Obviously, they’re very local to my house, but so are many Other fast food places, but here you get a very good service very good food just on the main road near the precinct with lots of parking for me it’s a win-win.

We regularly use Portchester Kebab and cannot fault them. Staff are always friendly and food is always amazing. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Ordered takeaway asked for chicken burger meal and got a cheeseburger meal. Also mayonnaise all over the chips which I didn’t request. What an absolute poor meal. Won’t be coming back

If you fancy a sweaty greasy kebab then this is the place to go!! Portions are shocking and I got charged £5.99 for a Hagen Dazs ice cream and when it was delivered it was a Lidl ice cream!! Will not be going here again

Very slow delivery. Very disappointing

We have used Solent Grill for 2 years + very good until the last couple of times, portion size has decreased dramatically, I even rang to confirm order which was correct. I will not be using again, obviously loyalty has no value!!!

Since they have changed hands, the quality of food has gone downhill and orders haven’t been right.

Now it’s under new management , they are the worst ones , old management was good , This new management only knows how cheat on customers food portions & hygiene . Food portions shrunk a lot and smell like stale food .

very disappointed with the drop in standards :( last 5 times we’ve ordered from here the orders been wrong, or somethings missing. portions seem to have shrunk massively. my dad used to love this take away. shall not be ordering from here again unfortunately:(

Order food from them they took the money from my bank account then told me my order was cancelled and then refused to give me back my money saying I've order from wrong place. And since using there website my bank been get extra charges from out side uk do not use or give them your bank details

Lovely kebab and plenty for the money

Lovely kebabs with lots of fresh salad. Friendly staff. Phone and online orders are processed very quickly. They also deliver. Just find it frustrating you can't pick up the shish kebabs to eat them because the pittas collapse! Maybe I just don't have the knack!

Ordered at 7.30, the food still hadn't arrived at 9.45, unable to contact the restaurant, just kept getting cut off, would not order from them again

Tried to give me already cooked chips, I asked for fresh ones, they waited 5 mins then tried to give me old ones again. When I mentioned this they told me to get out of the shop!! So rude, when u are paying nearly £5 for cheesy chips you expect fresh ones!

Hi I would class myself as a kebab fan. I used solent kebabs for the 1st time. I used the app very easy to use. Ordered kebab for 19.15pm. It turned up exactly on time. Wow. What a feast. We ordered the Solent Special. This was 5 kebabs In a huge tray. Kofte kebab/Chicken Shish/Lamb Shish/Chicken Doner & lamb Doner. With onions peppers mushrooms. Also Small chips very hot & crispy. Plus a side salad fresh . All In for £21.00. That amount of food for that price fantastic. I will be using again. I would highly recommend this kebab shop. Very nice food.

ordered on 10th Dec 2022... order took nearly 2hrs to arrive. I phoned to ask where it was arter an hour and was told it was on its way soon, i asked if they would throw anything in for free as it was meant to be 45 mins delivery time, person on phone laughed and was rude. Nearly an hour later it turned up near cold. Will never use again and we were regular users....New Kebab place opening on Leith Av soon....🤞🏻they will respect their customers.

Ordered in person. The kebabs are not very nice here, I asked for salad with no onions. I got onions but no tomatoes. Chilli sauce is not nice and not homade. Cheap bottled sweet rubbish and far to much of it. I would avoid and won't eat here again.

Kebab was completely cold, then didn't answer when I called back. Not using again.

They took my money and never delivered the food and they must of known because I requested a update on delivery which they updated to 'on the way', I also couldn't get through to their number. Wanted to try this place for the first time to see if it could become a regular instead it became a "never order again" disgraceful.

Ordering online used to be so easy but the new system sucks and charges a delivery and an "admin" fee! That's the drivers tip gone then. You want salad? Well there's lots of salad items that you could pick and choose but now it's a choice of salad-yes or no. Lost 2 stars, I hope when my meal comes it's still good or it may lose more.

Kebab was luke warm, not enough chicken and A spoonful of salad which was nowhere near enough:(

Enjoyed a very tasty kebab there. Can't fault the food but I think the counter and shop furniture could do with an upgrade. Would recommend.
