This is our first visit and we are very pleased with food and the atmosphere. The service was great as well. We enjoyed our meals and we will visit again. The pistachio tiramisu is very delicious.

FAB-U-LOUS! As one of a birthday lunch group of 30(inc.10 littlies), I was amazed and highly impressed by the hospitality, professionalism, friendliness and efficiency of all the staff … and I found the food exceptionally well presented and DE-LI-CIOUS! It was all the more impressive because there was no set menu, so everyone was ordering random items off the menu,, including vegan options, and there did not appear to be any unusual delays. Loved it! Thanks to all.

I recommend this restaurant. The dishes are delicious, the staff very friendly, the service fast. There were 6 of us with a baby. What more could you ask for?

Restaurant has a great atmosphere. However, we didn't enjoy the food much. The cold meze we had was average tasting. The meat cutlets with pistachio was bland lacking deliciousness and had too rich beef gravy that was too overpowering. Service charge is included too.

We were a party of 6 on a Saturday. We were given a table for 6 just to the right as you come in. The food was fantastic throughout. Really unique food with plenty of flavour. The table itself was in a great position in the outside terrace area away from everyone else so we could enjoy the atmosphere. We were served by 4 different waiters who all had a great sense of humour and really made our party laugh. We were there for 2.5 hours and never felt rushed. Had a great time and would definitely come back. Thanks 👍

Last night was the second time we eat in this restorant. The food is extraordinary!! I didn’t took fotos from the starters. We had houmous , falafel, tabule, scallops and burek and everything was sooo deliciouse !! Highly recommend !

We patronised Cappadocia Restaurant in Epsom for the first time this evening and we were very impressed. We booked very last minute but we arrived and our booking was in place and we were greeted by many staff as we were being shown to our table. The service was quick and friendly. We loved the food, it was delicious and well presented. We feel that we got our money’s worth and left full and satisfied. We will definitely be returning.

Can’t say enough about the food as I didnt get to try it. Service is horrible had to walk out as every 2 minutes we were being rushed to order and had rudeness when we kept saying we are not ready. Horrible service

Lovely external seating area which I booked as an afterthought and got an almost immediate response. Very warm day but the windows were opened to allow a through breeze but minimise the traffic noise. Good choice of food and knowledgeable and attentive staff for whom service seemed to be a pleasure. Made to feel very welcome and had our queries about the types of food on the menu answered very enthusiastically.

I had dinner here last night. I am ceoliac and have to have a gluten free diet. The food here was excellent with great gluten free choices and the staff had a great knowledge of gluten free food. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I will definitely be back.

We have been to Cappadocia several times and it never falls short, always pleasant and friendly staff when you arrive and throughout your meal. Food is lovely and, on this occasion when my wife ordered the wrong meal, they were happy to swap for what she actually wanted. Couldn't fault them in any way and would certainly go back!

The food was amazing. But the service was top tier. Such friendly people and could tell they genuinely care about their customers. We will be coming back not only for the lovely food but the wonderful staff. Thank you!

Just arrived in Epsom and was very hungry, and this place was nearby and looked very nice. The food were great but I think a bit expensive for the price. Especially the Octopus, only get 2 tentacles for £12 something if not mistaken. The staff were pleasant and friendly and the service were quiet fast.

Food was good as usual. The lunch meal options have gone up in price but still quite good value. Disappointing to be charged for what is usually free bread…you get the same basket with 5 people as for 2 people. We asked for more bread and were surprised to be charged for it. It’s a small thing but annoying, especially as it wasn’t made clear to us.

Unfortunately however the food was very average and the octopus dish was a ridiculously small portion for the price. Service: 3/5 There is nothing to shout about regarding the service here. They were not particularly personable or friendly, and provided a basic level of attentiveness and table service. When we provided requested feedback to the waiter mentioning that we were not happy with the octopus' he kind of laughed and brushed it off, which was very disappointing. Food & Drink: 2.5/5 We ordered a few dishes from their mezze menu to share, to start off with a positive there were a few dishes that were okay - Sigara Böreği (Traditional Turkish Cheese Cigar), chips and the Bolu Manti. However we thought the quality and portion size of the octopus dish was outrageous! Octopus is one of our favourite dishes to order and this is unfortunately one of the worst we have had. Location & Travel: 4/5 Prime location in the centre of Epsom High Street. A stones throw from Epsom Train station and parking available at many car parks with limited on street parking. Cost: £ - ££££ £££ - Not overly expensive however for the food portion sizes and the quality of taste, it felt it, but only for this reason. Overall we didn't feel there was a sense of value for the money spent.

