Our takeaway Saturday night was absolutely shocking, currys tasted awful, and the naan bread we ordered was completely black on the bottom, certainly won't be using this place again.

We’ve used this take away for years , sadly if I could leave zero rate for the quality of our takeaway on Saturday night I would , we were really disappointed, prawn curry didn’t have a single prawn but some mild fish tasting congealed gristle fatty shapes , the chicken balti had 2 types of chicken meat mixed together , part off the bone part cubed but it felt like mixed together from separate dishes, the fish curry was watery with thick congealed sauce , there was no yogurt /mint sauce , we were left not eating it and sadly won’t be using again a waste of £40 .

was the worst ticket ever tasted tikka chicken was all dried up and did not taste like chicken neva again

Ordered a meal a week or two back for pickup. I've got to admit it was delicious, tikka masala was perfect, generous portions. Didn't have to wait long to receive, 0 complaints.

Food was cold and was not up to standard curry was little watery was the best food

Got quoted 16 pounds to give to the driver, when he arrived I had to give 20 - didn’t get told this on the phone. Poor communication. Then rang up to ask what was going on they were then rude to me on the phone. Food also arrived lukewarm

Ordered food for delivery.. waited over an hour then phoned to check on eta for them to tell me the food has been sat waiting for me to pick up and told me!! I didn't order it for delivery.. what an absolute joke I've always ordered from this place, won't be ordering again!!

Ordered a takeaway (collection) for the first time this evening. Food was very nice (chicken mirchi etc) and staff helpful & welcoming. I ordered and paid online via JustEat but JE add a cut for that. Next time I will phone it through and pay cash on collection as there is a free cashpoint next door. If you don't order online then you have to pay cash, but that's not a problem with the cashpoint only being next door. Overall very impressed. The chicken tikka I had with the tandoori mix starter was out of this world and the main meal was very good too. I think I've found my new regular takeaway!

Food below par . Over priced . Hardly seasoned. Cauliflower was the best part of the meal . Food arrived late. Not too hot either. I am devastated that I treated my family to this greasy ghee food and I'm not happy as previously mentioned that I paid nearly £40.00 for it .

The food was exceptional - so much flavour and spice, absolutely delicious! I had to wait a little longer than expected to collect my food but this was not a problem as the restaurant were happy to accommodate a request for something different. The staff were really friendly as well, which was an added bonus.

Sorry very disappointed having been told it was good well it’s not.ordered over the phone told it would be 45 minutes went to pick up and had to wait another 45mins very bad. And the food looked the same and was not a proper balti

I ordered for the first and last time from here tonight!!! Abysmal service, don't listen to your complaints, nor do the cater for VEGETARIANS. Along with the rest of my order, I ordered a masala sauce, and this wasn't an issue for them to do. When dishing up, I found a piece of CHICKEN! In the masala sauce. This was for a vegetarian! So they contaminated her food with chicken. I'm guessing they cooked the chicken tikka masala (I also ordered) with the masala sauce and did not sieve it out! Not only am I appalled by finding this in the food but by there service!! I spent over five minutes on the phone to the 'manager' who chose not to listen to what I was saying and continued to repeat my order back to me! No apology, no new one sent out, nothing!

The food was nice but was getting quite cold by the time we received our order. The delivery driver was apologetic and explained they were very busy.

Delivery is usually on time or late! Which is disappointing because we order regularly and just 5pm it’s mad that it takes two hours to get the food to us!

Had our first takeaway from here it was lovely big piece's of chicken and the gentleman serving was very helpful as my wife has allergies will be returning.

We really enjoyed the food last week the Bangalore chicken was beautiful sweet succulent and mildly spicey and so much flavour and with the mango included it was a nice touch 🤌🏻 my Lamb Tikka was also spot on as it usually is the naans were perfectly cooked as well and they also included free popadoms like they usually do the consistency of these guys and quality of the food imo is probably one of the best you’ll find in the Town thanks guys see you again 🔜

Really enjoyed my food the other night it was genuinely banging my Lamb Tikka Masala was beautiful the flavours in the sauce let alone the marinade on the Lamb Tikka itself is honestly on another level I also decided to try their Lamb Tikka meat by itself and honestly I really wasn’t disappointed it came with a crisp fresh salad which also had a nice wedge of lemon which was a nice touch my Keema Naan was also nice and soft pretty much perfectly how I like it I also ordered popadoms and they were even kind enough to include a few extra when I went to collect the gentleman the runs the place is always polite honestly a solid 10/10 I can’t fault them on anything they’re fast becoming my favourite Indian in Kidderminster to be honest thanks guys see you again soon

After ordering a regular balti to get a madras is not on.. I could only eat the first mouthful then the rest went in the bin... Your given a choice of 3 options... Obviously they decided which one I was getting... Not ordering from this place again.....

Order was over an hour late - over two hours we waited, on arrival food was cold. Spoke to restaurant and they didn’t care - shocking customer service !!

Always a great meal from here, nice staff, you can watch it being cooked. Good choice if currys and naans. Nice big pieces of chicken tikka not like other inferior places in kidderminster that has small bits of chicken tikka in the curry.

Really beautiful food again last night my korma was spot on and my keema rice was absolutely packed and the keema naan was nice too really like the spices and herbs in the meat itself also the flavours of the korma were spot on I just wish there was an option to pick either cream or coconut milk when you pick which meat and extras you want but maybe that’s something the restaurant could add in the future when I went to collect it was on time and the staff were friendly and polite can’t fault the food or service at all 5💫 thanks guys see you again 🔜

Really enjoyed my Lamb Tikka Masala last night the flavours were spot on the sauce was beautiful really thick rich and tangy like a good masala should be the lamb tikka was tender and whatever they marinade it in was delicious I ordered extra vegetables and was expecting some carrots and maybe some peas but to my surprise they were nice enough to add potatoes chick peas pretty much all the extras you could choose from which was a nice and was really appreciated my keema naan had a nice even spreading of keema in it and a good selection of herbs used within it and to top it off they were even kind enough to throw in like 3 free popadoms on top of what I’d already ordered definitely will be retuning 5/5 for food service and quality thanks guys see you again 🔜

We ordered 3 completely different different curry dishes. But they all tasted the same. We appreciated the kind gesture of sending complimentary popadoms, but is it necessary to send ones that are soft and stale. Onion bhaji’s were delicious.

Twice now we have had hair in our food. Chicken tikka masala had hardly any chicken. Order onion raita which tasted off to both of us. This place I used to think was decent. It's tragic at the moment

I do think the delivery charge was to much for being on spennells and also the service charge and a fee for paying cash. The delivery time and food was very good.
