't taste right.

Food was nice but extremely overpriced compared to competitors food boxes, usually also include fries but not from here. I ordered box meal 3 which states that it comes with two drinks. I chose Pepsi. Only one can was delivered. I asked the driver where the other can was, he looked at the receipt and said that its only one. Yes the receipt doesn't state how many cans there are but the option I chose clearly stated 2. The driver didn't care. Probably had it for himself

Lovely and delicious as always, always order the panini and cheesy chips as a treat, and it’s so so nice, always a very good amount of cheese on the chips and it arrived earlier than expected! 10/10

Worst experience. I ordered more than 2 hours ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I called the place and they say it’s going to take another 20 mins. Did not apologise at all for this. Extremely disappointed with the services

Over an hour late and food was clap cold.

Food never turned up. Rang them multiple times , the customer service from the staff was appalling. We was told it was on its way at 4:30then at 5:10 they told us it was still in the oven. We then phoned at 5:25 and was told it was on its way and would be 20 minutes. Currently 5:40 and still waiting , we ordered it at 3:30. They also laughed at us down the phone and said “there is traffic” baring in mind it was 5:15am on a sunday morning so not much traffic. Tried to get a refund but wasn’t accepted. We only ordered chips and naan bread so not asif they have to cook meat fresh. Absolutely disgraceful, will not be buying from here again EVER. Do not recommend.

Cost £27 for a kebab and chicken nuggets and chips and 4 cans of pop the kebab was in a stale naan deffo shop baught and the chicken was rock hard my fork wouldn’t even go into it never ordering from here again

Microwaved food ! For £10! 1 kebab 4 chicken tikkas donner meat and chips non were fresh !

The food was very late and when we called the takeaway to ask for an update we have been told the delivery driver knocked on the door however he has not, they have informed us food will be with us in 20mins and after 20mins it has still not arrived. When we called to chase again we have been told another 20mins, the food was cold when we got it. Very very disappointed and will not be ordering from there again.

If i could leave 0/Minus stars i would £25 for it to 45 mins late and stone cold greasy food, garlic margharita didnt taste at all like it should also the chicken tikka came with no sauce and so dry my dead aunt has more moisture. Next time im having a 4 month old microwave meal. DISGUSTEN

Waited extra 30 min for cold food,chicken tikka had no sauce literally dry chicken and rice. May aswell have had a out of date microwaved meal.

Thought mixed kebab was nice , could have been more meat for price

Burger was good, fries were fine. Even though I did put in a collection order I still had to wait an extra 12 minutes instore to get my food. Was handed the drink instead of put inside the bag. Staff seemed to not know that I had ordered a sauce along with asking for napkins in the notes section which now I know no one had read properly. I sorted the bag myself but I thought the staff would do it. Another customer seemed very physically irritated and angry as he told me was waiting ages for his food

First off the food was 1 hour 45mins late! The fried chicken was dry, flaky and tasteless it was sicknening. The fries were soggy and onion rings under cooked and floppy. Very dissatisfied. Avoid at all costs!!