Cappadocia never disappoints, the food is always on point no matter your mood and it may be a top 2 friendliest staff and it’s not 2. Hassan will always look after you!

I went here for the first time at the weekend, with two other family members to celebrate my birthday. Spent four lovely hours eating some amazing foods, with such great flavours and drinking lovely cocktails. The service by ALL the staff was amazing. They were very polite and very helpful. We would highly recommend to family and friends.

There was so much food! I won't need to eat for a week. It all tasted amazing as well. The staff all seem to enjoy working there so are more attentive than many restaurants.

Very happy with our visit ! We arrived a little later in the evening but the restaurant was super accommodating. Service was top notch, food was amazing. I had a fillet steak which was delish and cooked to perfection, i requested medium rare and was very happy. My friends had monkfish and seabass, and the mixed grill. All of us were super pleased. Staff were lovely, served with a smile fist time here and will definitely return in the near future. Thanks Capadocia !

Amazing food and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had the set menu for two and and there was plenty to eat, probably enough for three. Starters were served with lovely bread. Main course of mixed grill was a good selection with salsa type salad and the baklava with pistachio ice cream simply divine! Lovely people. Thoroughly recommend and would visit again.

Quite a big restaurant with outdoor seating and nicely decorated. Even though there was not much choice for vegetarians, the aubergine and falafel dish I had was very tasty. My friends dishes were also appetising and good size portions. They also have a belly dancing night with Turkish music every Thursdays which is a nice experience. I would've given it 4 star for the atmosphere but it was too noisy and we had to at times shout to hear each other.

This is our second time here (because we live so far away BUT it was our No.1 choice when we knew we were visiting Epsom. We had the shared set menu which is divine. All the food looks great. Homemade lemonade was delicious too. Thank you for a truly scrumptious lunch. The staff are really friendly too 😊

Cappadocia Epsom is a familiar place for me and one I have eaten at on a few occasions. It didn't disappoint today. Lovely Sea Bream from the lunch menu and my friend really enjoyed the Chicken Shish. Friendly staff, relaxing, comfortable. Lovely place for lunch.

Very good food and lovely atmosphere. Generous portions and would recommend it. We had a table booked and we were made to feel very welcome as it was my son’s birthday.

Very tasty food, the selection pf both hot and cold meze was delicious, interesting and appealing menu, the staff was attentive, warm and kind. Nice terrace overlooking the square. I would definitely recommend this place and I will visit again if I need to go back to Epsom.

Continues to be as good as ever !

We have eaten here a few times now and it just isn't cutting it for us. We go back each year in hope of an improvement. It's always busy, waiters are all over the place and not in sync.. but must point out they are all friendly and polite. Their sister restaurant in Kingston is the next level... hands down 10 times better in terms of its authenticity, and their dishes are FULL of Flavour...The menu at Epsom is not expansive enough and rather bland.We walked away underwhelmed. :-(

Visited with my wife for lunch after reading really positive reviews and sadly we left feeling really let down. The restaurant its self is lovely, beautifully decorated, music playing but not too loud, we were directed to a table under what appears to be an out door canopy which majority of the customers were sitting in, unfortunately the table we were seated at was over the other side from the heaters and there was a very cold draft coming down, as my wife did not want to sit with her coat on we asked politely to be moved , the waiters first response was 'can't you just move to the seat next to you' (we were seated at a table of 4) but quickly offered to move us inside to a table in the corner when I declined for my wife to move 1 foot over , well it was clearly the corner of we are just going to forget about you! we ordered from the set lunch menu, and as soon as we had ordered the waiter reached over our heads to clear wine glasses etc from the table, no excuse me just cleared the table, my starter arrived and was really quite nice, my wife's on the other hand was luke warm and bland, not once were we asked how the food was only coming over to clear the table after we had finished again not asked how the food was, a little wait for the mains, I ordered the fish, very over cooked and what my wife ordered was frankly un edible! as the waiters barely looked in our direction it was hard to get their attention, but they were more than happy to heap attention on to 2 table to the back left of us, who clearly were regulars! even rushing to get them the wifi password at one point! when our mains were collected the waiter did ask why my wife had not eaten much, she said she didn't like it and he just walked off, asked for the bill which they were more than happy to get to us in super fast time, to see a 12.5% service charge applied, I am more than happy to pay service and would normally tip more than this, but to pay a service charge for non existent service is a joke! food at best average, service just not up to par, only saving grace its a beautiful restaurant.

