Sphinx grill in Epsom and Ewell

Absolute diabollickle a shambles, food never turned up, not a phone call they didn’t even answer my call or never responded to it, total waist of time, a work force full of terrible service don’t spend your hard earned money on these waste of space no body’s pure waste of time use anywhere else but here

So we just moved to Ewell, thought we’d try Sphinx instead of Epsom grill for a change... first time round, amazing! As a gluten intolerant vegetarian, the vegetarian kebab was amazing. Expensive but the bread came separate and my box was so full of yummy veggies I wouldn’t have cared for it anyway, I was so full! I was so excited to have found a place that did veggie kebabs just as good, if not better than epsom grill (which are LOADED and HEAVY)... anyway, loved it so much was instant that the next Friday we don’t try somewhere new but order from there again, and to my surprise a box so light and full of nothing turned up the 3 other people I was with all offered me their salad as they felt so bad for my measly kebab... about a table spoon (if that) of veggies, and a salad that was so small I could see the bottom of the box through... picked up box expecting it to be heavy (like last time) to find a light and half empty box. Wonderful... I had paid a fiver for a table spoon of veggies and a sprinkling of lettuce. Don’t bother. If the consistencies are this great go to epsom grill... was left hungry and in a bad mood. What a disappointment!

Order of lamb donor and small chips delivered cold and 30+mins late ,try else where ! No food tonight then

Ordered 2 hours 10 minutes ago on deliveroo. Supposed to be delivery in 40 minutes. I called after an hour and they said it was cooked and about to be picked up by delivery driver. I called again at 1 hour 45 minutes to be told its on the grill and coming soon. I called at 2 hours 10 mins to be told its left. Which is it? Has it left? Has it been cooked? How cold is it now? Deliveroo says its been delivered... No food here. Not trustworthy! Ridiculous. Order if you want to be hungry! I'd like to review the food but it hasn't arrived.

Too many times now the order has been incomplete when we've got it home but the added insult is that we get charged for food we don't have, and even charged for more expensive food than we've got! i.e large of everything when we've ordered small. Not a way to keep repeat custom. Won't be ordering again, fed up with the poor service and being ripped off.

Food was massively undercooked, when I called 2 mins after the food had been delivered to complain and ask for money back they told me it would be an hour minimum for them to come back and if I wanted it quicker then I would have to go and collect it. I had to then drive there to take the food back and collect my money and got no apology! Was our first time trying them out and was absolutely disgusted! Will most definitely not be going back!

Decent food. Ordered the sphinx grill and defo get a good amount of food for the money. Not too pricey either

Ordered from their website and some dishes didn't arrive and our lamb dish was substituted for chicken. when queried their answer was 'oh the website is wrong' or 'we didn't have any ...' but as it was an online order they could have contacted us, wont be going back!

Sphinx is my favorite halal food,always fresh and clean,tastes great,delivery always on time I would recommend this place if u love halal.kebabs.etc
