The chicken doner meat was beautiful, best kebab I have had not oily and good size portion . Lamb doner was really nice no oil again and a good size portion

Phoned in to order and had amazing customer service from the lady on the phone, the food came so quickly and was still hot even though it was quite a far drive. Beautiful pizza, chilli cheese bites were amazing! Burger was juicy and roll was fluffy and the Chips were perfectly cooked would highly recommend, best pizza and kebab we’ve had for a long time!

I’ve been using this kebab shop for a while, though it seems to have changed ownership several times, along with its name, yet the same staff are still working there. We usually order the special, which includes a variety of meats, but sometimes just doner meat and chips. However, about 95% of the time something is always missing from the order. After some frustrating experiences, we stopped ordering for a while, but decided to give them another chance – and regretfully, we shouldn’t have. How difficult is it to get an order right? Apparently, very difficult. Once again, the chips were missing, even though we had paid for them and they were clearly listed on the receipt attached to the delivery bag. Additionally, the Special arrived cold and only contained a spoon full of lamb doner. When we called Portchester Kebab, we were told it would take 45 minutes to get the chips we had already paid for. Understandably, we were very displeased, especially since the mistake could have easily been noticed before the order left the shop. The owners were incredibly rude, and while we eventually received the chips, the entire experience was unacceptable. Regardless of the new management, the service remains poor, and the food was cold.

I thought we would use Portchester Kebabs once again. As new management advertised. Yet to be only dissatisfied. We stopped using this kebab shop. Due to deliveries being missing items. Salad chips etc. Ordered a Portchester special £25.00 . Which consists of Lamb shish / chicken shish/ chicken donor/ lamb doner / kofte. Chips / salad / pittas. Delivery was quite quick. However yet again no chips with order paid for & on receipt. Plus most meats cold & as always hardly any lamb donor. What amazed me was we called the shop. To be told at first 45 mins for chips as Delivery driver has more drops to make. When we are 5 mins round the corner literally. Then astonishing that shop seems to think they were doing us a favour. By sending chips. I'm sorry we paid for them £3.50. Will not use again. New management i feel has not made a difference. How can you miss food items from an order. Walked past the shop the other day . Looked very dirty inside when looked into shop. Will avoid from now on. .

# £17.00 for what was a large kebab Reception suddenly spoke in bad English no idea what was said Food was good but we normally order special kebab which comes in tray for 14 quid That's what you get for supporting local shops BEING HUNGRY .......