Parla Karakaya 9 year's old the food here is freshly made and is extremely delicious the waiters are very kind and helpful it's a very beautiful place to sit and relax so this restaurant is extremely recommended.

Thank you for a delicious meal on Friday evening. The food, staff and service were all excellent. We visited as a party of 7 for Cyril’s birthday treat and I can honestly say the birthday boy and us all had a very enjoyable evening.

We came here for a family meal and were mostly impressed with the kind and attentive service, although the food was also very good. I have had better Turkish food but there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and we all enjoyed it a lot.

Fantastic lunch. The food, ambience and service are all great. We sat in the closed in outside patio area which was very pleasant.

Visited at 8.00 pm on a Saturday evening. We were delayed by 15 minutes but we called ahead to advise the restaurant. As we had to wait about 10 mins for a table on arrival, it was evident that our original table had been 'given away'. We were seated in the 'front terrace' which has very tight seating and table arrangements. Service was very slow and it seems as if they have a policy of keeping the front terrace full; no doubt to advertise the 'popularity' of the venue to passers by. I noticed that there were several unoccupied tables in the rear of the restaurant throughout our visit. Despite the slow service the food was very good and when you had their attention, the staff were pleasant and engaging. What particularly spoilt the experience was the groups of young, loud customers who regularly used offensive language and evidently didn't care about the effect their behaviour was having on other diners. They were so loud and aggresive, that a conversation with fellow table companions was very difficult. If you are looking for a pleasant evening with good Turkish food at a reasonable price; avoid Cappedocia at weekends and ask to be seated in the main body of the restaurant, not the front terrace.

We’ve just enjoyed a lovely dinner at Cappadocia. The service was delightful - attentive but not invasive. The ambience was buzzing, but not too much. The food was delicious. We thought that the menu was varied & interesting, and everything we ordered was tasty, full of flavour, and fresh tasting. Even the bread was next level good. To start we shared the appetiser lamachun and the manti. Both were very enjoyable and generous. There were other things on the menu I’d love to try, such as the octopus. For the main we ordered a mixed grill and a couple of meze to share. The meze options we chose were the prawns and the hummus with lamb. My husband who doesn’t normally eat hummus really enjoyed the smoky, light flavour and texture of the lamb with hummus, and the garlic sauce coating the prawns was divine. The prawns were perfectly cooked. For our mains it was a good decision to share the mixed grill as it gave us a sample of lots of different dishes so that we would know what to order next time. The portion size is generous which is appealing in this age of cutbacks and ‘shrinkflation’. It’s nice to feel you are getting excellent value for money. My favourite on the mixed grill plate was the lamb. My husband adored the kofte. We shared a bottle of house wine and were too full for pudding. We will definitely return. Great location for a date night, or dinner with friends. I hope that they will continue to keep things as they are in terms of menu & portions, as they have a very appealing restaurant on this basis.

Another tasty meal at this friendly restaurant. I requested the Ezme salad ( spicy) which Chef Ridvan provided even though it isn’t currently on the menu. It makes a great accompaniment for the rich chicken livers. My husband’s lamb shank was beautifully cooked and fell off the bone. Lovely food always. We will be back again soon

A lovely spot for dinner. We visited on a Friday night, so the restaurant was quite busy but, this never affected service and the staff were all so friendly. Ordered the set menu which I would recommend to anyone who doesn't know what they want as there is a lot to choose from.

If I could give 11 out of 10, I definitely would. We went there to celebrate my mum's birthday and everything was fabulous, from the food to the service. The icing on the cake was when the staff sang her a happy birthday at the end, which was unexpected. I can't wait to go back!

I’d avoid Cappadocia Epsom. The chairs are very low in comparison to the tables, it wasn’t a very comfortable seating position at all. In fact they had to get cushions for the children to prop them up Family of 5 - only 4 of us ate. 2 kebabs, 2 kids meals. The chicken shish was nice. Well cooked. Fresh salad. Chargrilled peppers. The lamb shish was inedible. Every piece of lamb was very fatty, sinews of fat in every piece/bite. See pic The kids pizza didn’t have much tomato just basically cheese. It was a bit of a mess. See pic My son’s burger was adequate. We only popped in for lunch and it was £80.04! Overall the general quality. Value and presentation was poor. Could have spent £30 and got better kebabs from Legend Kebabs

Had a delicious christmas eve dinner at cappadocia with my family. Lovely food and lovely service! I enjoyed the salmon dish.
