First time visiting here with my 2 friends, It is a lovely place and well looked after, however was met with unfriendly nature of the staff which my friends and I all commented on. As soon as we entered we were just pointed to our table, the greeting felt short and unwelcoming to say the least! The service was horrific and staff were very flat and disengaged, which wasn’t called for as we are friendly people. We had to ask multiple times for sauces and drinks as we were completely ignored. Didn’t even get asked if the food was ok or if we needed anything else whilst we were eating. We almost felt like a complete nuisance as if we shouldn’t be in there! This place either seriously lacks customer service or they just pick and choose who they want to be welcoming to. The only positive is that the food is delicious, couldn’t fault it! Unfortunately the customer service doesn’t align.

Amazing service, great cocktails and fantastic food! Been to Koza a few times over the past year and never disappointed - a must visit!

We went here yesterday for the three course bottomless brunch for a friend’s birthday. Everything was brilliant! Delicious food, great service and amazing cocktails. We all thought it was the best bottomless brunch we’d ever been to and we’ve been to a lot 😁 I can’t wait to get back here to try out other things on the menu.

Lovely and delicious place! Came on a sunny Sunday and enjoyed sitting on their outside area. We got the set menu with cold and hot starters and meat, absolutely incredible, specially the hummus and the chicken. Staff was super helpful, quick and polite, great service!

This restaurant had been recommended to me months ago! I wish I hadn’t waited so long To visit. When I say I’ve been dreaming about the lamb ribs because they were so good. I went on a Thursday night. The staff where friendly and polite, They didn’t rush me and my friend as we are really indecisive when it comes to ordering. I have to say the passion fruit mojito cocktail was one of the best I’ve ever had. My friend ordered the lychee martini and also so it’s the best lychee martini she’s had. The food was just exceptional. Flavours on flavours.. I will definitely be returning so that I can taste more of the menu items. (but not before I eat the lamb ribs again lol) The restaurant is a lovely place really nice decore. Really random but I also loved the toilet decore. Thank you Koza Kitchen see you again soon 😁

Recently had a family evening meal at this gem of a restaurant. The ambience and decor were truly awesome. I chose the mixed grill and the meats were varied and delicious. The service was outstanding and our table waiter David was personable, attentive and helpful. The staff were polite and friendly and they all contributed to a most pleasurable dining experience, thank you. Highly Recommended.

Good service and lively atmosphere, but I’m sorry to say the food has gone down hill. The fish in the seafood guvec were over cooked, the spicy sausage starter was too basic (4 slices of sausage served with a tiny amount of rocket and hard tomato) and the baklava was mainly ice cream. Huge shame because it was great food last time we visited, a few months ago.

Our first visit based upon a Turkish brother's recommendation. The humus with lamb shavings was first rate served with Turkish bread. My wife enjoyed the fresh Moukes Marinaire aa a starter. My mixed grill was substantial the meat was full of flavour and tender. Possibly the best quality Turkish grilled food I can recall enjoying. The lamb chops my wife ordered were succulent and delicious. A 10/10 for the food. Friendly owner Idris and his team. We very much forward to returning.

Had no idea what to expect as I popped in, as a sole eater, just after 9pm on a Saturday night, to a very busy place. They found a table, served speedily, the food was amazing and I cannot fault the place. Totally 5 stars…

Totally shambolic bookings / arrival system - when I arrived they seemed to have no record of our booking. I was sent to one table, the next two members of our group were sent to another, and the final member was sent to yet another! Not sure what they think makes their menu items worthy of being described as “seriously healthy” - it’s standard charcoal grill Turkish style food. Interestingly I had eaten at Capadocia just around the corner two days before so I was in a good position to compare the two. I had chicken shish at both. The Koza offering was considerably more expensive and MUCH less food. Instead of a decent bit of bread Koza gave me a wafer thin piece of what seemed like a Chinese pancake, a mound of bulgur that is half to two thirds of what you get at Capadocia, and no salad save for a bowl of salad the size of a child’s cereal bowl which we were told was for two people to share. (At Capadocia I could barely finish what was on the plate!) I asked for a latte, extra hot, and was brought a tepid drink. The waiter saw I’d drunk it really quickly and asked me if it had been hot. I said, “since you ask, no it wasn’t at all hot,” and he just laughed and walked away. I wondered if he’d bring another or maybe even take it off the bill but he did neither. The food was nice enough and my friends with the sea bass and imam bayildi were pleased enough, but I’d choose Capadocia next time. I won’t be going back!

