Stopped for a coffee break whilst shopping at Swindon Outlet. We queued for coffee and ordered a mushroom & egg breakfast roll. The coffee was excellent and the roll was delivered to our table. Even though it wasn't terribly busy, the roll took a little while to arrive but we were happy to wait. The table was clean and we enjoyed our visit.

Had breakfast here just before the shops opened, had drinks and 2 breakfast baps which were very tasty but ordering was not straightforward, placed the order and sat down with a table number, had no idea we would be called when the drink was ready as needed to collect it from the counter, we sat outside and with music playing and general background noise didn’t hear anything, was pure luck I saw the coffee sitting on the side and it was not busy, when food did arrive only brought over 1 bap so by the time the second one arrived my other half had eaten his, not great, the sever was apologetic though, genuine mistake.

My sister and I visited on last week on a shopping trip, the centre was very busy and we were looking forward to sitting down and having some lunch. We both ordered a jacket potato, one of their special chicken and slaw ones and a tuna. We were asked if we would like butter, in which we didn’t get. My jacket potato was awful, I’m not normally fussy but this tasted inedible, as my sister agreed. Both also very dry. The staff could clearly see we weren’t going to eat our lunch in which they asked everyone else around us how their food was but chose to ignore us. We shortly left. Very disappointed, will not be going back.

Food was ok for a coffee house, what you would expect however very poor covid measures in place, no table service, still had to que to order and collect food even though eating in, social distancing not observed in que. Tables were not cleaned before customers sat down and had to be requested to happen, and no sanitiser available. Would not reccomended due to poor covid safety measures.

I visited with my (adult) daughter today. We queued, observed the 2 metre distancing rule etc. My daughter said she would pay, so I left the store to minimise the amount of people within the store. My daughter's card was declined (a common fault with her bank - she is going to change banks as this is a regular occurrence) so she came out of the store and I gave her cash to pay. Soho Coffeee Co declined to accept cash, which is fair enough, except it was done in such a way that it embarrassed her. I watched from outside the door and could see the body language of the staff, one member of staff was arms folded glaring at my daughter. It was uncomfortable to watch. Sadly this is not an isolated incident. A little while back I visited with my partner when there was an error by a member of staff ringing in the till amount twice. My partner questioned the amount but was told rather rudely (and loudly) that their staff do not make mistakes. My partner was embarrassed by the manner in which her, very legitimate, complaint was dealt with. On neither occasion were we able to leave with the food/drink, on both occasions were made to feel embarrassed by poor handling of the matter by the staff. We will not be returning again.

Popped in for 4 x flat whites mid afternoon on a Friday, it was half-term so everywhere was fairly busy, Soho wasn't...The Barista did a good coffee and was very cheerful, talkative. Other members of staff were less so - looking back I rather suspect it was the shift changeover as a couple of staff left soon after, but it did detract from the visit that we were treated fairly offishly considering there were not many customers. If you want a decent coffee and are not worried about the service then this is a great place, otherwise there are lots of other coffee shops around.

We’ve really loved visiting Soho Coffee previously however disappointed that you’ve taken away the service of bringing hot drinks to your table once ordered and paid for. We always preferred Soho as we dislike the Costa Coffee model - so today people were waiting to be served at the till whilst other people were waiting for their hot drinks to be prepared having to deal with carrying a tray whilst coping with bags, purses, coats and shopping bags. This area looked like a ‘cattle market’ notwithstanding the poor people who were already sat down eating and drinking at their tables near to this area, having to look at people’s backs and rear ends towering above them. Bring back your hot drinks service please!

Dreadful service from this coffee shop. My order was messed up (their fault) and when I pointed it out once delivered to be table there was no attempt to rectify it but instead I was told to 'queue up again'. At the back of the queue mind! I shall never go there again. Inane staff who have just left school who could not give a toss about actually helping. As to the drinks - a mint tea with a teabag that would have cost about 1p (compare to the lovely mint teabags you get in eg Starbucks), a coffee that was insipid (my mother informed me she much preferred the McDonalds one she had earlier as at least that had some taste) and a babycino in the same size cup as the coffee (ie difficult for my little girl to handle). The babycino was also 3 times as much as in Starbucks.

We decided to try a different cafe from the ones we normally frequent, so after wandering in to have a look at the menu and see what cakes and snacks were on the counter we ordered and took a seat whilst waiting for the drinks to be made. We probably did not have to wait more than 5-10 minutes at the most, it was not particularly busy and we were not in a hurry. The choice of cakes is very good, the rainbow layer cake is colourful and appealing, and I would whole-heartedly recommend the salted caramel brownie - it was a generous slice, containing lots of chocolate chunks, plenty of caramel and quite decadent - I defy anyone to eat this without getting it everywhere! For our drinks, we ordered a strawberry milkshake and a toffee latte made with coconut milk - both were nice, although the latte was a bit lacking in flavour, and came in a very large mug; I would actually have preferred a smaller drink with a more distinct flavour. However, on the whole, it’s a pleasant place to stop for a drink and something to eat and we would probably call in again. We noticed that it is easily accessible for disabled customers, as the tables and chairs are well-spaced, making it easier for wheelchair users to be accommodated, which is good to see.

We came here for breakfast and both had a bacon butty (can't remember if that was what it was called but that's basically what it was) and a large extra hot trim latte. The service was fast and efficient and the food and coffee were good. It was reasonably priced and the setting was nice too. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing and just looking around at the quirky surroundings (e.g. handbags inside cages hanging from the roof).

The coffee here was excellent, and there is plenty of space to sit and chat, taking a break from shopping. What is also good is that they bring your coffee to you, and in my mind the most important thing is that the staff were friendly. definitely a good place to stop when you shop

Stopped for a coffee while at the shopping outlet. Made a change from the usual coffee shops available. Drinks tasted good and there was plenty of space to sit. Will use again if at the outlet.

On a VERY busy Saturday and coinciding with a Vintage and Retro Festival we popped in there for a quick lunch. The cold and hot 'wraps' were fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. We have eaten at several SoHo's - usually love the food despite the poor service. THIS place however is different. It was HEAVING with people, extremely busy and we were served promptly politely and quickly. We waited for our food and watched . The team worked very well together. There was clear direction given by one gentleman to keep things moving but itw as low key and light touch. As soon as a table was vacated they were in cleaning it. The food didn't sit around waiting and the two ladies cooking up a storm at the back counter couldn't have been working any harder. We were impressed.

Visited this coffee shop several times during my lunch break. Very nice coffee, and snacks, all the ones to be heated are kept in a separate cabinet

It’s so nice to be greeted with a smile and friendly face, remembered my drink from last visit! Fantastic barmaid and so friendly! I will be bringing family and friends here again! The barmaid was on her own, remembering every customers drink and greeted everyone with such friendliness! Every pub should have bar staff like this young lady… from overhearing “hellos” her name is Na? Honestly great customer service and so nice to see such a friendly, passionate bar staff! Will be back. Thank you

About the only part of the town centre which doesn't feel too much like a ghost town
