I always come here after my god awful shifts on a weekend night.. I usually get a tandoori mix grill or a pizza. Always super helpful and smile 😊 just what I need after a long day... Food is yum as always. Thanks guys 👍😁

Had great takeaway tonight food fresh and hot. The chocolate cake was bonus on top.

My Uncle went here and ordered 3x Chicken tikka Nan and cheese kebabs and received the wrong order, he received Lamb and the Manager would not replace the kebabs and only gave him chicken tika meat, not happy poor service after 2 car trips here and still not the correct order, I myself won't be going back.

Food was amazing, I’ve eaten kebabs all over the world, and we’ve got exactly what we wanted without leaving the house, well done guys peace and love 👍

Had a bad order burnt pizza and wrong pizza was given promised to replace my pizza when I required it again and then sent 2 small pizza but the ones I ordered in first place was 2 large this is unfair as I payed for 2 large won’t be ordered from them again

Favorite takeaway in yate for me and my partner have been going for years, has good selection and everything I've tried has been great

Today, I enjoyed the lamb kebab and lamb biryani from this takeaway. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! The lamb kebab was perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection, while the lamb biryani was aromatic and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend trying these dishes if you're a fan of authentic and flavorful Indian cuisine!

We have recently moved to the Yate area, and found this takeaway on our doorstep. Absolutely beautiful food and friendly staff....There Indian food is full of flavors very tasty!! Tikka pizza absolutely wow!! Definitely recommended, we love Indian food and we love pizza and this combo is absolutely genius 🙌 😁 The chicken kebab is my favorite never tasted so good!! 10/10 rating for us 🙂

Terrible service. Pre ordered a takeaway at 5:30pm for a 7:30pm delivery. Didn't come until 8:45pm every time we called they told us it had just left and would be with is in 5 minutes. This was clearly a lie as both times has to call back 20 mins later. Staff were then very rude for up keep 'bothering' them. If they'd just told the truth we would happily have collected it. Food arrived pretty cold too!

We were offered a free pizza following a birthday banner they happened to notice at our house. Made & delivered completely free of charge and it the food was brilliant- one of the best pizzas we have had in Yate! They didn’t ask for any review or anything in return however their lovely gesture didn’t go unnoticed. We really enjoyed the food and will definitely be returning. What a lovely business. Thank you again!

I usually have a vegetable rogan josh which is always full of veg and tasteful. Not this time - 2 quarters of tomato, one small potato, a generous amount of broccoli and a more than generous amount of some green vegetable which tasted horrendous. Not be getting my custom any time soon!!!!

Ordered 1 pizza and chips, which took over an hour to arrive. When it did arrive there was no chips, the driver said he would notify the shop. Another hour passed still no chips, I gave up waiting and ended up cooking our own (which was for the best as they never arrived).

Do not order from these bunch of clowns. Waited an hour and 45 minutes before calling after seeing on the website that food had been marked delivered, was told by a rude man on the phone that order will be 10 minutes, 30 minutes later still no show. Called again and was told they will send it out now with free drinks which was an insult. The food finally turned up 30minutes later with without the drinks.

I don't really have any complaints about Spice 37, which makes the rating they have surprising. We have never been disappointed except for our first ever order, which was clearly an isolated incident. Since then we have always had great food and service. The delivery drivers especially are so nice. My only minor issue would maybe be the prices, they're not bad, but I wish was a little cheaper. A discount here or there wouldn't go a miss.

Ordered food online for delivery. Money shown as pending in account for balance, however Stated they are having numerous reports of issues with payments not reaching their accounts due to problems with FOODHUB. Could not process the order unless payment made for a second time and stated we should receive a refund for original order (no date given for when this would be processed) This resulted in ordering from a more reliable takeaway. Money then got taken out the following morning. The staff stated a refund would be sent out….. however no refund issues. This has been questioned twice with excuses from staff although it clearly states on their website to to contact the Spice37. The latest excuse was “all other customers have received their refunds so I don’t understand why you haven’t” Foodhub have been zero help. DO NOT USE!!!!