Good is delicious. I had steak ribeye that was cooked to perfection. Lamb and chicken kebab pieces were scrumptious, even the rice was tasty. Houmus was lovely and the bread was fresh and soft. Cocktails 10/10. Staff were friendly from start to finish and the did not have to wait long for the food. 1st time I visited the restaurant and can’t wait to go back. The Mrs also rated this highly and the reviews I read were all positive and I agree with them all. Defo worth the visit.

Great boozy bottomless brunch for £40 per head including unlimited cocktails. Brilliant meze selection with fresh warm break , succulent chicken kebabs served up fresh salad. Delicious nutty, syrup baklav

Simple dishes cooked wonderfully, really delicious. There's a light-hearted, unpretentious atmosphere. The waiting staff all seemed lovely too. I think it shows when staff are proud of the food and the particular restaurant's culture they're involved with.

We have been twice and on both occasions would rate the restaurant as excellent.

INCREDIBLE place, we’re so lucky to have it! Second time in 3 weeks & brought some family from Yorkshire tonight. From food (omg those feta parcels & the chicken shish!! Unreal!!), service (all so friendly & helpful) & decor (even the toilets are ace LOL!) - they loved it as much as we do. It’s our new fave place to eat & we can’t wait to bring more family & friends to visit :o) thank you Tony & team! x

Food was very average here and bottomless brunch is pretty expensive. Having said that the cold mezze starter was really good with bread. Nice that the drinks are constantly topped up by the waiters but actual drinks were pretty average. Good atmosphere of others having bottomless too

We went for the bottomless at Koza and it was faultless. Amazing service (our glasses were never empty) and delicious food. We had a great time, felt we good value for money and a lovely time

We are so glad we finally tried Koza on Valentines night. It was everything I had hope it would be. I had calamari & salmon for main finishing with lemon cheesecake ! Everything was delicious! The service was outstanding & all the staff so friendly. The decor & atmosphere alongside great music not too quiet nor too loud & seeing the chefs working hard through the glass. The whole experience was really great. 100% we will be back. Thank you Koza Team Michelle x

Great lunch. We ordered 2 lunchtime specials and one meal from the main menu as well as a couple of other items from the main menu. 3 of us eating and we were all hungry so ordered the extras. All meals top notch with service to match.

We had dinner with family and this restaurant is New to Epsom. very good restaurant in Epsom friendly service and very good prices. You can also have a pre theatre dinner before your show in Epsom Play House

I was so disappointed- even looking forward to going here for ages! It is so pretty and looks so welcoming but I’m afraid my food was just awful. Plus we were so close to other tables. We were up the stairs at the back and could look right down on the couple on the lower level. I chose a Kozi Special and it arrived - a few bits of chicken though and over cooked veg floating in oil. Really rather unpleasant. So disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic place. You can’t beat it here. The food is out of this world. The atmosphere is lovely and welcoming. The staff here work so hard and they are so friendly. You need to try it. We are coming back here again soon. Edit: We came for a second visit tonight and we will tell all our friends about this amazing place. The lamb cutlets were absolutely delicious and the best my partner has ever had. I had the salmon with mash and asparagus and it’s the best salmon in a restaurant I’ve ever tasted. You can’t beat the food here, the atmosphere and the staff in this restaurant. The best place in epsom for a tasty and delicious meal.

We booked KOZA for a mid-week adult family meet up and we were not disappointed. Our food was excellent, the service was on point and the decor is really lovely too. We will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff who were very attentive and friendly :)

Really splendid atmosphere, packed on a Thursday night and they handled our table of 7 excellently well. Meat (plenty of vegan options too) was cooked perfectly and we'd highly recommend again. I went for the Lamb Shish and Bulgar Wheat, but thats the tip of the iceberg for a really varied menu; our party all loved their food. We were there prior to a theatre show, and live 25 minutes drive away with a host of local places we can go, but will be returning as we really loved it.The decor, the staff and the food made it a great experience.

