Food was good, have been here previously under different management & it was significantly better but no complaints really there. We went for a friend’s birthday bottomless brunch & were pushed at the end to say how long we’d be staying for as the table was for 90 minutes and no longer, despite most of us under the impression it was 2 hours. The main problem was the worker Alex, him among other male waiters & kitchen staff made a point of hovering around our table (of 7 females) and staring which proved to be uncomfortable, although Alex claimed he was trying to keep a close watch on a female waitress who was serving us, presumably because she’s new or inexperienced. He was stood around some point of the table for a large majority of the time we were there & was openly rude to a lot of us, making completely unnecessary and unkind comments. It should be noted their main menu & main drinks menu are both extensive, however the bottomless brunch menu consists of only 4 main course options & 6 cocktails.

The best Mediterranean restaurant I've been to. Delicious food, good size portions and a lot of interesting options (including seafood & veggies) on the menu. My partner and I both agreed we wouldn't have changed a single thing about the food. Also, very stylish place and great service.

We came here for a bottomless brunch and loved it! The food was amazing, the drinks were so quick and lovely and Erhan was our waiter, he done everything he could to make us feel welcome and he even let us pick some songs! Would definitely recommend!

Small portions. Whilst the service and waiters were fine, that doesn’t justifying the portion vs price. Have been to the competition in N Cheam and the long time veteran in Kingston and they do give bang for the buck. I left feeling that given they are counting pennies when they could easily be winning big business Gents, fill the plate and they will come .

We really enjoyed the decor, food and the staff were friendly. I had the salmon and prawn Shish and it was really tasty and my fiance enjoyed the mixed grill. There were plenty of meat, fish and veggie options.

Had a really tasty meal. I had ribeye steak and it was cooked perfectly, my partner had salmon and prawn kebab and she said it was tasty. We had baklava to finish and that took a bit too long to arrive, but the restaurant was busy... once it arrived it was worth the wait.

Recently went as part of a work evening dinner for a group of 20-25 people. Logistically I know this is always not easy but although certain people’s food came a little later, service was polite and our orders were double-checked before they arrived. Portions are good value for money. The only caveat I’d point out is that the menu is marketed as more pan Mediterranean than specifically Turkish (you’ll find Greek dishes on there too), but that’s of course understandable given that the restaurant would need to cater to a more anglicised clientele.

What a gem of a place. Popped in unannounced and was greeted immediately by the staff and was given a table. Super service, team very friendly and actually take the time to talk to you dispute them being busy. I ordered the mixed grill and couldn’t finish it, it was huge and tasted amazing, in-fact the best I’ve ever tasted. This is a must to visit you won’t be dissapointed.

Lovely restaurant. Beautiful interior, and friendly enough staff. Food was nice we had the shared platter for starter between 4 people and then various kebabs etc as a main. Nice food reasonable price and gave a student discount which is a bonus. Definitely worth a visit

This restaurant has become one of my favorites in the Epsom area. The food was delicious and came in generous portions. I couldn't even finish my main course, the chicken thigh shish, after starting with a lentil soup and their delicious warm bread. I also enjoyed a beautifully presented non-alcoholic cocktail. The prices were reasonable, and we paid the same amount for our meal as we did at a Japanese restaurant the day before, but here the portions were bigger. We also really liked the interior and the fact that the tables were spaced apart, giving us a more private dining experience. The table by the window where we were sitting was well separated from the others, which was especially important to us. Many restaurants these days have tables placed too close together, making it hard to enjoy a meal without overhearing other people's conversations. The waitstaff was also very friendly and attentive, adding to the great experience we had.

Absolutely loved it, the food was fantastic, the staff were amazing and they even did baby Guinness 🤣. I'd definitely go back and would recommend to anyone.

2nd time at this fantastic restaurant. Had a great night for son’s 18th birthday. He said the swordfish was delicious! The food is amazing and always cooked to perfection and even my grandsons loved the choice of the children’s menu. Staff are friendly, polite and very attentive. Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely meal at Koza, great service and delicious food. The lamb shank fell off the bone. The lamb casserole was full of flavour.