Absolutely lovely place to get takeaway from. Especially if you got an allergy. I’ve got an egg & nut allergy. Phoned up to check what I could eat. They gave me options, kept it separate to everything else and clearly labelled. The food was absolutely delicious from the pizzas to the curries. Even got an extra popadom. I couldn’t praise this place any more. Definitely recommend.

Considering they deliver from yate to winterbourne for a small amount the food is amazingly hot still taste great, thank you.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE Absolute shambles of a takeaway took 2 hours to to come when we ordered we was told 40 minutes then we rang hour and half later and was told 10 minutes half hour later rang again and then was told what do you want us to do about it and after wanted more then a free naan bread the manager then put the phone down on us because he didn’t want to deal with us absolutely unacceptable NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT 😡😡 they don’t have any care for there customers we will never order from them again the food when we finally got the food it was very inadequate and bland.

Wow, not had a take away from Spice37 for a long time. We just had our order, it was superb. Really piping hot food, which I've never had from anywhere. I had a burger, it was lovely and the chilli mayo was the best I've ever had. Not sure why they have a 3.6 rating, for me tonight, they were fabulous and the driver was super polite and friendly, I would highly recommend.....

Excellent experience! Ordered pizza for kids and curry with the trimmings for adults. All of it was lush! Best curry I’ve had in ages, will definitely order from here again!

Small portions not very nice atall

I tried this takeaway on two occasions. Both times they got the order wrong but wouldn't accept responsibility and the wrong food they did serve up was poor quality. I'm not sure if spoken English is their problem as I've never had any issue with wrong orders anywhere else. We all make mistakes but its their attitude that stinks. Horrible food and horrible customer service!

Chips portions are pathetic along with tiny dips. Meat dry maybe because it's stone cold! delivery 2 hours and worst of all the customer service of the staff.

Meh, it's okay. Hadn't ordered in years and decided to last week... Had the mixed chicken kebab in a garlic naan and curly fries. Curly fries were okay, bit dry. Kebab meat was nice but couldn't eat the naan as it was burnt round the edge and smelt funny (kind of old? Can't quite describe it).

Disgusting!!! Spice37 special kebab was vile, they put yesterday’s donor meat on it. The meat was rock solid.. avoid!!!

Avoid. Never received order. Ordered on Friday 9:55pm (25/03), 35 minutes before closing time. They accepted it and suspiciously marked it as delivered way too quickly. Tried to phone up when it was starting to feel like it's taking too long to receive the order but was ringing through (you'd think they'd have their number on for a few minutes after closing for enquiries about last orders). If there's not enough time to do the order, call me up or don't accept the order if it's too close to closing time. Don't try to rip me off and try to pocket the money without providing the food.

Was pleasantly surprised when ordering from Spice 37. Read a few reviews and had mixed feelings but gave it a go anyway as was curious around the Indians style kebabs. Glad I did was lovely. Food arrived well in time. Only downside I ordered a large which wasn’t very big but apart from that was very happy.

Just ordered from here for delivery. Took over an hour to arrive so burgers were luke warm. Ordered lamb doner on nan for £5.95 and received 3 thin slices on a pitta. The chicken tikka madras (£7.95) was more like madras soup, four pieces of chicken in a lot of sauce. Only good thing was large chips is ridiculously large.

Had a biriani off the cuff, don’t usually get a delivery. Nice food and faster than stated delivery. Chucked a couple of popadoms in for free which was a nice touch.

We ordered a vegetarian curry for myself and a lamb kebab for my husband, both were very tasty and good sized portions. Delivery was quick so a generally good experience

Really disappointed!! Used spice for years and it's just gone down hill! Ordered food at 7pm and its still not here at 8.50pm after ringing and they say its on the way when we live 5 mins up the road.. 15 mins later ring again and they say its still on the way! Not only that on my last order they left my salad out. Really poor.

