SOHO Coffee Co. in Dudley

Visited one Sunday morning because they opened at 10 o clock.my wife had the pancakes while I opted for the full English.the food was lovely and service was quick.good value.will be going again

Not happy that your staff are wearing face masks UNDER THEIR NOSE. Surely they have been trained about COVID and know that they need to wear them concerning both their nose AND their mouth?

We’re regular visitors here for the rainbow cake, which never fails to deliver! Excellent flat whites too. Highly recommended 😎

Just been for an iced coffee and a sandwich. Both were yummy. Very friendly service. Also bought ice cream shaped biscuits for my children. It was nice to sit down and have a drink as everywhere else don't let you. Tables are 2 metres apart

I popped in on Friday and ordered breakfast roll and drink. Service at the counter was very good. Told slight delay on food. Was still waiting an hour later! Asked assistant after 25 minutes but she never came back with a reply (or food). After an hour I went back to counter to ask for a refund. Full of apologies, but that didn't help and I went away hungry and fed up.

Visited today as we wanted a breakfast and feel that the quality of the food here is better than many of the other chain coffee houses.The food was good, came out quickly and isn't over priced.However my main praise is for the lovely waitress who you can tell... Loves her job!So chatty and happy, talking to children at tables as she was clearing them away. Just so lovely. Just wish I had taken her name (she has blue hair! Lol)

It's a nice clean place. Value for money. When busy be prepared to wait. We had slices of toasted fruit loaf, we waited for 25 minutes. Some people who ordered after us got their orders before us. After saying that it is a nice place for a coffee.

Had breakfast and ate nothing else that day And got very bad stomach Think it wasn’t cooked properly

Coffee is good Smashed avocado is less than disappointing served on very DRY toast. I’ve eaten this meal in a cafe in Shrewsbury with chilli oil etc plus other additions and it was an amazing breakfast This was disgusting

The ladies at soho always smiling a d ways give great service. Often bring my food out to me the minute they open, as they know my regular order. Can't start my work day without them!

Having used the store several times previously we stopped by for a quick lunch. Having ordered a hot roll it took the staff 10 minutes to discover that they didn’t have any sauce. During this time customers who had paid after us were served before us. Having decided to proceed with the roll without sauce it was then another 5 minutes arriving. When the roll finally arrived it appeared that it had been thrown together and certainly didn’t look anything close to the advertising photos. Worse still was that half the ingredients were cold, as though they had just been taken from a fridge. This meant the meat was rapidly cooling and the sandwich was not a hot sandwich. It was sent back for a refund!Considering there were quite a few staff working I don’t know why the service was so poor today but we are unlikely torisk eating there again after such an appalling sandwich . That said the coffee was good and I might risk that again, but only if the service times improve.

Katie and the team at soho always goes out if there way to make out visit here enjoyable me and my family always have a grt service every time no matter how busy they are we always get a smile so thank you to staff at soho

We have been coming here a while now, and we have always been greeted with a smile from the friendly staff. A special mention to Katie, Kim and Debbie, who are excellent with their quick service. Weather it's for food or drink, We have always enjoyed coming here. We can definitely see why it's the most popular coffee shop in merry hill! Thank again :-D

Waited fifteen minutes for a coffee at a very unbusy time. Struggled to find a place to sit as all the free tables had cups/plates on them (what's going on it's not like you're brimming with customers - just clean up!!) Ended up sitting on a chair with a broken foot at a table that was laden with the leftovers of the previous customers who obviously couldn't wait to leave..... Won't be back in a rush!

We often pop into Soho for a coffee. Drinks are always lovely and I don't get a headache like I do at Starbucks and Costa due to the syrup they add to the hot chocolate. Tables are always clean, staff are always friendly

It is a coffee chain with the standard choices nothing to rave about & service is a little slow give you the impression you should be grateful they let you purchase from them.

In he centre of the Intu lovely large cup of latte for £2.90 pleasent location very tidy with good well dressed staff very friendly

Located on a busy corner this Soho Coffee has plenty of competition. The coffee is good and the cakes/snacks are what you would expect from this chain.

We were delighted to find items that were both gluten and dairy free alongside an extensive regular menu. Delicious food, friendly, helpful staff and a nice atmosphere.

It's quite pricey in here but I like the chairs and tables and the way that you can people watch. Its good for meeting people also. And it is a great place to unwind after hammering the credit card in TK Maxx!!
