Soul Vegan in Edinburgh, City of

Una de las mejores comidas de mi vida. La comida era muy sabrosa. Probablemente mi comida favorita esté en Edimburgo. Las texturas, lo dulce, lo agrio, lo salado, el umami. Golpeó todo lo que quería. El helado matcha fue la manera perfecta de terminarlo.

¡Qué lugar maravilloso! De principio a fin toda la experiencia fue increíble. Servicio maravilloso, comida impresionante, gran ambiente. Volveremos a visitar Edimburgo de nuevo y sin duda reservar aquí de nuevo!

Una joya de un restaurante; una necesidad para todos los comensales a base de plantas. Esta es la segunda vez que visito Soul Vegan con un amigo y es mi restaurante favorito para comer en Edimburgo. El restaurante en sí está muy bien decorado y acogedor, mientras que está limpio y cómodo. Recomendaría reservar con antelación, ya que parece llenarse muy rápido. Me gusta lo amable que es el personal en el restaurante y la atención al detalle en los platos reales. La comida es absolutamente deliciosa; he probado el tofu que es increíble. La última visita probé el cerdo falso con fideos salteados; este plato era fantástico. También he tomado los plátanos rebozados para el pudín; así que bueno! No puedo esperar para volver y recomiendo encarecidamente una visita.

Excelente comida, especialmente la sopa Tom Yam y la cosa con arroz azul. El servicio podría ser un poco más relajado - conseguimos nuestros entrantes muy rápido, luego conseguimos la red mientras yo todavía estaba comiendo mi entrante. El personal también un poco demasiado atento (dos camareros separados pidieron limpiar nuestros platos en el espacio de unos 2 minutos, y antes de que hubiéramos terminado) . Muy ocupado en un domingo por la noche, recomiendo reservar.

This place simply does not disappoint. Whether it is the speedy and friendly service or the beautifully laid out food that fulfills all your cravings, you must visit this place. There are a lot of vegan restaurants that boast being great, yet they lack the key ingredient: simply great food, without anything extra. For a vegan restaurant, I look for comforting flavours that deliver and make me and my tummy happy. I have finally found a place I can openly recommend to everyone. Reasonable prices, great services, friendly atmosphere and food you can actually be happy with. I need to go back here, asap. You should too.

Came across this oasis of excellence, by pure chance. We all had what the next door table was tucking into- Lacka (?) noodles accompanied by a side order shared by all three of us-fried mushrooms. Absolutely delicious- spicy, creamy (without being sickly) bowl of what seemed to be chicken or pork, but probably mushrooms, as it's vegan!!!. We were in Edinburgh for the day, having travelled from our Monifieth home, but will definately visit here again when in town.

Absolutely delicious vegan food! We had 4 appetizers and 3 main dishes and every one was a hit: spring rolls, wontons, corn cakes, fried mushrooms, green curry, mapo tofu and sweet and sour tofu. Each dish was savory and well prepared. I would enthusiastically recommend this restaurant to vegetarians and vegans alike!

I really enjoyed Soul Vegan! I had the Sweet & Sour Lion's Mane with boiled rice as a main and it was delicious. I wish I was more hungry as I couldn't finish it. Unfortunately, I didn't try any desserts but they did look lovely. Staff were nice and attentive, very good at checking everything is okay and topping up table water also.

Food was amazing - so flavoursome and corn fritters were the best we’ve ever tasted! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Make sure you book a table as it’s busy!