Ordered Food from here tonight and I have too say It wasn't even fit for a dog let alone a human lamb doner very dry and the chicken doner was even worse food was cold and we only live 5mins away

Dreadfully inconsistent, so hit or miss. We used to order often but the exact same curry tastes totally different every other order. Far too oily as well. Also why give the option of a delivery time if you totally ignore it. I have had several pre orders arrive 40 minutes early.

A little late to arrive but that can always be forgiven with certain circumstances (Covid), delivery driver was very pleasant. Unfortunately food wasn't great. The Vegetarian Starter Combo didn't have any mushrooms in it, but the Pakora was nice. Jalfrezi unfortunately was crazy hot, hotter than the Rezzalla, it would be really helpful to know how hot dishes were when they are acquired heat levels. Jalfrezi didn't really have much flavor, you could just taste the onions and heat. Rezzalla was great though! Very flavoursome. Got an extra poppadom than ordered so definitely a 3/5 but with the speed, no mushrooms and unexpected heat with a jalfrezi couldn't give it more. Hopefully we'll have better luck next time as I think it was just luck, food looked alright just have lots left over which we couldn't eat.

Fantastic pizza! I went for the large Mediterranean (wish I went for the extra large it was so nice) Staff are very friendly and polite, a good selection of vegetarian pizza. I'm looking forward to trying the others.

Is our go-to place for Indian food. We're not very adventurous so we get a korma, tikka, mushroom rice and garlic naan pretty much every time. Always get given free poppadoms with some nice dips too! Friendly service, delicious food. It's always busy so they must be doing something right!

I cant complain about the food as it as always been excellent sadly is now the minimum cost of food for takeaway which as gone from £30 to £50 which is ok if your in a big family order but when theres only 2 of you it ridiculous especially in the situation we are all in at the moment i hope they dont lose to many customers over this but they definitely lost 2 here for the foreseeable future

Absolutely disgusting attitude to long time customer who regardless of the bad food hygiene rating has been going back to support the shop! Never order/pick up from them again, time wasters. Delivery time should be around 60 min however we waited 2,5hours!! That's order worth £40.00!! Binned the food because we already has something out the fridge and under no circumstances they would accept refund!! That's again attitude towards long time customer who supported the shop even while the food hygiene rating was poor!!!!

I work in an office at night in yate so often looking for nearby takeaways. I've ordered twice for pizza which was nice and a curry which was nice too. And prices aren't too bad either and decent delivery times. I'd recommend

Stopped in while on a break. Glad I did, the food is very tasty, definitely one of the best kebabs I've had. They were very busy when I went but it was a Friday evening. The reason why its 4 stars and not 5 is because of the portion size, it needed a bit more meat. Other then that one happy customer who will be returning.

Very disappointed. Food arrived after 75 mins and was completely stone cold. The kebab had none of the salad I asked for. The cheesy chips had barely a sprinkle of cheese on them, and I asked for Choc Brownie Ben and Jerrys but was given vanilla hagen dazs instead.

Not from this area so only can try a random take out once but I am very pleased to have found this kebab house got a mix donna on a garlic nan not only was it cheaper then where an from but it was the best I've had the meat is all marinated please just try it you wont be disappointed

Still reheating the takeaway and having it after few days lol. Fresh food, delayed in my delivery but added extra coke for that. Chicken tandoori was not to my taste but everything else was good.

Just paid 9.95 for what is basically a pile of onions. Could nt find the chicken and then realised it was shredded Cheapskates..you can catch me once but you won't get me again

Had a mixed meat and chips for the 3rd time.and yet again hardly any meat .portions have been getting smaller for a while now. Orderd chilli sauce told when collected it was on there but couldn't taste or see it. Popadoms were dry and warmed up. Used to be really good food and service but won't be using them again

I've ordered here for a year now on some weekends everytime when I order they give me the opposite like I order 2 can or coke and they give me one big bottle and I ask for mayonnaise or chilli in my kebab they end up just putting one sauce in the bag and delivery oh my days very very long longest I've waited was 2hrs and shortest was 1hr and 20 min never ever again will I order here they don't care about what they give they just put in the bag and hand it to delivery drive as long they get the cash that's all they want spice 37 I don't recommend to any one