Came here for a Birthday lunch celebration. We were a party of six. The welcome was warm. The service was great and the food fantastic. Everyone of us really enjoyed our visit. Don't hesitate to visit this lovely restaurant.

We booked this restaurant off the back of a recommendation for our team Christmas lunch and they were brilliant from start to finish, booking was easy and Tony was super helpful. On the day the service was amazing especially for a party of 54, food was delicious and everyone had a brilliant time. Would highly recommend!

We have been here a few times now and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The only thing better than the food and superb cocktails, are the staff! The food is authentic and consistently great and the cocktails are not to be missed. You are always greeted warmly and the waiters are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We come back whenever we can haha

We had a great experience here last week for my husband’s birthday. The food was excellent, the service was attentive and accommodating (we were a large group, one table of adults, one of kids). The team went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. Thank you Koza!

This is the 2nd time I have been to Koza and both times they have been great. The food taste wonderful and there is plenty of it but the cocktails were amazing!!! The service is spot on and they could not do enough for you. The first time we went was mid week in the evening and they had a violinist playing while we were eating, this added to the lovely experience. This is one of my favourite places to go and I will be back with friends again next week.

Highly recommend the Kozo Bar. Great atmosphere. The staff are lovely and really care that you are happy with everything. Food is exceptional. Will definitely visit regularly. This place is a little gem.

I have tried most restaurants in Epsom, Ewell & Cheam and my partner wanted to try somewhere different, so we decided to try Koza Bar Kitchen. I have spent nearly a year working in Istanbul and love Turkish food when it is cooked well. It was lunchtime, so we opted for one lunch menu with a starter which we both shared. The food was very good. We shared the Shakshuka for starters and had an Adana Kofte and Spicy King Prawns along with nice bread and spicy sauce for the main. It was enough for both of us. Service was great. It's off the main high street, so wasn't too busy. If you are in Epsom and fancy Turkish food I recommend it.

Food is good but the service is not great. You have to constantly try and get someone's attention to get a drink even when the place is not busy. They never come and ask if your meal is ok or if there is anything else...

Three of us went to Koza for lunch for the first time, we were greeted politely and asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside. As it was a lovely day, we decided to sit outside. We were all pleasantly surprised to find a lovely outdoor area. You could not fault the food or the service, and we would definitely go back. In fact I've said to my husband that we should go there for dinner as the tables inside look fantastic. I am sure the atmosphere is better in the evenings, that's not to say anything about lunchtime, as there was music playing in the background which was at a nice volume. The last thing to mention is that the price was reasonable.

Friendly from the start and service was excellent and intensive all throughout service. The food was of a very good quality also. Plenty of room at the table to dine in comfort. The restaurant is stylish to the culture of the cuisine and from outside looks small but when inside is surprisingly larger than expected. I will definitely be returning in the future

I visited Koza for the first time last night with a friend to belatedly celebrate my 50th birthday. The ambience was lovely and the service was great. The menu offers something for everyone and I look forward to trying one of their fish dishes next...

We really enjoyed the meal to celebrate our daughter's 18th. Our first time at Koza. We will definitely be back! Very attentive staff, delicious food and cocktails, great decor and ambience.

This was my second time coming to Koza, i went the first time with my friend who introduced me to it and so I thought I’d take my boyfriend there to show him it for his birthday. They made it really special for his birthday, the food was amazing as usual and the waiters were really nice. We will definetly be coming back this place is spectacular.

Updated: Increased the rating because the food was very good and service much better but a couple of things to be addressed… 5.95 for a pint but 4.50 for a half. Come on guys. I don’t expect a half to be half the price but that price difference is questionable at best. Also, solo diners should be able to reserve online. Solo diners also appreciate the reassurance of a booked table. —————— Food was decent, had the mixed grill. Chop was overdone but aside from that, decent. Let down by sloppy tardy front of house service. Wrong wine delivered. Minimal care even though very quiet. Staff more interested in cleaning glasses behind bar than being attentive. Then didn’t even get the bill correct. Left half of the order off the bill. Plenty of potential food wise but not up to the usual standard of service from a Turkish restaurant. Shame really.

Absolutely great place. The food was beautiful & plentiful. Very competitively priced too. We went with family, 2 young kids of 4, who the waiter spoke to, asked them for their order and really related to them. Made them feel special. He was brilliant. Not got a bad word to say about the place.