I have seen this place on Instagram and local Facebook page. I think newly open place in Epsom. We went there with few mates. Food was awesome! Cocktails price is OK. Atmosphere was great! I really enjoyed my lamb shish kebap and prawn cocktail. I think it is great place for special events booking.

Good location and interior. The staff were friendly but not attentive. Food was over priced in comparison to portion size and taste. We found this eatery in pursuit of finding a new (not literally but more like where we haven’t been) place for our friends meet up. We chose this place as the menu met our taste palette and their variety of vegetarian options as one of us is a vegetarian. The non-alcoholic drinks were extortionately priced… I would’ve understood if it was something mind blowing, but it was very basic. The service wasn’t attentive at all, they kept pestering for placing the order since we sat down, then got the order wrong. The food tasted OK… but again pricing was very high. You have plenty of Turkish/Mediterranean cuisine options around which would be a much better option

I have heard such good things about the restaurant I couldn’t wait to try it. Stunning restaurant, love the decoration and relaxed Mediterranean feel. Our waitress was helpful when we couldn’t decide what to order, the food was delicious and so much of it. Very reasonably priced. We also got Turkish delight when paying the bill which was a nice touch as you don’t get that many places any more. Service charge also wasn’t added to the bill which is also rare nowadays(we still left 12% as it was very much well deserved) We will definitely be back

On the Bank Holiday, 26 August 2024, I was part of the family group who celebrated my niece’s 40th Birthday Lunch at Koza bar/restaurant. It was a joyous occasion, and I was very impressed with the 5-Star service extended to us by Olga, our waitress, who went the extra mile to ensure that our food orders, and drinks were received to our satisfaction. Suffice to say, all our meals were absolutely delicious, and so were the drinks. I will not hesitate to recommend Koza bar/restaurant to friends and acquaintances.

I was very much looking forward to visiting Koza as I’d heard great things! I visited midweek with 2 friends and it was fairly quiet when we arrived & we were directed to a table, the first thing I noticed was how unwelcoming and unfriendly the staff appeared to be, but I thought I’d give it the benefit of the doubt at that point. We went on to order food and again, no smiles or friendliness from the staff. Our mains came and we were offered sauces but they never arrived, and had to ask multiple times for them & more drinks - that was after waiting what seemed like forever to get their attention. I would understand if the place was super busy but it was not. our mains were supposed to come with salad but only one of us had salad, when we asked about it they came with one more?! Strange. It was almost as though once you were seated you were forgotten as we were not asked how our meal was etc. The place itself is decorated beautifully and there was a violinist playing which was lovely. Food was delicious too. However, the service really did let it down, I won’t return again will go somewhere else next time.

First time visiting here with my 2 friends, It is a lovely place and well looked after, however was met with unfriendly nature of the staff which my friends and I all commented on. As soon as we entered we were just pointed to our table, the greeting felt short and unwelcoming to say the least! The service was horrific and staff were very flat and disengaged, which wasn’t called for as we are friendly people. We had to ask multiple times for sauces and drinks as we were completely ignored. Didn’t even get asked if the food was ok or if we needed anything else whilst we were eating. We almost felt like a complete nuisance as if we shouldn’t be in there! This place either seriously lacks customer service or they just pick and choose who they want to be welcoming to. The only positive is that the food is delicious, couldn’t fault it! Unfortunately the customer service doesn’t align.

We totally lucked out here, wonderful food, wonderful atmosphere and a live violin player during our meal 🥰 So happy, I need to find out when their live music nights are so I can become a regular. Absolutely amazing place and so glad we tried it.

Everything was pretty good. Menu very expensive for what it was. Around £18 for a chicken shish with rice and basic salad. Cocktails £12. We did get a complimentary shot of pink liquer though and my friend was bought out a scoop of ice cream with little baklava for her birthday. Alex waited on us along with others. He was friendly, welcoming and attentive yet the others seemed quite flat. I would not return though as food was average yet priced too high and it just lacked any real atmosphere.

Such a shame! I’ve always had a nice experience here but tonight was no good at all. I walked in and was treated like royalty. It was my friends birthday and she was offered nothing. Fine, they don’t have to, however, it was mentioned by the waiter. Towards the end of our meal, a waiter came over to ask if we needed anything else, we asked for two cocktails and were told absolutely not as we only had 10 mins left until he had another party to claim the table. We were never shown a desert menu, nothing. Why ask us if we wanted anything else when all you wanted for us to ask for is the bill? So so rude. Also treated a training staff member as if she was incompetent and mute. Just not nice.

I was looking for a place where I thought my wife would be happy for our wedding anniversary and this place made sense for both the food and the ambience. Mr Umut reserved a nice table for us with this in mind. In addition, the service staff were also very nice people and their service quality was very high. The food was very tasty. The chefs prepared really well marinated meats in the required consistency. Turkish restaurants are unrivalled when it comes to food, and this place proved that they are unrivalled in the same way. The ambience of the place is a combination of both the turquoise and green of the Turkish Riviera and the Victorian architecture, which is a very nice synthesis. The ambience makes you feel relaxed. Finally, they are very respectful to the customer about the bill. When you like the service, they leave the option of giving a tip to the customer to honour them. (Unfortunately, many places act on your behalf and add a 10% service charge to the bill, which is very rude behaviour). They have earned my appreciation in this respect as well. They are also very affordable. They offer this quality of service and food at an affordable price. After all these positive thoughts, I would definitely recommend this place. I appreciate them.

We celebrated birthday with few friends, party of 4 people. We had an amazing time, the atmosphere was lovely and the staff has made it truly special. Thank you, Alex, and the team for a lovely evening. I can't wait to come back again.

I went to Koza bat kitchen with my son who had seen it and was interested to try it ou6. We were impressed by the menu and decided to each order a starter and main and share each of them. The mussels were delicious then we had swordfish and a fruity goats cheese salad. All the food was very good and portions were large. The staff were friendly and attentive and the atmosphere relaxing. The interior was attractive. Following our meal we both agreed we would go again and look forward to it. Lovely place which I can highly recommend, suitable for eating with friends and family. Try it out for yourself.

Came here on a Friday lunch time. We enjoyed their 2-course set menu for lunch of humous and shakshuka with warm and soft pitta - so delicious! I then had the chicken wings and my partner had the kofta. Again, very delicious: cooked to perfection! We will definitely be returning, perhaps for dinner. Highly recommend this place.

First time at this restaurant after reading reviews, They went above and beyond all my expectations! Such a calm environment, the staff are very efficient, responsive and attentive to customers. We booked a table for 5 and we were celebrating a colleagues birthday, they celebrated with us too! The food is out of this world! Very tasty dishes straight from the grill. The desserts were really good! I had sticky toffee pudding, the texture of it was very light and velvety and made fresh! I also tried other desserts which were just as good. You have gained a regular customer, will surely be back for more !! Our waitress was so bubbly its a shame i didn’t catch the name. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Five of us went for a friends birthday. We had the brunch which was fabulous. Apart from the dessert which was served all on one little plate. Was five tiny soggy bits of baclava and just one scoop of icecream in the middle. The starter and main were filling but one scoop of icecream to share between five people was a bit strange. It would be better to give everyone a tiny baclava and a scoop of icecream each served in their own bowls or individual plates. Service was fantastic. The waiting staff were fun and the atmosphere and decor were fantastic.

Went to Koza last night to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, fantastic. All of the staff are so friendly and attentive and this gives Koza a great vibe. They have an extensive cocktail list, all served with great style, also a very good drinks menu. The food was superb, expertly cooked and beautifully presented, a large meat and fish selection is available and I can fully recommend the grilled Octopus starter and trio of fish main dish, also the Kleftiko, this made for a great dining experience. I cannot rate this restaurant highly enough and although this was our first visit it will definitely not be our last. If you are in Epsom, give it a try, I as sure that you will not be disappointed.

We went here yesterday for the three course bottomless brunch for a friend’s birthday. Everything was brilliant! Delicious food, great service and amazing cocktails. We all thought it was the best bottomless brunch we’d ever been to and we’ve been to a lot 😁 I can’t wait to get back here to try out other things on the menu.
